Description
Puccinia triticina isolates from North Caucasus and Leningrad region were compared in regard to the genetic structure, phenotypic composition as well as frequency of occurrence of RAPD-phenotypes and polymorphous major fragments with the help of Rogers index. Did not demonstrate any significant differences according to their genetic structure and occurrence of major fragments of DNA-polymorphism. The difference of isolates from given regions was determined with high degree of confidence according to the phenotypes of virulence and RAPD-phenotypes

BIOLOGICAL CONTROL OF THE APPLE MOTH NUMBER BASED ON ENTOMOPATHOGENIC VIRUSES (REVIEW)
DescriptionThe article considers the data on the applicability of bioinsecticides based on the granulovirus as an active ingredient against the apple moth. The methods for producing strains of the Cydia pomonella granulovirus to develop bioinsecticides are explained. The methods for the reproduction of laboratory populations of insects, the method of their infection and isolation of viral onset are described. The stages of obtaining bioinsecticides in vitro, as well as methods for their storage are provided

ANTIDOTE ACTIVITY OF 2- ALKYLTHIONICOTINITRILE DERIVATIVES
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionTo develop the novel herbicide antidotes for the sunflower vegetative plants, the group of chemical compounds, belonging to the derivatives of 2- alkylthionicotinonitrile was synthesized and their antidote activity both in the laboratory and field experiments was studied. The compounds with a high antidote effect were found
