ANALYSIS OF EXTERNAL INNOVATION ENVIRONMENT OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF RUSSIA
Description
The article discusses the main problems of formation and development of innovative macro-environment of Russian agribusiness taking into consideration state regulation of the economy, in particular the relevant rules and regulations and federal program-oriented documents. It is also presented the experience of legislation in Europe, the USA, as well as international organizations. The point is that the degree of elaboration of the legal and program-oriented database has a direct impact on the process of formation of innovative macro-environment in Russian agriculture. The purpose of the article is to identify the main problems of little dynamic potential of innovative activity in the agricultural sector of the Russian Federation. In order to do it, it was conducted terminological and retrospective analysis of innovative macro-environment of Russian agriculture using general scientific and specific methods for the study of economic processes. Its development priorities in accordance with the policy documents are investigated and analyzed. Omissions of legislative initiatives in the innovation field of agriculture are identified. Organization of an appropriate basis for the development of organic farming is proposed and grounded as one of the variants of improvement of rules and regulations and program-oriented security of Russia

DIAGNOSTIC OF CORPORATE CULTURE IN THE FOOD ENTERPRISES IN THE SARATOV REGION
Description
Problems of corporate culture diagnostics in the food enterprises located in the Saratov region have been studied in the article, as well as theoretical and regulatory framework. They are identified overarching aims of corporate culture management. The purpose of the article is a statement of the results of corporate culture monitoring in 18 large and medium-sized enterprises. In the process, a number of specific methods were used: monographic, expertise, diagnostic level model "Bulb", survey. The working hypothesis was in that the management companies often regard a corporate culture from a formal position, overseeing the administrative procedures. At the same time deep "layers of a bulb" remain unaffected. It leads to organizational and psychological difficulties, disruption of business communications, lower productivity, high employee turnover and to escalation of costs for training newly recruited employees. It has been revealed experimentally that the employees have trouble picturing corporate culture, seeing for its manifestation only regulations, standards and symbols. The authors have developed and have proposed criterion of estimation the management methods and point scale to estimate social impact of corporate culture diagnostics activities. The necessity of rethinking the nature of this phenomenon by headquarters in order to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the large and mediumsized enterprises is grounded

In agriculture the issue of enhancing the efficiency of operation of internal combustion engines (ICE), reducing the costs of maintenance (TO) and repairing (TP) fuel supply apparatus (TA) using the improvement of methods and means of diagnosis is a topical in connection with the aging rolling stock farming and lack of investment. Analysis of the known TA diesel engine vehicles systems showed that the most widespread system is the divided type with multiplunger high pressure fuel pump (fuel pump), while the methods of its diagnosing are laborious, they require partial disassembly and have insufficient accuracy. The mathematical models that characterize the work of a high-pressure fuel pump (fuel pump) use a large number of parameters that significantly affect the quality of dynamics of the change of pressure values of diesel fuel. However, in the materials of previously published articles there were no issues considered assessing the extent of the quantitative impact, performance and features change in the sensitivity settings of the mathematical models on the simulation results, there are no recommendations on the degree of sensitivity and importance of each of the parameters. For a more accurate diagnosis of the fuel supply apparatus of a diesel engine it is advisable to use several methods of diagnosing. The article substantiates development of a mathematical model of a high-pressure fuel pump based on the analysis of modern methods of diagnosing of fuel equipment for autotractor diesel engines
