Description
The given article is devoted to contract and non-contractual ways of using the exclusive right for trade marks. Three main types of agreements can be selected out on the basis of civil legislation: contract on alienation of exclusive right for a trade mark and licensed contract. This article examines the current global economic cri-sis, as well as the transformation processes taking place in the global monetary system. The author comes to the conclusion that the most important and urgent problem remains that there is currently no real opportunity to change the financial and economic paradigm, in which the country existed almost half a century. The analysis has shown that the causes of the Great Depression and the present crisis are virtually identical. Only the consequences of the current situa-tion will be much more widespread, since the appearance of riskier financial instruments even more impact on the imbalance of the world's monetary system
