SINGULAR GROWTH IN AN INTEGRATED ASSESSMENT MODEL BASED ON A MODIFICATION OF THE SOLOW MODEL
DescriptionA modified version of the Solow model with endogenous technical progress is considered that exerts “explosive”, singular growth. A formula for the point of time of singularity is derived. The model is “upgraded” to a climate–economy model (an Integrated Assessment model) describing the growth of the world economy under conditions of global climate change. A non-trivial stationary solution of the model is obtained. It is shown that this solution is unstable, and that the developed model manifests “explosive growth” like the initial modification of the Solow model

Description
The Structural Dynamic Economic Model SDEM-2 is essentially a model of a closed economy growing under conditions of conflict of interests of two powerful aggregate actors: entrepreneurs and wage-earners. We study the economic growth within SDEM-2 both in system dynamic and optimization model setups. For the system dynamic model setup, four alternative control strategies of entrepreneurs are considered in detail: the “altruistic” control strategy, the “moderate output growth” control strategy, the “here and now” control strategy, and the “moderate dividend growth” control strategy. In the optimization setup the Pontryagin's maximum principle is applied to SDEM-2 to solve the linear and logarithmic utility maximization problems. The degree of sub-optimality of system dynamic solutions is evaluated

01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionA simple climate–economic model based on the AK model of economic growth with the endogenous depreciation rate linear in temperature and on the exogenous climate scenario with temperature linear in time is considered. The analytical solution of the model is obtained. The uncertainty of temperature projections is introduced in the model, and the moments of model state variable are calculated analytically. Numerical examples are provided

ADAPTATION OF NEW WORKER IN THE COMPANY
DescriptionAdaptation of a new worker of the company will be considered in this article. For many companies adaption of a new worker to his or her new job does not have much value. But this is a big mistake that many managers are committing. In this article we will have some more effective ways of adaptation of new workers, and how this can be profitable financially to companies by making the new worker efficient in a short period of time. This would be a winning strategy for modern companies. I noticed that in Mali and almost all developing countries they do not even care about this fact. In public or private services the new comers are not welcomed by stuff and managers. And that is why the productivity is not high during the first two or three years of new colleagues in the company. This article can permit managers to understand the theoretical process of adaptation; also it will give them an exact program to follow. Induction of new worker is an essential part of motivation theory of Human resource management. And the first days are very important for the new workers in the company. So to avoid stress and minimize the risk of mistakes and accidents a good and understandable adaptation program is needed. This article is essential in understanding how to increase a new worker motivation in the company

THEORY OF SOCIAL MOTIVATION AS TOOL TO INCREASE SOCIAL PERFORMANCE IN SUB-SAHARAN COMPANIES
DescriptionThis article is about the theory of social motivation as a tool to increase social performance in Sub Saharan countries. So in the first part we will retell the theoretical understanding of motivation and its limits and then the explanation of the concept of social motivation as an alternative to complete the existing and old form of motivation. The second part of the article will talk about social performance and how to measure it. Several techniques are available for measuring performance of an employee. But the difference is in the sources of traits or qualities to be appraised. Jobs are different and have different requirements and different opinion of the management too. The practice is difficult sometime because of different kinds of workers (factory workers, executives or salespeople), which cannot be measured with the same indicators all the time. In this article we will see some theoretical and practical models of performance appraisal based on effectiveness and efficiency at work with concrete indicators. Also the readers will understand how social motivation, when well used in a company can increase the performance and transform the work place into a livelihood place for all stakeholders. And the article will end with the conclusion in which we have a piece of advice and literature references

IMPORTANCE AND METHODOLOGIES OF EVALUATION OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT IN COUNTRIES
DescriptionHuman Resource development is an important asset permitting corporations and governments to survive in this unstable economic world. Skillful and well educated worker will always permit getting competitive edge. In this article after defining Human Resource development (HRD) and explaining the difference between it and Human development (HD), I will explain the problem of evaluation of HRD with concrete formula and case study showing how the return on investment can be measured. The methodological background with different approaches of more than 10 eminent writers on the question of training evaluation and the common points of them will be presented in a special table with references. Also in the article I ‘am going to give my concretes processes with typical strategy to follow in terms of HRD in government levels, more specifically in developing countries like Mali where Human capital development is a crucial question. Many corporate or state managers fail with their HRD strategy because of lack of knowledge or management tools which can help them do it. So I think this article will help them more and also will draw governments’ attention on the importance of investing in HRD and knowing good evaluation methods. And the work will finish with a conclusion

THE FIRST RUSSIAN TRAVEL RELATION IN SOUTH AFRICA (1808)
10.00.00 Philological sciences
DescriptionThis article examines the story of the unexpected stay of lieutenant Vasily Golovnin in South Africa in 1808 during his famous navigation around the world. In fact, the Russian sailor had to stop in Simonstown for a short while to stock up and put his boat in shape. However, his visit on this archipelago which newly belonged to British had coincided with the moments of crisis between Russian and British empires in Europe. These events obliged Golovnin to stay in the Cape of Good Hope for thirteen months. Enjoying his freedom of movement, the young navigator will exploit this long stay to describe the daily life of South African people. During his travels across the Cape Colony, Golovnin meets with colonists and colonized, and tells about the mechanism of their cohabitation. Even if it is not so abundant, his travelogue remains the first one realized by a Russian on South Africa and will always be crucial for the future generations of Russian mariners who will follow his itinerary. From Kronstadt to Kamchatka, Golovnin described the amazing events, but there, it will exclusively focus on the part of his travelogue [3] about his long and exceptional “stay at the Cape of Good Hope”

Description
The author’s concept of improving the efficiency of the use of information ressources in the international brands management in the global consumer market is considered. The idea of the concept is to create a new intelligent automated marketing information system of the organization and management of information resources and their adequate (semantic-linguistic, logical and statistical analysis) use in the management of international brands in the global consumer markets. The core of this system is a domain ontology that potentially makes possible to control and transfer an experience in the marketing environment. It is concluded that with further development of the concept, in particular on progress in the structuring of information and knowledge of the subject area, with success in the selection and formation of rules of logical inference, and from the success of the presentation in their native form will largely depend on building an effective intelligent automated training of marketing information systems
