THEORY OF TURBULENCE AND SIMULATION OF TURBULENT TRANSPORT IN THE ATMOSPHERE PART 3
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe completely closed model of wall turbulence was derived directly from the Navier-Stokes equation. The fundamental constants of wall turbulence including the Karman constant have been calculated within a theory. This model has been developed also for the accelerated and non-isothermal turbulent boundary layer flows over rough surface

TURBULENCE THEORY AND ROUGHNESS DENSITY EFFECT MODEL
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe model of the turbulent boundary layer over a rough surface is presented. The model is based on the special type of transformation of the Navier-Stokes equation. The turbulent boundary layer in this model is considered as a flow above the rough surface gener-ated by the viscous sublayer (the dynamic roughness effect). The roughness density effect on the shift of the mean velocity logarithmic profile has been estimated in the case of 2D and 3D roughness elements

THEORY AND CONSTANTS OF WALL TURBULENCE
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe completely closed model of wall turbulence was derived directly from the Navier-Stokes equation. The fundamental constants of wall turbulence including the Karman constant have been calculated within a theory. This model has been developed also for the accelerated and non-isothermal turbulent boundary layer flows. The estimated mean velocity, temperature and impurity concentration profiles as well as the spectral characteristics of the streamwise velocity component are to be shown in a good agreement with the experimental data

DescriptionAnalysis of electronic systems of atoms of chemical elements in planes of sub-shell with help synergetic information theory is conducted. It is found that peri-odic change of properties of chemical elements is ref-lection of periodic change of values R-functions of structured organization of electronic systems

CHAOS AND ORDER OF DISCRETE SYSTEMS IN LIGHT OF SYNERGETIC INFORMATION THEORY
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionEstimation of chaos and order in structure of electronic systems of atoms, protein molecules, webs of spiders, poetic products is done with the help of synergetic information theory. Existence of statistical rule of structural organization in nature is expected. This rule directs evolution of discrete system towards balance of chaos and order.

SYNERGETIC INFORMATION THEORY Part 3. Information functions and Boltzmann entropy
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn the article it is shown that information-synergistic functions, in the face reflected information, additive negentropy and entro-py of reflection, they have direct interrelation with Boltzmann entropy.

DescriptionAnalysis of reflection of discrete system with final set of elements in planes of set of values of any sign is leaded. It is demonstrated that information reflected with system is divided on reflected and not reflected part and relevant information functions are got. Structured law of saving of sum of chaos and order is established and classification of discrete systems on their structural organization is given. Interrelation of synergetic and probabilistic information theories is shown. Law of information saving is established.
