OPTIMIZING THE SHAPE OF A CENTRIFUGE ROTOR
DescriptionThe use of regenerated oils reduces the consumption of fresh oils for refilling, while oil filtration during the operation lengthens their service life and reduces the consumption of fresh oils for replacement. To restore waste oils, a variety of technological operations are used, based on physical, physicochemical and chemical processes. They are aimed at treating the oil in order to remove aging products and pollution from it. The studies have shown that the most effective means of recovering the quality of waste oils are small-size regeneration plants. The main difficulty in creating small-sized regeneration plants is the selection of a sufficiently effective, environmentally safe and economically justified method for the regeneration of waste oils, as well as its hardware design. We have special demands to the planting of the tilled crops. Unlike grain crops, the tilled crops are sowed in a line with the certain step, which permits to provide the rational placing of the plants on the feeding areas. Due to this, the necessary conditions were made for their further growth and getting of big crops. For planting of the tilled crops all over the world people apply pneumatic precision drills with vacuum seed-sowing mechanisms and the quality of realization of the operation depends on their work greatly. The process of work of the vacuum seed-sowing mechanism can be divided on basic stage, the process of catching a single seed and carrying it out of the layer of the others with the drawing hole is the most responsible among them. The analyses of the work which has been done let conclude that the influence of the agitator on the layer of the seeds in the zone of their catching with the drawing holes increases the efficiency of this process. With an aim of the activation of the working process of the central agitator the authors offer to make its blades in such a way that their working sides would be turned in the direction of rotation of the agitator and the plane of the feed disk. All this let use the agitator not only for activation of the layer of seeds but for their push to the drawing holes of the feed disk. The proof of the offered construction is presented in the article, the results of the comparative experimental researches of the serial and the modernized vacuum seed-sowing mechanisms and the analyses of obtained data are shown, conclusions have been formulated

The article presents a study of parameters and modes of operation of machines for soil cultivation. In determining the parameters and modes of operation of machinery for tillage we have applied the theory of similarity and dimensions of physical quantities. We have obtained the regularities of disclosing the relationship of the parameters from the medium to the energy characteristics of the process. As the initial data we used test protocols of machines for soil cultivation (Central - Black Earth, Kubanskaya, Sibirskaya, of North - Caucasion MIS, RosNIITiM) : KPI - 3.8, AРC - 3.9, AKV - 4, AKM - 6 - V, AMP - 4 APC - 4 A, AРC - 10 APR - 4.4, APU - 6.5 APSH - 6 , CNC - 6.0, CSТ - 3.8, APC - 4. We defined the formula оf dimension parameters and modes of operation of machines for soil cultivation and properties of soil (traction resistance, depth, width, speed, hardness of the soil, acceleration). Based on dimension theory we have received similarity criteria. Based on the correlation analysis and the least squares method we determined the nature of addiction and the coefficients for it. We have also received a graph for determining the operating modes and parameters of machines for soil cultivation

PROGRAM FOR ESTIMATION OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENTS IN CAR SERVICE COMPANIES
DescriptionThe article presents a computer program for estimation of economic efficiency of investments in car service companies. Estimation of economic efficiency of investments is the most important problem on the development stage of creating the project, modernization and development of production, including car service. Car service is one of the most intensive developing sectors of Russian economics due to increasing amount of vehicles, and therefore, it is a significant part of works and services that compose the gross domestic product. At the same time, investments in companies of car service are risky, because wrong prognosis of economic efficiency can lead to unprofitability of the company or inadmissible time of investments payback. For reducing risks of incorrect investing we have designed a special computer program for estimation of economic efficiency of investments in companies of car service. It can determine different efficiency indicators and take into consideration all the different payments and required investments. The results of the program operation are outputting in forms of the informative table and the plot of the really project estimating. The procedure of combined electrooptical processing which allows to disclose the reasonable energy and technological conditions of seeds’ treatment and to define the main factors which influence such seeds’ sowing qualities as: germinating power, germinating ability and length of sprouts is used in this article. Besides, the procedure allows conducting the research of efficiency evaluation of some rational parameters and conditions of treatment which influence their yield characteristics in field conditions. The research task was to obtain the data about the number of spring barley called “Ratnik” shoots and their productivity depending on the number of working volume converter’s lamps (1-6) and on the protectant’ norm percent (1-100). The experiments have been carried out and the data have been obtained for this purpose and the processing of these data has given the regression equation of the second order writing the process with the volumetric graphical interpretation. The rational parameter space of presowing treatment providing maximal germination and crop capacity of barley “Warrior” has been obtained on basis of the diagrams’ analysis. As the growth of germinating ability and crop capacity is observed when the number of working lamps is increased the double spreading at 6 working lamps should be recommended. The concentration of the protectant practically ceases to influent the crop capacity. According to the results of the research there has been drawn a conclusion that preliminary seeds treatment, for the purpose of plant diseases preventing, restrains the germination processes at the initial level. It happens in connection with conditions deterioration of moisture access to seeds which are covered with protectant film. Further processing of treated seeds by optical radiation promotes the growth of germinating ability and length of sprouts compensating negative effect of treatment

