SUPPLYING THE GREENHOUSES WITH POWER BY THE USE OF ASYNCHRONOUS GENERATORS
DescriptionDue to the recommendation of the World Health Organization, the standard rate of vegetables consumption for a person per year is 130-150 kg, including up to 15 kg of fresh production during the off-season. To meet these standards in Russia, the construction of greenhouses and greenhouse complexes was sped up. To cultivate the bulk of vegetables in the conditions of protected soil we have mostly used winter greenhouses. At the same time, in terms of the climatic conditions, the main production costs are accounted for energy carriers (up to 60 – 70%). The main consumers of energy in greenhouses are plants’ lighting and creation of the required temperature conditions for plants and soil. Annual increase of rates for energy carriers affects the cost of the greenhouses’ production. To increase the energy efficiency and independence in greenhouse complexes, it is proposed to use installations based on gas reciprocating units (GRU) for the production of two types of energy – electric and thermal. Such installations can run on the natural gas and other types of fuel. The drawback of existing installations is that they are mainly produced abroad or consist of the foreign components. As an alternative, we offer new technical solutions, which were developed and patented in the Russian Federation. What makes these solutions original is that asynchronous generators in the installations are used with various control schemes

Description
The article is devoted to the gradual development of an information system for automated distribution of applications, the development of the necessary organizational diagrams, decomposition charts, as well as constraints the design stage. With the help of a program complex, the request from the client is submitted to the Deputy Director for production, which makes the decision about treatment (accepts or cancels the request). Also via software package, the application is sent to the Deputy Director for the status of implementation, as well as the Director, the chief accountant and the client. Each Department has the ability to contact the Deputy Director for operations for the consultation when a problem occurs with the implementation of the application. After obtaining the status of completed applications in the software package, the chief accountant reports to the Director. A set of methods and techniques of organization of information processes in production systems which allow the selection and the use of an information technology solution for the synthesis of knowledge about the work situation is the content of the concept of formation of information resource management for system knowledge-intensive production. Management system information space manufacturing organizations are formed in a specific environment, which is characterized as an information resource management system – a system of organization of internal and external flows of information, as well as methods and tools for searching, processing and distribution of information in the organization

EFFECT OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD LOW FREQUENCIES IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF DRYING MANGOES AND PAPAYAS
DescriptionThe intensity of drying process depends on the speed of movement of the moisture inside the object and the speed of its removal from the surface. To accelerate the drying process, temperature gradient is often regulated, which causes large power consumption. Currently, they are different methods in used for intensifying the process of drying of plant material which are physical, mechanical, chemical and electrical method. Data of literature review show a lack of data on the impact of synergies of lower frequency on the efficiency of drying plant material. Accelerating the drying process of fruit can be achieved by combining low – temperature of drying with a synergistic lower frequency of electromagnetic field. The results of the studies on the development of technologies to accelerate the drying process of mango and papaya fruit are presented in this article. The role of the electromagnetic field, on the intensification of the drying process and on the inhibition of the microflora of mango and papaya, during drying is studied. Effect of the synergistic electromagnetic fields of different frequencies leading to the death of microorganisms, as well as the drying rate of mango and papaya fruit is analyzed. The optimal technological parameters of low frequency electromagnetic field on drying of mango and papaya fruit are determined. Biochemical changes of mango and papaya fruit during drying are given. Technological parameters of the powder mango and papaya obtained by combining low temperature treatment with the synergy of low frequencies are described

EFFECTIVE DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS TO COMBAT LANDSLIDES IN THE SOUTH OF RUSSIA
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the development of effective technical solutions for the design and construction of landslide protection works on the South of Russia, based on materials of scientific-research works. In this work we perform a scientific analysis of the efficiency of use of natural biopositive materials and products made of them for construction against landslide of the combined and biopositive constructions. The description of the technological processes of manufacture of flexible and gabion mattresses used for the installation of the main fixtures was presented. The results of the researches of technologies of construction of the main anchorages of anti-landslide facilities we given. Advanced technical solutions on construction of anchor devices in radical soil above horizontal fastening were received. We have made a justification of the efficiency of bio-positive technologies in the construction of facilities to protect against landslides. The article gives new constructive and technological decisions on construction of landslide protection works that are protected by patents and positive decisions on inventions and useful models. The technological conditions for the construction of buildings against landslide processes were shown

Description
The article focuses on current issue of improving the reliability of water intake buildings in the Far North. We have given special operating conditions of these structures, particularly ice drift, shore ice piles, windrowing ice fields and erosion of the bottom of the moving ice field with keel protrusion. We have described physiographic, structural and morphological conditions of the construction site, generalized information on the parameters ice drift during an ice moving in the waters of the Gulf of Ob in Salmanovskaye deposit area. For these conditions, we have accepted to make water intake structure with recessed filtering part and given idea about their ice protection and proposed an effective design of protective constructions for all possible effects of ice hummocks. We have also given a description of bases of technology of construction works the rationale for the design parameters of facilities. In view of the possible load, two rows of closed pile foundations are provided for the protection of water receivers consisting of bored piles and channel filtering grillage. In the first row, near to the water receivers we have provided metallic, lattice constructions from metal profile pipes laid on the top of water receivers on the grillage. The second row of protective structures around water receivers was designed as a halfly indepth monolithic reinforced concrete grillage of rectangular cross-section form with an ice pick from a metal corner rental rendered monolithic on the outside perimeter of the grillage. Concrete grating are designed also to protect the gravity pipelines along the borders. Rectangular grillages interconnected with cross bar bonds witch are also made of reinforced concrete. The proposed technical solutions provide reliable protection against possible water intake facilities including dynamic effects from windrowing ice fields in the Far North. Options include new constructions of underground horizontal and channel filter water intake structures that could be effectively used in such conditions
