Description
The article presents a study of parameters and modes of operation of machines for soil cultivation. In determining the parameters and modes of operation of machinery for tillage we have applied the theory of similarity and dimensions of physical quantities. We have obtained the regularities of disclosing the relationship of the parameters from the medium to the energy characteristics of the process. As the initial data we used test protocols of machines for soil cultivation (Central - Black Earth, Kubanskaya, Sibirskaya, of North - Caucasion MIS, RosNIITiM) : KPI - 3.8, AРC - 3.9, AKV - 4, AKM - 6 - V, AMP - 4 APC - 4 A, AРC - 10 APR - 4.4, APU - 6.5 APSH - 6 , CNC - 6.0, CSТ - 3.8, APC - 4. We defined the formula оf dimension parameters and modes of operation of machines for soil cultivation and properties of soil (traction resistance, depth, width, speed, hardness of the soil, acceleration). Based on dimension theory we have received similarity criteria. Based on the correlation analysis and the least squares method we determined the nature of addiction and the coefficients for it. TO INFORMATION SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT FOR A MILK PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE
DescriptionIn this article, we have explained the necessity of creating precise adaptive energy-saving technologies for use on the milk production enterprises. There are defined the main problems that reduce the enterprises efficiency and milk quality. Many of these problems can be solved if there is organized correctly the information flow through the creation of complex programs and databases. Regardless to the size and structure of the milk production enterprises, they have the following main information streams: animal productivity data; information about the herd composition and structure; information about the diet composition; information about the quality of milk and others. For the storage of this information there is a developed database consisting of 66 tables and 10 diagrams. The article includes information on some charts. To meet the challenges of manufacturing processes modeling there was offered a bunch of "Mathematical package - Database Management System." Within the developed automated enterprise management system we have selected MATLAB and MS SQL Server. There are presented models of thermal balance; heat generated by animals; heat loss from the feed coming from outside and so on. We have also grounded the applicability of the structural processes modeling in conjunction with the possibilities of modern database management system that allows you to convert a wide range of energy saving tasks to automated analysis and forecasting. This approach has the modularity and implementation ease, all of which allows you to build complex information systems, which at the same time are easy to change, expand and renovate

MODULAR AUTOMATED COMPLEX OF THE SOLAR WATER HEATING PLANT FOR AGRICULTURAL OBJECTS
DescriptionThe article deals with the system, providing automatic control of the solar water heating system with the abilities to store in internal memory and to transmit by the cellular network the information about the conditions of the plant and the occurring failure conditions. The common principles of the building the automatic system with the modular principles are shown. The article solves the issue about the quality of the water supply through the quality parameters which provided by the considered system. The methods of the active and passive loss minimizing of the heat of the water in the tank are shown. The usage of the active loss minimizing system was considered. The block-scheme of the implementation of the automatic system with described abilities are shown. The compulsory and auxiliary blocks of the automatic system are shown. The algorithm of the checking of the water supply quality parameters was presented. The study considers methods of the storing of the parameters of the working conditions of the plant and the occurring failure modes as well as the remote information of the attending personnel by the cellular networks. The advantages of the conducting of the system log are shown. The preliminary calculation of the memory capacity for storing the system log was completed. The advantages of the described automatic system with relation to the constructing, controlling, service and research of the described solar water heating systems are shown

THE HARDWARE SOURCES OF THE AUTOMATION OF THE SOLAR WATER HEATING OF THE AGRICULTURE PLANTS
DescriptionThe article deals with the necessity of the uninterrupted control of the work quality of the solar heating system. The advantages of the microcontroller systems, which gave their evolution in the last years, are shown. The possibilities of the usage of the microcontroller systems for carrying the work quality control are shown. The electrical principal scheme of the system of the automatic control of the solar water heating which allow to control the work quality control are shown. The system was divided into interconnected parts. The methods of the temperature control by the electronic temperature sensors 18B20, water control by the optical pair with open channel and water quantity meter with the optical wheel, water level in the tank by the ultrasonic sensor of the distance and level of the solar radiation by the pyranometer are shown. The necessarily calculation of the geometric tank sizes and water velocity in the solar collector are carried out. The corresponding hardware resources of the PIC microcontrollers like hardware counters, timer with the ability to allow counting by the external signal (Gate Control), analog-digital converter and fixed voltage reference module are described. The algorithms of the control of the water temperature in the tank and the control of the filling the tank with the hot water from the solar collector are described. INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES FOR CALCULATING ILLUMINATION OF INDUSTRIAL PREMISES
DescriptionNowadays on the market, there is a large variety of CAD systems and specialized software; however, to solve effectively research and design problems there remains task of development and implementation of national Russian-language information systems that are compatible with the requirements of Russian regulations to support the design and research of industrial buildings and facilities parameters. Being irrespective of the sizes and structure of the industrial enterprises, there are a number of approved design techniques, including calculations of lighting, heating, ventilation, water supply and so on. To improve the efficiency of the interested experts work on their basis there were developed efficient algorithms as well as information systems and database. In the article there is justified the necessity of the developing information systems and processes of industrial premises designing on the example of lighting calculation. We have highlighted the main ways of increasing project work efficiency of engineering and technical personnel on industrial enterprises. For their practical implementation, there is required proper organization of information flows by creating programs and databases complex. The article includes information about the "Calculation of lighting industrial enterprises" subsystem that is the part of the "Designing of industrial enterprises" information system. INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES OF MONITORING POWER TRANSFORMERS CONDITION
DescriptionTo solve the problem of reducing the power supply system’s reliability a prompt full-scale diagnostics based on modern methods can help. Inculcation of information systems for the operational diagnostics implementation allows providing the operating personnel with information that enables to predict possible infringements in power transformers work and to prepare in advance an action plan to address them. The paper presents fragments of the developed monitoring system of power transformer using programmable logic controllers. Within the work of the system there were marked such groups of controlled parameters as information about temperature and the cooling system work; magnitude of windings voltage per phase; the windings current values per phase; information about being transmitted and transmitted power; information about the insulation state. There is designed a functional scheme of the system for monitoring the state of the power transformer. There is described a general algorithm of system functioning. There is developed graphical operator interface that allows to monitor the object state and to manage the system state. Using XML markup language there was designed format of data packets. Designed hardware and software package can be used in the educational process, as it allows to improve the quality of students training, to bring them closer to the realities of modern professional activities; in operational activities as complying with the approved domestic calculating methods replacement of foreign software; in science in solving problems of analysis and optimization of operating parameters of power transformers

