METHODS OF DETERMINATION OF CROTONALDEHYDE IN FOOD
DescriptionThe article presents a review of the existing methods for the determination of crotonaldehyde in food. The necessity of this component in the control of food products, including wine, is visible because of its toxicity and the probability of formation during microbial synthesis and chemical transformations. The article describes the developed qualitative method of determining the content of crotonaldehyde in table wines with spectrophotometry

Description
The subjects of study are vertically reinforced bases of high-rise buildings and its behavior in compound sub-soil conditions. The article reviews the carried out analyses of reinforced subsoil for high-rise building in Sochi with particular simulation of combined action for reinforcing elements and nearby surface. Analyses were carried out with such software as PLAXIS 2D, ING+ and MIDAS GTS. As a result of numerical analyses the comparison of raft-pile foundation and slab foundation on reinforced subsoil has been per-formed for seismic regions

PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF COM-POUND COMPOST
DescriptionCompound compost during its formation involving organic and mineral wastes retains the organic matter by reducing its degradation products with nitrifying and denitrifying organisms due to its economical ex-penditure of phosphorus and calcium, increased am-monia and total nitrogen, formation in the process of development of calcium sulfate with participation in its formation of residue calcium salt and ammonia

Description
It is shown that under in vitro conditions, regenerated plants of Lilium caucasicum cultivated in the light of varying intensity and spectral composition didn’t have the same biometric parameters (length and width of leaves) or number of micro bulbs. There were established some specific effects of the two main areas of photosynthetically active radiation - blue and red on the growth and development of the plants as well as on the content of photosynthetic pigments
