05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
DescriptionAn effective factor in increasing the yield of grain crops has long been considered to provide the sown seeds with the necessary nutrition area when sowing. ideally, the plant's nutrition area should be in the form of a circle with an area of 10 ...25 cm2 without overlapping with the neighboring ones. This distribution of feeding areas means an ideal spread of crops without borders and row spacing. However, in the grain production, the standard crop with a row spacing of 15 cm was spread out, where the seed distribution is artificially limited to a narrow strip where the grain feeding areas overlap. According to experts, this placement of seeds, which has developed historically, is not justified by either the experience of agricultural production or agricultural science. The availability of seeds with the necessary feeding area for row sowing is small – about 15%. At the present time, agricultural science is showing increasing interest in the technologies of ideal spread seeding. But the ideal is not yet obtained due to the lack of appropriate coulters. In these conditions, the band seeding method that closely implements the ideal multiple seeding comes to the fore. We propose a number of designs for single-disc and single-disc coulters for strip sowing, which form a fairly wide furrow up to 100 mm

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF NOISE AND VIBRATION OF THE BAND SAW FRAME SAWS AND WOODWORKING MACHINES
DescriptionThe article presents the results of experimental studies of band noise generation and multirip woodworking machines. The studies have shown that saw woodworking group, as well as metal, are general patterns in the formation of the spectral composition that allows to approach the development of practical recommendations to reduce sound pressure levels in the work area to the operators of sanitary norms. Of particular note is the fact that elevated levels of noise generated by the cutting tool. The effect of changes in process parameters, in particular, the depth of cut and feed to levels of noise generated by the tool. For example, increasing the depth of cut in half leads to an increase of sound pressure levels at 5.8 dB (theoretically obtained value is 6 dB), and supplying a halving of the sound pressure levels reduces by 5 dB. High enough for engineering purposes convergence of theoretical and experimental sound pressure levels and the fact that the calculated values above experimental, allows the calculation and design of the system to reduce the noise under consideration in the machine is, only in service but also in their design

THE IDENTITY OF THE MEDIEVAL FORTRESS ARCHITECTURE ON THE RIVER GODLIH AND OF THE HUMARA SETTLEMENT
DescriptionThe article describes a scientific hypothesis about architectural and spatial identity of a medieval fortress at the mouth of the river Godlih and of the Humara settlement on the Kuban river. It is revealed that the planning structure and spatial organization of these medieval monuments are similar and consist of three parts each: the citadel, the fortress and the open settlement. The citadel was a monumental multi-tiered tower surrounded by a courtyard and a defensive wall. The fortress perimeter was surrounded by a defensive wall fortified with square towers. The open settlement had no artificial fortifications, and was located in a remote place in the vicinity of the citadel and the fortress. The architecture and construction of the walls and towers of both castles are made in the tradition of the Byzantine building culture. Stone setting of the walls and towers of the fortresses represent a veneer made with armored rows of stones with the backing made with crushed stone in lime-stone mortar between them. Because the fortress at the mouth of the river Godlih was badly damaged during the construction of the Tuapse-Adler railway, we can, basing on the analogy revealed, carry out a hypothetical reconstruction, that will serve as a theoretical justification for its restoration and museums

Description
The specificity of the Byzantining direction in architecture of Romania at the end of XIX- the first half of XX is determined by the presence of two lines: indirect using of Byzantine elements in secular architecture and the "pure" Byzantine style in the architecture of temples. The article is devoted to identifying the particularities of stylistic evolution of Byzantining direction of Romanian architecture in the way of the church construction. Romanian researchers follow to the division of national style into three stages (1886-1906; 1906-1918; 1918- the beginning of 1940)based on socio-political events of 1906-1918 years. Recognizing the certainty of this view the author offers to define it in relation tot he Byzantining direction of the church construction and highlight in its stylistic evolution the following stages: the last third of XIX century is the late historicism; the end of XIX- the end of 1910 s –modern; 1920 s-the first half of 1930s-the interaction of the trends of late historicism, art Deco and partly of functionalism,mid- 1930s - early 1940s-functionalism;the influence of expressionism. In the article the peculiarities of the development of the Byzantine heritage in the temple architecture of Romania have been seen, the medieval prototypes of voluminous and spatial compositions and décor have revealed. The Byzantine style in the architecture of Romania, formed in the tideway of European trends on the base of the Byzantine components of medieval Romanian architecture, became one of the way of solving the problem of national self-identification and leading due to its supranational empire character in expressing the idea of state unity by means of architecture

RESULTS OF RESEARCHES OF THE POSSIBILITY OF VIBRATION GRAIN SEPARATION FROM THE EAR
05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
DescriptionEnhancing the operative parts of a threshing mechanism which are realizing direct mechanical impact on an ear and being in it grains it is impossible to achieve the considerable lowering and to completely exclude traumatizing grain. New methods of noncontact grain separation from an ear in case of the threshing need to be developed. These methods exclude direct mechanical impact of operative parts on grains. A perspective method of noncontact grain separation from an ear is the imposition to a culm with an ear of oscillating motion, perpendicular its axes. It is a resonance in different parts of an ear can cause. As a result of the pilot and theoretical studies it is set that when impart low frequency oscillations in the range 18…100 Hz corresponding to natural frequencies of its oscillations to a culm with an ear, it is possible to achieve corrupting of the ear or its separation from the culm as a result of a resonance. But grain separation, at the same time, does not come from an ear as the range of natural resonance frequencies of grain oscillations does not match the range of natural frequencies of a culm with an ear and has higher values. The analysis of results of theoretical researches shows that for noncontact grain separation from an ear without its traumatizing is the imposition to it high-frequency oscillations in the range 100 … 14000 Hz matching its natural frequencies of oscillations, which is proved to be perspective. The occurring resonance causes origin of own movements of grain that leads to its separation from the ear
