DETECTION OF SEROTYPE SPECIFICITY OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER VIRUS NON-HAEMADSORBING STRAINS
DescriptionGamma irradiation-inactivated cultural preparations (-IP) of African swine fever (ASF) non-haemadsorbing strains acquire a potential for haemadsorption induction in porcine bone marrow culture (PBMC). We have obtained some experimental data indicating that a modification of haemadsorption inhibition assay (HIA) which is an assay aimed at “removal” of γ -IP-induced haemadsorption may be used in research works to determine serospecificity rates of ASF virus non-haemadsorbing isolates

ANTICELLULAR EFFECTORS OF IMMUNITY AT AFRICAN SWINE FEVER
DescriptionSome optimal conditions to fix virus-specific anticellular effectors of immunity at African swine fever (ASF) were determined. Injection of an attenuated strain FK-135 at high doses enables registration of antibodies active in antibody-dependent cellular toxicity (ADCT) and primary cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) on days 3 and 6, respectively. After infection of pigs with a virulent strain F-32 not any immunity anticellular effectors were found

RECOMBINANT PROTEINS IN INVESTIGATION OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER
DescriptionThis article describes performance analysis of using African swine fever virus (ASFV) recombinant protein p30 and p72 in indirect solid-phase Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) for investigation of antibodies formation by research of their level against African swine fever virus in porcine serum under the acute and chronicle process of disease

MONOSPECIPHIC RABBIT SERUM TO RECOMBINANT PROTEIN P30 IN INVESTIGATION OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER (ASF)
DescriptionThis article describes performance analysis of using hiperimmunity monospeciphic rabbit serum to recombinant protein p30 of African swine fever virus (ASFV) for investigation of the virus in vivo and in vitro

SOME IMMUNOBIOLOGICAL FEATURES OF RIFT VALLEY FEVER VIRUS OF ATTENUATED STRAIN
DescriptionThe article represents some results of Rift Valley virus culture characteristics, development of conditions for virus inactivation with teotropin, formalin or ethyleneimine dimer. A range of inactivants and optimal inactivation conditions, which provide the production of inactivated raw virus with preserved antigenic and immunogenic activity rates, is selected

RADIOECOLOGICAL RISKS OF BOVINE LEUCOSIS SPREAD IN CHELYABINSK REGION
DescriptionRadioecological risks of bovine leucosis spread among cattle in Chelyabinsk region are estimated. The obtained data can be used for simulation modeling and the forecasting of leucosis prevalence in the conditions of ecological troubles

Description
The article presents some results on evaluation of an experimental viral vaccine against goat pox for its efficacy in the disease-affected areas of the Republic of Tajikistan. The epizootological data on small ruminant pox in the Republic within the last 50 years are analysed. The viral vaccine against goat pox may be used for goat pox prophylaxis in Tajikistan

PROTEINS OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER VIRUS
DescriptionThe review presents some data on structural and non-structural, regulatory proteins and enzymes of African swine fever (ASF) virus. The variety of the virus biological characteristics is substantially caused by proteins belonging to multigenic families. It is suggested, that the protection development at ASF is provided not only by the membrane proteins, but also by the regulatory ones
