THE EFFECT OF PERLITE USING ON QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE INDICATOR OF SEED GROWTH

Description
An experiment has been carried out on the effect of germination of seeds with perlite on the improvement of the growth force of rye Vyatka-2. The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of perlite on the growth force of seeds under the conditions of additional fertilizers and changing the volume water during irrigation. The task of the work was to determinate the growth force of seeds with perlite. The growth force of the seeds was determined after 10 days in sprouted seeds in five samples in glass vessels with three different moisture conditions. It was proved that germination of seeds with perlite increased the seed growth force up to 28% in comparison with seeds grown in sand (a control sample). The result also depended on decreasing of humidity rate up to 30-40%

PROCESS EVALUTION OF SEEDS PRE-SEEDING TREATMENT WITH INFRARED RADIATION

Description
The main subject spotted in this article is a calculation method which helps to depict optimal temperature conditions for seeds stimulation by infrared radiation useful for electromagnetic processing and seed-pelleting with perlit next. The analysis helped to depict that the convenient technical aspects of shortwave infrared radiation is in range 0,76-1,4 mcm. This kind of infrared radiation has the greatest penetrating power into the grain to stimulate. According to the methodology a rapid increase of the temperature of seeds after the critical point reaching during IR treatment leads to the properties deterioration of the of thermolabile materials. The temperature gradient during the IR treatment of seeds has the opposite direction of moisture content and depends on the preliminary humidity of the material. This affects the pre-planting cultivation quality of seeds. To avoid overheating and seeds damage there was a mathematical model of the optimal temperature of the IR radiation calculated. As the result of this method there was obtained the calculation of temperature conditions for IR treatment and heating rate depending on seeds humidity. This calculation method helps to define optimal temperature conditions to avoid harmful influence on seeds due to heating. There was data fitting during this method creation and evaluation which defines the effectiveness and perspective of this elaboration

PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN ACCOUNTING AUTOMATION

The issues of advanced information technologies in accounting are considered in the article. Some particular features of the Russian automated accounting are revealed and the methodology of ITbased management is demonstrated. The classification of the software products applied for accounting automation is made as well as the rating of the most common programs for IT-based management in Russia is provided. Major strengths and weaknesses of ITsecurity in accounting system are given. The problems of management activity automation during the period of transition to the international standards are considered, among them consideration of time value of money. The assessment of modern automated accounting system in the Russian economy made by well-known scientists is given. Special attention is paid to remote hardware and program resources while solving the problems of IT-based management. The author of the article also considers the problems of application prospects in accounting in self-developing expert systems based on competitive software products. Some particular problems of information security posing threat to the application in information technologies in management are presented. PYROlYSIS RUBBER WASTE REPROCESSING FACILITY WITH MINIMAL ENVIRONMENT IMPACT

To solve the problem of reprocessing and use of rubber waste in Russia it is necessary to develop and adopt a set of measures regulating the procedure for their accounting, collection, storage and delivery for processing, as well as preparation and promotion of legislative acts at federal and regional levels, stimulating an increase in complete renovation and recycling of used tires. Russia has seen a steady increase in quantity of waste; fundamental changes to this trend in the nearest future are not expected. This is obviously due to the growth of industrial production and the level of final consumption. In this case, wastes of consumption will grow faster than production waste due to advanced growth of products of final consumption - primarily household, computer and electronic equipment, household items, clothes, cars, etc. [2]. There are several methods of used tires and rubber waste reprocessing in general, but we focus only on the pyrolysis process, as one of the most efficient and environmentally friendly.
