EMERGENCE PARAMETER OF CLASSICAL AND QUANTUM STATISTICAL SYSTEMS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn this article we give a generalization of Hartley's model for the measure of information. We propose a rate of emergence, which is applicable to systems obeying classical or quantum statistics. Quantum sys-tems that obey Fermi-Dirac statistics and Bose-Einstein condensate, as well as classical systems obey-ing the Maxwell-Boltzmann statistics have been con-sidered. We found that the emergence parameter of quantum and classical systems differ as well as the emergence parameter of quantum systems of fermions and bosons. Consequently, the emergence parameter might be used to distinguish the classical system and quantum system, as well as quantum system of fermions and the quantum system of bosons

RENEWAL DEPENDENCE METHOD OF LEAST SQUARES BASED NONPARAMETRIC MODEL WITH PERIODIC COMPONENT
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionWe consider the nonparametric problem of reneval dependence, which is described by the sum of a linear trend and periodic function with a known period. We obtain the asymptotic distribution of the parameter estimates and the trend component. The methods of estimating the periodic component and designing in-terval forecast. In the model of the points of observa-tion, natural for applications, justified by the condi-tions of use. In particular, we prove an asymptotically unbiased estimate of the coefficient of the linear term

APPLICATION OF INFORMATION THEORY AND A.S.C. ANALYSIS FOR EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH IN NUMBER THEORY
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIs it possible to automate the study of the properties of numbers and their relationship so that the results of this study can be formulated in the form of statements, indicating the specific quantity of information stored in them? To answer this question it is offered to apply the same method that is widely tested and proved in studies of real objects and their relations in various fields to study the properties of numbers in the theory of numbers namely - the automated system-cognitive analysis (A.S.C. analysis), based on information theory

DYNAMICS OF QUARKS IN THE BARYON METRIC AND THE STRUCTURE OF NUCLEI
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn this paper we consider a system of Dirac equations describing the dynamics of quarks in hadrons metric. The magnetic moment and the energy of the nucleons in the case of deuterium nuclei calculated.

GENERIC POLYNOMIALS FOR THE CYCLIC 2-GROUPS OVER FIELDS WITH CHARACTERISTIC TWO
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn this article, the generic polynomials for cyclic groups of order 4, 8 and 16 over fields with characteristic two are constructed. With this construction, the generic polynomials for all cyclic 2-groups over fields with characteristic two can be obtained. We also give survey of known results of generic polynomials for the cyclic groups.

QUARK DYNAMICS IN ATOMIC NUCLEI AND QUARK SHELLS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn this article, we consider a system of Dirac equations describing the dynamics of quarks in the metric of the atomic nuclei. We found out, that the binding energy of the nucleons for all known nuclides depends on the content of the quarks. The resulting dependence of the energy of the nucleons shows a quark shells, similar electron shells

WATER STRUCTURE AND DILUTE WATER SYSTEM PROPERTIES ANALYSIS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe cluster structure in pure water (distilled) and water salt solution was considered. The experimental methods of the structural units’ registration in water were analyzed. It is shown that the clusters influence on water properties is insignificant by salt concentration more than 10-5 mole