SELECTION OF RICE PRODUCTIVITY BY SELECTION FROM HYBRID GENERATION OF WELL-GRAINED PANICLES

DescriptionDuring 2012-2015 from the two fissile populations of rice hybrid Il.14 x Kuboyar and Il.28 x Kuboya we conducted multidirectional selection of panicles with low, medium and high number of grains in them. It was established a different reaction to the selection of hybrid generations by yield. The lowest yield was formed at planting grain from small panicles, intermediate - from the middle panicles and biggest - from the major panicles. The reaction to selection decreased with each successive generation. In the hybrid Il.14 x Kuboyar at positive selection of the yield increase towards the initial population F2 was in F3 - 10,5%, in the F4 - 3,8% and F5 - 1,9%, at Il.28 x Kuboyar - respectively 4, 4%, 3.1% and 0.7%. At negative selection in Il.14 x Kuboyar there was a decrease of yield on 7.7% F3, in F4 on 6.9% and in F5 on 0.2%. By years of research was not observed variations in grain yield obtained from the panicle with an average grainness and generally was at the level of the original population. At the hybrid Il.28 x Kuboyar for negative selection of the relative yield initially decreased on 1.7% in F3, while then for all kinds of selection to the fifth generation grew up and different to a lesser extent than the first the hybrid, although the ranks of the values preserved. The yield from a fraction of well-grained was 98.4%, medium grained - 96.5%, low grained - 94.2% of the initial Kuboyar variety

The article explains the importance of the transport process when performing repair jobs of asphalt roads. The scheme of the technological process was drawn up; job steps were identified, while the latter may be characterized by non-productive downtime of transport as well as that one of technological machines. We have analyzed the following steps of the flowchart of the road concrete mix transportation: the preparation of the road concrete mix for transportation, loading, transportation, unloading, laying and packing. The transportation of goods starts at the working site of their production and ends at the site of their consumption. The transportation process is a multistep and multioperational process having the greater diversity of technological, operational and economic operations, which must be correctly organized. It is extremely important to deliver the road concrete mix of coating plant (OP) just in time, while avoiding the unproductive idle standing of the equipment, the deterioration of the mixture, as well as performing the job steps at minimum transportation cost savings. The successful combining of the steps of the concept organization of the road concrete mix transportation (coating plant, asphalt laying step, transportation step) will improve the performance and will provide the reduction of the job cost. One must perform the coordination of job steps on different road sections using information technologies and communication facility

The aim of the article has been the study of deflection laws in tractor oversize low-pressure tires, intended for class 5 tractor propulsion. The research method was experimental. The "tire tester" and specially designed devices for determining the deflections of the inner and outer tube relative to the rim in the circumferential, radial and collateral directions have been used in it. A number of factors determine outcome indices of the wheel with pneumatic tyre. Among them the ability of the tire to deform so that at low - hysteresis losses in the rubber-cord casing and admissible stresses in it, based on resource, the largest area of contact with the supporting base has been created. This circumstance is of particular importance in the development of tractor tires of low pressure, deflection characteristics of which are poorly studied at present. Analysis of experimental studies showed the necessity of the feasibility of creating the tire with the cord orientation in its casing so that in the zone of perception of the vertical and longitudinal forces the cord threads would work in a mode close to the extension, but in the area of contact it would work in bending. These requirements will best meet the tire in which the cord threads are parallelly located in adjacent layers and directed at a predetermined angle in the direction of effect of the axial forces on the wheel in oncoming fibers