Description
In the article, we have described the main causes of the fuel-air mixtures explosion and such affecting factors as air blast and fragmental fields. Explosions are performed using various sources of energy. The scale of the explosions consequences depends on their detonation power and the environment in which they occur. The range of the affected areas can reach several kilometers. The basic parameter that characterizes the explosives is the maximum pressure. Increasing distance from the explosion, the maximum pressure and pulse decrease and action duration increases. There is presented method, which is developed in Windows-based applications that allows investigate the dependence of the destruction level on the distance and the explosion epicenter. Algorithm of application operation implements automatically filling of the "molar mass of combustible material, g/mol" field depending on the user’s choice of the flammable substance name. After calculating the raw data, the user moves to the calculation of all the parameters and sees the results of the calculation. By default, the calculation results are presented in tabular form. Further, the results of calculation are presented with a graphical representation of data. The developed software can be used in the educational process at studying such disciplines as "Theory of burning and explosion", "The production safety", "Protection in emergency situations", and also be recommended to practical workers in the sphere of labor safety, prediction and assessment of the technological accidents and catastrophes consequences, teachers of this profile disciplines

DescriptionThe process of the presowing seed treatment with alternating electromagnet field of the commercial frequency (EMF CF) 50 Hz is economically efficient. The use of the EMF CF 50 Hz in the unit with ring pole pieces allows increasing the germinating energy and power. The electromagnet seed treatment in the units with ring pole pieces is the perspective process of the presowing treatment which does not make unhealthy influence on the operating personnel. At the presowing treatment one has to take into account three factors; they are the arrangement of seeds in the working chamber, the time of treatment and the seed humidity. In this article the authors recommend to promote the unit consisting of a magnetic circuit with ring pole pieces of the rectangular cross-section, a magnetizing coil and an embedding of the nonmagnetic material in the working chamber which allows to increase the germinating energy of spring barley by 10% and the germination by 6,5%. The addition to crop capacity has run to 7% as a result of the spring barley treatment. We analyzed the parameters of the working chamber of the alternating electromagnetic field source of industrial frequency of 50 Hz, we established the dependence of the rate of treatment on the parameters and modes of installation, which are confirmed by laboratory tests. Long-term field studies revealed that the field germination rate of the seeds of spring barley treated with EMF IF, even under adverse weather conditions, exceeds by more than 8% of the field germination rate of control samples

SELECTION OF RICE PRODUCTIVITY BY SELECTION FROM HYBRID GENERATION OF WELL-GRAINED PANICLES

DescriptionDuring 2012-2015 from the two fissile populations of rice hybrid Il.14 x Kuboyar and Il.28 x Kuboya we conducted multidirectional selection of panicles with low, medium and high number of grains in them. It was established a different reaction to the selection of hybrid generations by yield. The lowest yield was formed at planting grain from small panicles, intermediate - from the middle panicles and biggest - from the major panicles. The reaction to selection decreased with each successive generation. In the hybrid Il.14 x Kuboyar at positive selection of the yield increase towards the initial population F2 was in F3 - 10,5%, in the F4 - 3,8% and F5 - 1,9%, at Il.28 x Kuboyar - respectively 4, 4%, 3.1% and 0.7%. At negative selection in Il.14 x Kuboyar there was a decrease of yield on 7.7% F3, in F4 on 6.9% and in F5 on 0.2%. By years of research was not observed variations in grain yield obtained from the panicle with an average grainness and generally was at the level of the original population. At the hybrid Il.28 x Kuboyar for negative selection of the relative yield initially decreased on 1.7% in F3, while then for all kinds of selection to the fifth generation grew up and different to a lesser extent than the first the hybrid, although the ranks of the values preserved. The yield from a fraction of well-grained was 98.4%, medium grained - 96.5%, low grained - 94.2% of the initial Kuboyar variety
