The structure of adaptive automatic management system of filleting equipment, including estimator in the form of consequent statistical analyzer and adaptator as a linear tactic automaton, is offered. The lite recurrent model of adaptation algorithm for statistical tests by Monte-Carlo method and results of modeling is offered, modeling results were stated.
