CONSTRUCTING A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF PRICING FOR REAL ESTATE IN KRASNODAR
DescriptionThis study proposes a method of determining the cost of 1 sq. m. apartment on the example of Krasnodar, which is especially important in connection with the necessity of reliable and valid assessment of the property value in a modern market economy. We have performed an analysis of data on apartments in Krasnodar from the site of the Regional Energy Commission - prices and tariffs department of the Krasnodar region. We have also had an exploratory analysis of available data on the subject of emissions and insignificant data (by constructing line graphs and scatter plots); we have also checked for possible dependencies between observations and between variables (built correlation matrix). We have selected variables is linear, the regression model for the variable "cost of 1 sq. m the total area, ths. rub. "(multiple regression). Using regression analysis as a method of mathematical statistics we have revealed a form of analytical dependence of the result of the predictor variables and the degree of this dependence

Description
The authors have developed and manufactured a large number of different designs of relative helical drums for mixing animal feed. We have conducted 749 field experiments with the drums of the 10 different designs with different parameters modes of operation. In all experiments, we measured the quality of the feed mixture. However, directly based on empirical data, rational choice of design features and parameters of the operation modes of the reels is not possible. For this, you must first develop a model reflecting these empirical data. The construction of meaningful analytical models of different types of drums is a difficult and demanding scientific task, the complexity of which is due to the large variety and complexity of forms of drums and their mode of usage, a large number of diverse physical factors affecting the processes in the drum. As a consequence, the development of analytical models associated with a large number of simplifying assumptions that reduce their versatility and reliability. Therefore, it is important to search of a mathematical method and software tools provide a quick and simple for the user to identify and influence the design of the drum and the parameters of the operating modes on the quality of the feed mixture directly on the basis of empirical (experimental) data. The work proposes a solution to this problem with the use of a new universal innovative method of artificial intelligence: automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its programmatic Toolkit – universal cognitive analytical system called "Eidos". In the system of "Eidos" we have implemented a software interface that provides direct input into the system large amounts of empirical data from Excel file. Created on their basis in the system of "Eidos" system-cognitive model allows the visual form to reflect the effect of the structure of the drum and the parameters of the operating modes on the quality of the resulting feed mixture and to develop on this basis the science-based and appropriate recommendations for the rational choice of design features and parameters of the modes relative to the screw drums. DESIGNING TONIC SOFT DRINKS COMPOUNDING WITH A PRONOUNCED PROPHYLACTIC PROPERTIES
DescriptionThe article describes the development of the material formulations of soft drinks based on fruit and vegetable juices and pectin extracts from of various raw materials. We have shown a possibility of designing healthy food with a creative approach to the task. The proposed products are very useful because they contain succinic acid - a natural participant in cellular respiration. Regular consumption of these drinks will help to combat fatigue and stress, and also makes it possible to cope with the socially significant illnesses - high blood pressure, diabetes. This contributes to pectin that displays the body of toxins, normalizes blood pressure. The main technological stages of the process of obtaining drinks developed by us - obtaining pectin extract; obtaining juice from fruits, berries and vegetables; preparing sugar syrup solutions and acids; mixing the components; tasting the resulting mixture; adjustment of taste and composition. DescriptionIt is necessary to know exact value of the full dispersion of waveguides, which leads to broadening and reduction of pulse amplitude for modeling laser radiation passage in quantum cryptography systems. WHY ENGINE AND TECHNOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION SLOWS DOWN
DescriptionThe tasks set in "The strategy of engine and technological modernization of agriculture until 2020" provide growth of labor productivity by 3–4 times. In our article, we have attempted to concretize in a zone sectional view the direction action for successful engine and technological modernization for the purpose of implementation of such strategically important point. Radical modernization of system of vehicles for complex mechanization of field husbandry based on the domestic equipment in relation to natural and technological conditions of the Krasnodar region is offered. Realization of system of transport is supposed with use of the equipment of the fourth generation, but in 2020 the equipment of the fifth generation and innovative processing methods for production of grain crops has to be realized. It is noted that the solution of such task without the state participation is impossible. The fundamental principles of improvement of system of vehicles for field husbandry and engine technologies are offered. The main of them is a new system of mobile power, new highly productive motorless grain - beetroot-, forage harvesters, new multipurpose units with the offered devices for combination of the technological operations changing labor-intensive technologies radically. We offer replacement of heavy tractors, self-propelled combines; cutting-down of the nomenclature of the equipment at the expense of multipurpose units, main application of fertilizers along with processing of the soil, drop of sealing of the soil and its dispersion. The offered technical re-equipment of branch will provide precision performance of operations, increase in labor productivity and economy of resources

DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH OF A CORN HARVESTER WITH SWEEP FRAME DESIGN
DescriptionThe article demonstrates a possibility of creation of a corn harvester with a sweep frame mounted from individual modules. Such corn harvesters include modules for cutting stalks, snapping modules, conveyor modules for turning, stacking and feeding the stalks in the shredding unit, conveyor modules for supplying corncobs to the cleaning device placed on the sweep frame, leading and managing bridges, power unit, as well as conveyor belt for cobs and auger for discharging the crushed plant matter. The technique for calculating the grinding module drive was shown. The arrangement of the modules on the corn harvester sweep frame was demonstrated. Corn harvesting with the suggested module corn harvester allows not only reducing combine metal consumption and reducing corn ears injuring, but improving maintainability as well

The results of the study of amino acids of white table wines depending on the yeast strain, continuous contact of wine with yeast biomass and the presence of lees stirring are presented. The dynamics of amino acids, which affect wine organoleptic characteristics and the formation of wine defects, specifically, tyrosine, methionine, threonine and lysine is shown. Conducted researches made it possible to divide the amino acids into three groups depending on the carrying out the batonnage or lack of it. The first group consisted of amino acids, the concentration of which practically has not changed in the presence or lack of stirring. The second and third groups include amino acids, the concentration of which increased and decreased, respectively during batonnage. The stirring of the wine with yeast biomass facilitated to the activation of mass transfer processes between cell and medium, and the access of air lead to oxidation of some amino acids and the change of its concentration. The absence of stirring influenced to a slight increase in the concentration of such amino acids as cystine, cysteine, β-phenylalanine, serine, α-alanine, leucine and glutamic acid. The experimental data allowed to arrange amino acids in a row depending on the speed of release into the medium: ά-aminobutyric acid > glutamic acid > α-alanine > leucine

ENRICHMENT OF BREAD WITH BIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES OF PROPHYLACTIC PURPOSE
DescriptionThere were shown the possibilities of the use of pectin extract from fruits of fodder water-melons as a bioactive addition for enriching of flour and bread production of the functional purpose. There were determined the qualitative characteristics of pectin extract: the total content of pectin 1,2%, complex-forming ability Рв2+292,7 mg / g confirming its technological importance as a radioprotector and detoxicant in the production of functional products. There was stated the positive influence of the pectin extract on physical properties of dough and quality of bread. The use of pectin extract as an enriching addition will allow extending the line of bakery products of the prophylactic purpose, because it is connected with the necessity of the correction of different type of deficit of micronutrients in the organism of a modern man. The consumption of such bread will allow satisfying the day's norm of consumption in macro- and micro nutrients and will assist to extract the ions of heavy and radioactive metals from an organism
