THE SIGNIFICANCE OF LEADERSHIP FOR PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT SERVICEMEN
DescriptionReform of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and, in particular, large-scale organizational and personnel changes, the transition to acquisition of the army and navy mostly contract servicemen, demanded new approaches to training and education of this category of servicemen. One of the innovative approaches of pedagogy, in this way, has been the development of techniques to build leadership skills and training of soldiers under contract to perform the functions of the military leader of the team that can win credibility with their subordinates, bring people together and send to the effective performance of duties. The article deals with the problem and the urgency of the formation of leadership qualities and the ability of the warrior-contractor for the effective performance of the functions under the leadership of the leader of the primary military collectives. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature on the study of the problems of leadership and formation of leadership in military, the article defines the essence of the concepts of "leadership" and "leader", and gives specific definitions of the concepts as applied to military-professional work of contract servicemen. PROGRAM SUPERVISION OF THE PROCESS OF PATRIOTIC EDUCATION OF YOUNG STUDENTS
DescriptionOne of major problems of our society at the modern stage of development of Russia is patriotic education of all population. Our state, our authorities began to pay special attention to this problem during last years. The adoption of a series of important laws and other legal acts related to Patriotic activities is a clear confirmation. In this regard, we can observe an intensification of the scientific community, making their worthy contribution to the study of the problem of patriotism, searching the new ways of effective organization of educational work with citizens of Russia. According to the authors, one of the most modern and efficient ways of effective educational impact on the youth can be software support of the process of Patriotic education. Nowadays, this direction in the pedagogical science is given great attention. Most researchers consider software maintenance as a pedagogical method, which provides creation of favorable conditions under which the subject development will be able to make the best decision in different situations of life choices. MANAGING A SUSTAINABLE COMPANY DEVELOPMENT: ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS
DescriptionThis article proposes the creation of a cluster of breweries, which aims to unite the efforts of the brewing manufacturers that allow the participants to improve the effectiveness of the functioning of the common sharing of resources, to ensure the growth of competitive advantages, find sales channels not only at regional, but also on foreign markets. At the same time, they are able to provide a higher level of efficiency, balance and handling of the economy. Increased efficiency is achieved by increasing the productivity of labor, the creation of common infrastructure (information, supply and marketing, etc.). Access to foreign markets and empower consumers to search for products from waste breweries. A method of utilization of brewery waste in landfills is the simplest, but from the standpoint of environmental and material component is not effective, so the re-use, recycling of waste and byproducts can not only remove the threat of environmental pollution, but also to significant income processor of this waste. But for the purchase, installation of the necessary equipment, training a person, the necessary skills to work with non-waste production cash costs are required, which not every company can invest. Thus, the use of the cluster approach in a business combination for interest in the use of secondary (low-waste) production, the introduction of resource-saving, "green" technologies determined by the specifics of the cluster, namely, give the enterprises belonging to it, effect is expressed in the increasing environmental and economic sustainability and the competitiveness of the entire system as compared to the individual business entities

In this article, we show the necessity of formation of a new concept "the sustainable development of qualitatively new economy of the pre-business structures", which emphasize human capital, knowledge economy and scientific and technological progress with access to new technological way. The author substantiates the necessity of using a systematic approach to quantitative and qualitative evaluation of sustainability of small and medium enterprises. The article describes three types of economic goals of small and medium enterprises, the achievement of which is aimed at sustainable development. The main emphasis in the sustainable development of small and medium enterprises is done on a new quality of economic growth. We have developed a methodology for assessing the sustainability of development of small and medium business organizations. The proposed method of multicriteria evaluation of the pace and quality of economic growth of small and medium-go business to identify the priority criteria and determining the factor indicators. Summarizing the conducted researches allowed the author to establish that when combining the categories of sustainability, quality of growth and efficiency of business activities in a single integrated system it is necessary to consider the whole set of conditions and factors of the business environment to achieve set goals in the individual subsystems
