Description
In the article, the embodying of operation of integrating of systems, being generalization of operation of integrating of sets within the limits of system generalization of the theory of sets is considered. This operation is similar to bulean integrating operation of the classical theory of sets. However, unlike the classical theory of sets, the concrete algorithm of integrating of systems in its system generalization is offered and the quantitative standard system effect (synergetic, emergetic) arising with the application of integrating of systems is proved. For this standard, the unique name is offered: «The generalized coefficient of emerge by R.Hartley» because of likeness of its mathematical form to the local coefficient of emerge by Hartley, reflecting a degree of difference of system from the set of its base elements. In this article application of a new method of an artificial intellect is examined: systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - "Eidos" system are used for an estimation of level of nonspecific resistance of an organism of patient on the basis of the preoperative information about it received by a method of cardio respiratory synchronism (CRS) and forecasting of duration of the postoperative rehabilitation period on this basis. In the 2nd part of the article it is considered: forecasting and decision support of problem solving, including shaping and an output of informational portraits of classes, worth of factors and their value for forecasting and decision making problem solving, outputs are made, outlooks are planned, hypotheses are stated

THE ANALISIS OF SAINT-VENANT EQUATION SYSYEM ANALYTICAL AND NUMERICAL METHODS

Description
Diffusion-convection equation that has been received from Saint-Venant differential equation system describing nonstationary fluid motion in a river canal is investigated. Analytical method is considered for the solution of equation with the fixed factors and finite-difference method is considered for the solution of equation system with the float factors. The results of test calculations executed for a reaches of the river Kuban are presented
