METHODOLOGY OF OPTIMAL PLACEMENT OF TRADE NETWORK OBJECTS
05.13.18 Mathematical modeling, numerical methods and software complexes
DescriptionThe article outlines the idea of a methodology for locating distribution centers of a spatially distributed distribution network without restrictions on the territory. In the past fifteen years in Russia, the profitability of offices and retail space has been significantly higher than logistic complexes. At present, it is possible to talk about a change in the investment attractiveness of the segment of distribution centers and storage facilities. The method consists in solving three problems: determining the number of distribution centers that need to be placed using the method of comparing options; determination of the best locations for placement of distribution centers using the ant colony algorithm; identification of the best location from the previously determined ant colony algorithm using the penalty function method. This method of optimal placement of objects of a spatially distributed complex can be applied not only to the distribution network, but also to any transport company with distribution centers, for example, a logistics company, delivery services, etc.

USING NEURAL NETWORKS FOR THE PROJECT TEAM SELECTION
05.13.10 Management in social and economic systems
DescriptionThe study was carried out with the financial support of the RHNF as part of the research project of the RFBR 17-02-00475-OGN "Application of metaheuristic algorithms for solving direct and inverse problems of optimizing the management of spatially distributed complexes"). The article considers the issue of automated selection of specialists for the project. It is proposed to use artificial neural networks as a decisive core of the system. We have considered several solutions to the problem with a basic version based on a cascade of two neural networks

Description
The article presents results of the research on the chemical composition of cognac wine materials, distillates and aged alcohols from the varieties of the Magarach Pervenets and Rice of different sugar content grown in the Taman agroecological zone. The influence of the initial sugar content on the chemical composition, physicochemical parameters and organoleptic evaluation, as well as the correlation of soil-climatic conditions and varietal features on the composition of cognac distillates, is shown. Soil analyzes were carried out at the FGBIC Anapskaya ZOSViV SKZNIISiV with the use of the latest equipment by conventional methods of determining indicators of soil characteristics. The purpose of the research is to give a detailed description of the site under study, as well as to identify the boundaries of the ecological macrozone for cultivating cognac varieties of grapes. In the course of the research it was clarified that for the selection and evaluation of raw zones of cognac production, it is necessary to take into account the optimal soil and climatic parameters for obtaining high-quality cognac raw materials

DescriptionThe time-optimal diagram of movement of the executive body of the precision DC drive with elastic shafting with constrains of maximum current and the fifth derivative of the speed has been designed. The algorithm has been developed to determine the parameters of the time-optimal diagram of movement of the executive body of the precision DC drive with elastic shafting with constrains of maximum current and the fifth derivative of the speed. The region of existence of the time-optimal diagram of movement of the executive body of the precision DC drive with elastic shafting with constrains of maximum current and the fifth derivative of the speed has been set. According to the results of the numeral experiment, the dependences of the duration of the cycle of movement of the executive body of the drive from prescribed displacement (rotation angle) for different values of the fifth derivative of the speed have been plotted

SCENARIO APPROACH TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT
DescriptionThe study was carried out with the financial support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, within the framework of the RFBR research project 17-02- 00475a "Application of metaheuristic algorithms to solving direct and inverse problems of optimizing control of spatially distributed complexes". The article considers the task of scenario approach to project management in case of abnormal progress of its implementation. Various contingencies have been analyzed in the course of project implementation. A model of the scenario approach for project management using the training principle with reinforcement is proposed

Description
The work is done in scientific and practical directions for minimization of power losses in transmission of electricity to local distribution networks between the actors of the energy (producers and consumers) of energy-saving technologies focused on technological activities such as modernization and reconstruction of networks. Quite often in various circuits of power systems, it is advisable to transfer energy and its power through intermediate (transit) nodes. Structural changes in the electricity sector, at present, are mainly associated with the introduction of market relations between the subjects of energy exchange; therefore, in this work special attention is paid to the problem of calculating the power losses, as it is nonlinearly dependent on the power at the nodes and branches of a network. It should be noted that the nodes in problems transit capacity could be both sources and consumers. The latter necessitated the need for search of possible ways to reduce transportation losses of energy due to both the improvement and optimization of distribution networks and through the use of intermediate transit nodes. It follows that the transportation problem in this formulation is more General and expands the possibilities of optimization of power losses for the local subsystems of the energy clusters. The work is composed of the transport matrix for solving problems transit capacity, where the algorithm taking into account the distinctive features of which consist in the use of continuous numbering of sources and consumers in the matrix, and any node can be a transit country. The transit capacity ii-th node Zii=0, and the dimension of the matrix in contrast to the previously considered tasks has (n+m) (n+m) and it remains square as all the transport problems of linear programming. Transit variables Xii are included in the solution of the problem with a minus sign, and all transit variables are considered basic. From the above example in the work of a number of branches of a network is minimal, which significantly reduces the cost of building and maintaining the network, and the solver minimizes the power loss between the subjects of energy exchange and, as a result to savings from the standpoint of cost of construction of the network and the management of overflows of energy in it

STABILIZATION OF MRNA CEREALS IN VITRO UNDER THE SILICON INFLUENCE
DescriptionThe differential stability of mRNA is an important mechanism for posttranscriptional regulation of gene expression in eukaryotes. Messenger RNA stability is controlled by specific genes and growth conditions. The review examines the theoretical possibility of mRNA stabilization in vivo as a consequence of replacing carbon atoms (C) or phosphorus (P), composed of nucleic acid on the silicon (Si) atom. During isolation of poly-(A)+mRNA from plant tissues by the two-cycle affinity chromatography on poly-(U)-Sepharose, regular changes in poly- (A)++mRNA yield were observed. The changes varied both with the plant genotype and growth conditions. Celite treatment of heated and unheated total RNA preparations from developing corn kernels and from green and etiolated wheat seedlings. Messenger RNA that differed in the length of poly- (A)-sequences was used for hybridization. It is evident that a reduction of poly-(A)-length causes alterations in spatial structure of mRNA, and associated proteins and cations Mg++ become accessible to celite absorption. Heating promotes melting of secondary structure, already initiated, and increases the efficiency of mRNA stabilization by celite. Interpreting the facts interact celite with mRNA in vitro and stabilization of mRNA in vivo by cycloheximide with a modern point of view can be considered with the position research of the phenomenon of RNA interference
