SOUND EFFECTS INFLUENCE ON THE OPERATOR’S ORGANISM IN PRODUCTION CONDITIONS
DescriptionHere we present a brief survey of noise effects on human’s organism in production conditions, including noise effects on operators of machines and technical devices. It is well known, that any biological organism exists in balance with its environment. However, noise effects being stress factors knock the operator of machines and technical devices out of the working rhythm and cause different kinds of health disorders such as blood pressure increase, fatigue, disorders of the central nervous system and gastrointestinal tract and the like. All this may lead to accident situations, reduction of labor productivity and quality of work. Frequently health disorders start with hearing impairment which leads to disorientation in the threedimension space and malfunction. It is because the hearing apparatus as biological system provides the organism with sensory information and ensures selfpreservation. In the noise conditions, these characteristics are conflict: on one hand, the hearing organ should possess high enabling capability to receive positive signals, and on the other hand, in order to adapt to the sound hearing and sensitivity will decrease. The duration of noise exposure and the number of years spent under influence of the noise are also of great importance. Thus, it is obvious that control of the noise and prevention of harmful effects of the noise on machine operators are important components of production process in the agrarian sector

Description
An integral part of technological process for the cultivation of agricultural crop is the transportation. It requires significant energy and labor costs. The statistics show that the proportion of expenses for transportation of goods in agriculture reaches 25-40% of the total costs for the production made, when the proportion of farm tractor transportations reaches 60% of the total. Thus there are considerable losses of production, reaching in separate cases up to 50%. They are especially high in the harvesting and post-harvest cycles of crop production which is connected with crop damage during transportation. The quality of fruits and vegetables during the harvest depends on the technology of its collection and transportation. Due to the rapid deterioration of most agricultural products, agricultural producers have the task in careful transportation of the fruit. A huge role in the preservation of the product is its harvesting and packing into containers. In Russia we use wooden boxes, and foreign farmers use containers, whereby they have higher productivity and preservation of fruits. The type of vehicle, the time of a day and the air temperature also have a large impact on crop damage. In Soviet times, various technologies have been developed for harvesting and transportation of the harvest to consumers using various types of forklifts, harvesters and vehicles. In our time, it requires the development of new technologies for harvesting and transportation of agricultural products to achieve a higher level of automation and high profitability of agricultural production

POSSIBILITIES OF THE EVOLUTION OF SOFTWARE SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS SUPPORT
DescriptionThe article discusses the implementation of a software system to support management decisions designed to organize the educational process in higher educational institutions. We have completed argumentation of the development and application of a software system. This system was developed in the department of the computer engineering of Institute of computer technologies and information security, Southern Federal University (SFeDU). The article describes the algorithm of functioning of the system and its structure. The software system includes several subsystems and three external modules: "Personal load", "Materials to the schedule", "Work Plan of the Department". It provides basic information about the developed modules, discusses their purpose and functionality. Initial data for modules were defined. The results of the work of modules are confirmed by illustrations. The article describes the work of the subsystems composing the software system. These are a subsystem of data processing, a subsystem of decision-making and a subsystem of input/output. The structure of all subsystems is detailed at the block level, the purpose of blocks was determined. Resulting files of the module work are generated in an XML-format and can be converted into an Excel-format that considerably facilitates a task of their subsequent use and processing. The system and the additional module possess the convenient functional interface and, considering facilities on adjustment for the concrete user, can be used in structural divisions of various universities
