APOLLON – THE NEW WINE HIGH QUALITY GRAPE VARIETY WITH BLACK BERRY

Description
Universal black-berry Apollo grape has been launched in Greece by P.Zamanidi, L.Troshin and A.Isachkin in 2003 with combinative selection - crossing of the Fi-lery Greek variety with the French Cabernet-Sauvignon. The duration of the production period 136-145 days. The strength of growth of arms is strong (2,1-3,0 m), the degree of maturation of the vines is high. Crop yields are very high - 35-40 t/ha. The aver-age mass of clusters is 430 g. It is characterized by high winter hardiness, drought-resistance and high resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with varie-ties of Vitis vinifera. The flower is bisexual. Cluster is big or very big, conical with the wing, loose. Berries are medium or large, oval, blue-black in color, with a thick wax coating. The skin is thick. The pulp and juice - with varietal flavor. Sugar content is high. Notable for long saving the harvest in the bushes, well-kept in the cooler cells. The variety is meant for the fresh consumption and for manufacture of red dry, desert and sweet wines; suitable for production of high-quality juices

The sort of Artemis is created as a result of the Greek-Russian scientific creative cooperation, it is breed in Greece P.Zamanidi and L.Troshin in 2003, by mating of the Greek sort of Kondokladi with Traminerom pink introduct. Description
Newest aromatic white berry wine grape variety Agapi was breeded by hybridization at the Athens Institute of Viticulture (Likovrisi, Greece) by professors P.Zamanidi, L.Troshin and P.Radchevskiy in 2006 by crossing the Greek varieties Afiri white with central European variety Traminer pink. Strong growth of shoots (2,1-3,0 m). Level of ripening vines is very high: over the entire length except the top. Length of production period 146-155 days. Productivity is very high: 25-30 t / ha. Average weight of cluster 300 g. Characterized by a high resistance to cold, drought and increased resistance to fungal diseases compared to varieties of Vitis vinifera L. Flower is androgynous. Bunch is medium, conical, medium density. Berry is medium, short elliptical or spherical, greenish-yellow in color, with a thick waxy coating. Cuticle of medium thickness, dense, and durable. Pulp and juice are with pronounced varietal flavor, similar to the aroma of Traminer pink. The sugar content is very high, more than 24%. The newest aromatic wine white berry grape variety Acropolis was breeded by hybridization at the Athens Institute of Viticulture (Likovrisi, Greece) by professors P.Zamanidi and L.Troshinym in 2006 by crossing the Greek variety Kidonitsa with European Riesling. According to the morphological and physiological characteristics it is related to the eco-geographical group of Black Sea. Strong growth of shoots (2,1-3,0 m). Degree of ripening vines is very high: over the entire length, except for the top. Length of production period 146-155 days. High yield 25-30 t / ha. Average weight of cluster is 360 g. Characterized by high resistance to cold, drought and increased resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with common varieties of Vitis vinifera L. Flower is androgynous. Bunch is medium, conical, medium density. Berry is medium, spherical, greenish-yellow color with a thick waxy coating. Cuticle of medium thickness, dense, durable. Pulp and juice are with pronounced varietal type taste of Riesling. Sugar content is very high: up to 24% more. Bunches of variety Acropolis continuously stored in the bushes. VASILY NOSULCHAK - THE NEWEST COMPLEX-RESISTANT TABLE SEEDLESS WHITE GRAPE VARIETY
Description
Vasily Nosulchak, the newest complex-resistant tableless seedless grape variety, was bred in Greece by Pantelei Zamanidi and Leonid Troshin in 2013 by crossing the Talisman variety with the Yanaky variety. The created variety is a complex inter-species Euro-American-Amur hybrid. The duration of the production period is 146-155 days. The growth of shoots is strong. The degree of grapevine maturing high. Yield is very high. Percentage of fruit-bearing shoots 90. Average weight of bunches 900 g. It is stainable for high winter hardiness, drought resistance and increased resistance to fungal diseases, tolerant to phylloxera. The top of the young shoot is green without pubescence. Young shoots are green, without pubescence. The flower is hermaphroditic. The cluster is large, conical, branching, winged, of medium density. The berry is medium-sized, short elliptical, green-yellow. Peel is thin, strong. The pulp is juicy, with a varietal flavor. The sugar content is high. Rudiments of seeds are soft. The Dimitra variety is a hybrid, which was made as the result of Greek and Russian scientific collaboration in Greece, by Pantiley Zamanidi and Leonid Troshin in 2001 by hybridization of Aigeogritiko variety and Merlot. On its morphological characteristics it is included in the group of the Black sea varieties (convar. pontica subconvar. balcanica Negr.). The production period is 146-155 days. The leave is middle or big, black-green, five lobes, deep dissected. The middle weight of bunch is 300 g, the form is cylinder conical, middle density or friable. The berry is middle, not colored, with low labrusk taste. The yield is high. The sugariness is high. The quantity of seed in the berry is one or two. Description
Steady in a complex seedless Athena sort is born in Greece by Panteley Zamanidi and Leonid Troshin in 2001 by crossing of Sidiritis and Cabernet-Sauvignon sorts. Under morphological and physiological characteristics it is close to the group of Convar. pontica subconvar balcanica Negr. varieties of pool of Black sea. Duration of productional period is 156-165 days. Growth of arms is strong. Degree of ripening of a rod is high. Productivity is high. Percent of fructiferous arms is 90. The average weight of clusters is 400. It differs with high winter hardiness, drought resistance and raised stability to mushroom illnesses in comparison with seedless Euroasian grapes. A blossom bud has green color with yellowy-brown tones. A top of young arm of green color with a weak wine-red border and very strong web-like fluff. Young arm is red from the back, green with a belly with an average web-like fluff. Adult leaf is symmetric. Leaf plate is average or big, green color, five bladed, it is divided weakly. Both parts of a local teeth form straight lines. The form of petiolar dredging is open. Length of footstalk is average. One arm usually has two inflorescences, on 4th and 6th knots. Inflorescences are formed both on the arms which have grown from replacing buds, and from the arms which have been developed from sleeping buds on a long-term wood. The flower is hermaphroditic.
