EFFECT OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD LOW FREQUENCIES IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF DRYING MANGOES AND PAPAYAS
DescriptionThe intensity of drying process depends on the speed of movement of the moisture inside the object and the speed of its removal from the surface. To accelerate the drying process, temperature gradient is often regulated, which causes large power consumption. Currently, they are different methods in used for intensifying the process of drying of plant material which are physical, mechanical, chemical and electrical method. Data of literature review show a lack of data on the impact of synergies of lower frequency on the efficiency of drying plant material. Accelerating the drying process of fruit can be achieved by combining low – temperature of drying with a synergistic lower frequency of electromagnetic field. The results of the studies on the development of technologies to accelerate the drying process of mango and papaya fruit are presented in this article. The role of the electromagnetic field, on the intensification of the drying process and on the inhibition of the microflora of mango and papaya, during drying is studied. Effect of the synergistic electromagnetic fields of different frequencies leading to the death of microorganisms, as well as the drying rate of mango and papaya fruit is analyzed. The optimal technological parameters of low frequency electromagnetic field on drying of mango and papaya fruit are determined. Biochemical changes of mango and papaya fruit during drying are given. Technological parameters of the powder mango and papaya obtained by combining low temperature treatment with the synergy of low frequencies are described

The article shows that for the essential oil industry of the Russian Federation to solve the problems of import substitution it is urgent to develop effective technology to extract fatty oil from the crushed and deprived of ether by water vapor coriander fruits. The existing technologies for obtaining fatty oils from deprived of ether coriander were considered. It is shown, that at small-scale enterprises it is most advisable to remove fatty oil by screw pressing. A brief analysis of main factors affecting the completeness of oil extraction in screw presses was carried out. The conclusion about the necessity of preparation of deprived of ether coriander for extraction with the purpose of increasing the yield of fatty oil was made. It is shown, that one of the stages of such preparation is the removal of part of the shell from deprived of ether coriander, which also increases the nutritional value of the oilcake. Fractional composition of deprived of ether coriander after extraction of essential oil by water vapour and drying was investigated by sieve analysis method. On the basis of obtained data, prior to separating the shell by pneumatic separation, it is recommended to separate deprived of ether coriander into three fractions by size – coarse (riddling from the sieve with the diameter of 1.8 mm), medium (riddling from the sieve with the diameter of 1 mm) and fine (undersize from a sieve with a diameter of 1 mm). Component composition of the coarse fraction of deprived of ether coriander was studied. It was found, that the content of the shell in this fraction is 36%, which indicates the possibility of its effective separation by pneumatic separation

RESEARCH METHODS OF SATURATED VAPOR PRESSURE AND EXPERIMENTAL INSTALLATIONS
DescriptionThe static method is the most common, because it is applicable for measuring SVP of substances in wide ranges of temperatures and pressures. The essence of the method consists in measuring of vapor pressure in equilibrium with its liquid at a given temperature. Dynamic method is based on measurement of the boiling point of the liquid at a certain pressure. Saturation method of moving gas used in the case when the SVP does not exceed a few mm Hg. The method consists the following: the liquid is passed through the inert gas and saturated with vapor of liquids and then it flows into a cooler where the absorbed vapors are condensed. Knowing the amount of absorbed liquid and gas, as well as their molecular weight, allow us calculate saturated vapor pressure of the liquid. Knudsen effusion method is applicable for the measurement of very low pressures (up to 100 Pa). This method consists in researching of depending between the pressure and volume of saturated steam at a constant temperature. At the point of saturation an isotherm should have a break and turn into a straight line. Chromatographic method is based on complete chromatographic analysis of liquid and calculating the sum of partial pressures of all mixture components. Also, the article has a description of existing experimental installation for these researches and their advantages and disadvantages compared with each other

MEANS OF SMALL MECHANIZATION AS A BASIS OF MODERN PFF AND PBF IN SMALL FORMS OF MANAGEMENT
DescriptionThe support and the development of small forms of management in agroindustrial complex of the Krasnodar region is one of the priority trends in development of agriculture of our region and country in whole. Especially it is actual in last economic events and restructuring of economic balance concerning to the financing of AIC in our country. In the article there was a question of importance of small mechanization means in limits of use of PFF and PBF as forms of import of replacement in modern economic conditions. There was presented a replacement of manual labor with mechanical one, use of less powerful energy sources such as minimotocultivators and tractors to 1,4 t.s. and there was touched the question of use of small mechanization means in the conditions of limited space with the application of highly productive hinged equipment. There was considered the question of influence and use of small mechanization means in small forms of management, there were shown the problems of provision and restructuring of park of machinery and transition on new technology with the use of less powerful means of mechanization in detail. The advantage of use of present approach which is used in the writing of the article is an exact indication of the problem of use of motocultivators and ways of its decision and application in farms
