REGULATION OF WATER IN THE KUBAN RIVER BASIN
DescriptionTechnical scheme of water regulation in the Kuban river basin, characteristics and work analysis of water intake, water regulating constructions of Upper, Middle and Lower parts of Kuban are presented in the article. Water calculations with an account of quests of water users and water consumers with the supply situation 50, 75, 95 % were done and their results on whole water complex on the branches of economics are presented.

Description
The idea of systemic generalization of mathematics was substantiated by the author and the first step on its realization was done: variant of systemic information theory was proposed. There was done an attempt to do the second step in the same way: one of the possible approaches to the systemic generalization of mathematic understanding of set on the conceptual level, namely the approach, based on systemic information theory. It is supposed that this approach can become the basic one for systemic generalization of set theory and creation of mathematic theory of systems.

Results of computational experiments on increasing of semantic information models adequacy with different sets of astrosigns by means of separation of generalized social categories (astrosociotypes) on typical and atypical parts are casted in the article.

Description
Programming idea of systemic generalization of mathematics, essence of which consists of total change of meaning “set” on more common meaning “system” and tracing of all consequences of it is formulated and generalized in the article. Observance of adequacy principle, which is mandatory for more common theory is provided under it, because a system with zero level of systemic character is set. Expanded example of realization of this programming idea as a systemic information theory, which is systemic generalization of information theory of Nikewest-Boltzman-Hartley-Shannon and semantic information theory of Kharkevich , which was offered by the author, is brought.

SEMANTIC INFORMATION MODEL OF SC-ANALYSIS
DescriptionSemantic informational model of systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) is described in this article in brief, universal information measure of force and direction influence of factors values, independent from their nature and measurement units on the action of an object’s management ( based on the lemma Neiman-Pierson), and nonmetric integral criterion of similarity between images of concrete objects and generic mages of classes, images of classes and images of factors values are introduced as well. Identification and prognosis are considered as a decomposition of an image of a concrete object in a row by generic images classes (object analysis), it is offered to consider as a possible variant of decision of the thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice.

Description
Main scientific results, which were received in 2007 under creation and investigation of semantic information multi mode, providing as detection of dependence between astro signs and accessory of respondents to generalized social categories as a use of knowledge of these dependences for identification of respondents by these categories are casted in the article. Multi model includes 172 private models on 37 generalized categories and each of categories is presented less than 1000 respondents under general fetch capacity of 20007 respondents. It was applied the method of systemic- cognitive analysis, which is considered as one of the universal variants of decision of thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice ( theoretically this problem has been done in the theorem of A.N. Kolmogorova, which is a generalization of theorem V.I. Arnold ( 1957) under it.

COB-HUSKER OF CORN-HARVESTER WITH ADDITIONAL BELT CONTOURS
DescriptionThere was presented a corn-cob-husker with increased silking ability of corn-cobs, in construction of which a pair of stretching belts are installed, which was worked out and experimentally tested at the chair of agricultural machines of KubSAU. Use of proposed technical decision at speeds of 6-12 km/h increases degree of silking on corn-cob husker in average on 17% and decreases husk in average on 7,4%. Model of corn-cob husker which was worked out by us, received patent of the RF, and can be recommended to advance into production.

COB-HUSKER OF CORN-HARVESTER WITH ADDITIONAL ROTATING DISCS
DescriptionNew cob-husker is one of the most important units in a corn-harvester which was worked out at the chair of agricultural machines of KubSAU, was presented in the article. Given design is oriented to improve quality of cob-husking, to increase degree of cob silking and can be used by enterprises of agricultural manufacturing under designing of new highly productive corn-harvesters.

Approach to the design of system of automatic management of working organs of mechanotronic preparation-fillet equipment on the base of numerical automatic drive is considered in the article. Generalized structural scheme of management system by numerical automatic drive on the base of electromechanical stepping rotary indexing table is casted. Approximate model of numerical automatic drive was considered and impulse transition characteristics with different coefficients of PD-tuning controls were casted.

Approach to the determination of parameters of stepping drive for system of automatic management of working organs of mechatronic preparation-fillet equipment was considered in the article. Calculation methods for determination of parameters of ball-helical and rack-and-gear transmission are casted. Structure of laboratory installation, intended for research of dynamic characteristics of stepping drives was considered. Scheme of stepping drive management with the use of programming logical controller, microcontroller and bridge driver is casted.
