MODELING THE DYNAMICS OF THE MARKET SYSTEM
DescriptionIn the modern conditions of dynamic development of the market system, the economy, feeling polynomial enthusiasm and recessions, demands external influence, regulation, management. It isn't possible to realize an effective control system of economy without understanding of a consequence. The regulating structure represented by the state needs an effective system of the support of decision-making allowing to estimate the consequences of the made decisions before their direct realization. Use of modern methods of complex estimation for modeling of market system on the basis of trees of criteria and matrixes of convolution allows forming a static market model in the form of the functions of sensitivity interpreted as curves of supply and demand. However, the questions of creation of dynamic market system on the basis of these mechanisms weren't discussed so far. In this article the questions of possibility of modeling of dynamics of the market system built on the basis of mechanisms of complex estimation are discussed. Relevance of the chosen method depends on the possibility of preliminary formation of possible outcomes of an event in the form of the count on definition further of probability of transition to each of states on the basis of a complex assessment of the individual of "advantage" of such transition. An additional benefit of such approach is that fact that when forming market system from some contingent of participants with different behavior models for each of them there is an opportunity to create the scenario, and when receiving at a stage of modeling of result to reconsider the new created structure of structure of society

THE CONCEPT OF AGENT-BASED CONTROL IN SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SYSTEMS
DescriptionThe backgrounds of agent-based control in social and economic systems are discussed. The first background is based on the subjectivity of each control in social and economic systems, since such systems are regulated by people, serve them or affect their interests. The second background results from the fact that the control is effective due to the phenomenon of control agent’s mental activity, which includes an availability to see the future of the outside world through a various of targets, to rank and consciously select targets and ways to achieve them in accordance with agent’s preferences, to communicate using the natural language, in order to develop the emergence of organizational systems. The third background provides the development of special human abilities, which are the phenomenon of their subjective activities, based on a transition from the above human behavior models to formal models for the purpose of control and from formal models to descriptive ones — for the purpose of how the control agent should act. The fourth background lies in a need to eliminate a gap between descriptive and mathematical control sciences, the agent-oriented control targets and selection of actions. The fifth background towards the development of a new mathematical administrative subject, allows studying a wide enough variety of administrative events in social and economic systems, operating constructively with basic concepts and subjects of the agent-oriented control, what is equivalent to a new branch of mathematics – preferences models calculus. The provisions of the concept of agent-oriented control in social and economic systems are represented. The provisions of the concept are related to definitions, integrated assessment method (analysis problem), method of the intellectual support of decision-making (synthesis problem) and information technologies, which are an instrumental base of the agent-oriented control in social and economic systems

ENGINEERING SUPPORT PARADIGM OF SUBJECT-ORIENTED CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES
DescriptionThe article presents the basic antilogy, which is attributed to forming an engineering support paradigm of new technologies related to the subject-oriented control in the noosphere, between the demand for an automatical creative thinking of a control subject and the vigilance of society to possible adverse effects of its subjective activities. It is stated that the noosphere, which showed miracles of automation and cybernation, covers all types of human activities, excluding above original positions, which they barely touched. Uppermost it is related to the central economics problem (economy management) – the choice. The problem how to build an engineering support paradigm of subject-oriented control technologies is analyzed; it is based on the known subject-oriented control concept supplemented by concept-based models of the intuition mechanism, which assume its modeling based on formal systems with the purpose to automate control subjects mental activity. From the standpoint of Schopenhauer’s cognitive theory, a research method is developed to investigate evolution and becoming of a particular human category – engineers, which are responsible for the steady development of noosphere of Vernadsky. As a basis, a dynamic phylogenesis model of engineer’s figure was taken, including ready and effective vectors with parameters (education, intellect, skills) and (prevision, choice, emergence), respectively. The results of ontogenesis modeling are given – regularities in future engineers’ preparation as a platform for quantization and convolution of its levels based on modern mathematical methods, including those for support engineers of subjectoriented control technologies
