06.01.05 Selection and seed production of agricultural plants (agricultural sciences)
06.01.05 Selection and seed production of agricultural plants (agricultural sciences)
DescriptionA significant decrease in yields of field crops due to lack of moisture enhances the role of adaptive breeding. The development of varieties that combine high productivity and quality and resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses is complicated by a negative correlation between high yield and resistance to adverse conditions. Selection of effective methods for assessing the potential of productivity and resistance to stress factors allows creating varieties that provide stable high yields. We had estimated six varieties of common mustard for 10 years in contrasting weather conditions in the zone of insufficient and unstable moisture of the Azov district in the Rostov region. The necessity of taking into account the indicators of the HTC, the index of the environment and its value when conducting an objective analysis of weather conditions is revealed. The greatest stress resistance, ecological plasticity and stability of the Nika variety were established by calculating the difference between the minimum and maximum yield per year, calculating the coefficient of linear regression and the value of homeostasis. The varieties Lera, Donskaya 8, Lux bred in conditions of insufficient moisture demonstrated maximum genetic flexibility and drought resistance. The greatest breeding value was determined in varieties Donskaya 8 and Lera. These varieties are recommended to be included in further breeding work. The study of mustard varieties in contrast conditions (HTC from 0.30 to 1.53) marked their broad environmental plasticity, which makes it possible to recommend them for cultivation in different weather conditions regions

RATIONAL PHARMACOTHERAPY FOR PANCREATITIS IN DOGS
DescriptionDiseases of the digestive system are one of the huge problems of veterinary medicine and pharmacy. This group of diseases not only affects all age groups of animals, but can occur even in newborn puppies. It is very difficult to talk about the breed predisposition to pancreatitis in animals. Pancreatitis occupies one of the leading places in the structure of digestive diseases in animals. The urgency of this veterinary problem is increasing every year. Acute pancreatitis manifests itself suddenly, most often against the background of gross violations in feeding, with the disease of the duodenum and gallbladder. In this case, there is a violation of the outflow of secretion into the ducts of the pancreas. In the tissues of the pancreas there are diffuse changes up to necrosis. Severe inflammation of the pancreas leads to a sharp deterioration in the general condition of the body, sharply reduced blood pressure. The animal is in great pain, vomiting is observed. The animal needs urgent care. The disease can be chronic. Periods of exacerbation are repeated from time to time. The owners usually do not call veterinary specialists. Since the disease is manifested by symptoms characteristic of many pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, it is therefore difficult to diagnose. In the history of the animal there are both diarrhea and constipation, the animal has a reduced appetite, in hotel cases there is cachexia. In hematological studies, we can note an increase in sugar levels. Therefore, for the differential diagnosis of the animal, we carry out ultrasound, x-ray diagnostics all together with biochemical methods of blood tests. In the future, when choosing treatment tactics, all diseases that could accompany inflammation of the pancreas are taken into account

Description
We have performed a comparative estimation of three coccidiostats when experimental eimeriosis of chickens, infected with a coccidia field isolate from poultry production sites. Chickens performance treated with robenza, chicocin and monenza was almost the same. The anti-coccidiosis index was also the same in all three groups, not exceeding 160, which indicates the low sensitivity of coccidiosis agent to all studied drugs. An ionophore antibiotic (chicocin), a synthetic anti-coccidia drug (robenz) and a complex (monenza) consisting of an ionophore antibiotic and a synthetic anti-coccidia drug can be used in this poultry complex for the prevention of coccidiosis for a short time. But there is a need for constant monitoring and selection of new combinations, as partial resistance of coccidia to drugs can be transmitted genetically and will only increase over time, making coccidiostats ineffective

OBTAINING DIAGNOSTIC KITS FOR SERODIAGNOSIS OF CARNIVOR INFECTIOUS HEPATITIS
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the current problem of differential diagnosis of diseases of viral etiology in small pets. Viral diseases of dogs and cats are widely distributed among both pedigree and non-pedigree animals. The spread of diseases is facilitated by the increase in the number of small pets, the popularization of pet maintenance, cross-border operations associated with the movement of animals. The importance of express methods in laboratory diagnostics of infectious diseases is considered. Reducing the time of diagnosis contributes to the effectiveness of therapeutic and anti-epizootic measures. The place of infectious hepatitis of carnivores in the structure of morbidity of dogs is analyzed. The article describes the research in determining the optimal systems for the cultivation and subsequent isolation of the infectious canine hepatitis virus in high titers. If viral biomass needs to be increased, the choice of a cultivation system for maximum harvest is of paramount importance. The authors propose a method of obtaining and purification of viral antigens to use them for preparation of diagnostic kits. The release of the isolated fraction of ballast substances, which provides rapid response and strong binding to specific immunoglobulins is essential for the preparation of antigenic drugs. It is important to obtain antigens with a high degree of purification to get reliable results in the formulation of serological reactions

FATTENING QUALITIES AND MEAT PRODUCTIVITY OF SALSKAYA SHEEP BREED OF IMPROVED GENOTYPES
DescriptionImprovement of domestic breeds of Merino sheep remains an important task. The reorientation of the industry to wool-meat and meat-wool direction of productivity can contribute to the restoration of domestic sheep breeding. An example of such conversion is a relatively young breed called Dzhalginsky Merino, created in the Stavropol region on the basis of the Stavropol breed with the involvement of resources of domestic and world breeding. In the current situation, it seems relevant to use Dzhalginsky Merino, in order to improve the meat and wool qualities of sheep of domestic fine-wool breeds. Obtaining a new genetic combination of animals, formed by combining the genotypes of breeds Salsky, Stavropol and Dzhalginsky Merino will increase the efficiency of the industry in a market economy and will provide a more complete use of the productive potential of the breed. The results of studies on obtaining and use of animals, new genetic combinations of a wool – meat direction of productivity, with high energy of growth, meat and wool productivity, improves the efficiency of Merino sheep are an important theoretical justification for making a contribution to zootechnical science, with the aim of improving fine-wool breeds of sheep and can be used in practical work in the production of high quality lamb

08.00.13 Mathematical and instrumental methods of Economics
DescriptionThe instrumental methods of economics include the Monte Carlo method (statistical simulations method). It is widely used in the development, study and application of mathematical research methods in econometrics, applied statistics, organizational and economic modeling, in the development and making management decisions, in the basis of simulation modeling. The new paradigm of mathematical research methods developed by us is based on the use of the Monte Carlo method. In mathematical statistics, limit theorems on the asymptotic behavior of the considered random values were obtained for many methods of data analysis with an unlimited increase in sample volumes. The next step is to study the properties of these random values for finite sample sizes. For such a study, the Monte-Carlo method is used. In this article, we use this method to study the properties of statistical criteria for testing the homogeneity of two independent samples. We considered the most used in the analysis of real data criteria - Cramer-Welch, which coincides with the equality of the sample sizes with Student's criterion; Lord, Wilcoxon (Mann-Whitney), Wolfowitz, Van der Waerden, Smirnov, type omega-square (Lehmann-Rosenblatt). The Monte Carlo method allows us to estimate the rates of convergence of distributions of criteria statistics to the limits, to compare the properties of the criteria for finite sample sizes. To use the Monte Carlo method, it is necessary to select the distribution functions of the elements of the two samples. For this purpose, normal and Weibull – Gnedenko distributions are used. The recommendation was received: to test the hypothesis of coincidence of distribution functions of two samples, it is advisable to use the Lehmann-Rosenblatt (type omega-square) test. If there is reason to assume that the distributions differ mainly by the shift, then the Wilcoxon test and Van der Waerden criteria can also be used. However, even in this case, the omega-square type test may be more powerful. In the general case, besides the Lehmann-Rosenblatt criterion, the use of the Smirnov criterion is permissible, although for this criterion the real level of significance may differ from the nominal level of significance. We sstudied the frequency of discrepancies of statistical findings on different criteria
