OPTIMIZING THE SHAPE OF A CENTRIFUGE ROTOR
DescriptionThe use of regenerated oils reduces the consumption of fresh oils for refilling, while oil filtration during the operation lengthens their service life and reduces the consumption of fresh oils for replacement. To restore waste oils, a variety of technological operations are used, based on physical, physicochemical and chemical processes. They are aimed at treating the oil in order to remove aging products and pollution from it. The studies have shown that the most effective means of recovering the quality of waste oils are small-size regeneration plants. The main difficulty in creating small-sized regeneration plants is the selection of a sufficiently effective, environmentally safe and economically justified method for the regeneration of waste oils, as well as its hardware design. OPTIMIZATION OF THE ENERGY CHARACTERISTICS OF A CHILLER WITH COLD ACCUMULATOR IN TROPICAL CLIMATE
DescriptionThere is always an abrupt variable schedule of cooling consumption in processing enterprises with seasonal supply of raw materials. This causes peak heat load on the refrigeration unit. The introduction of cold accumulators (CA) in refrigeration units is one of the modern ways of reducing the cost of refrigeration. The use of cold accumulators allows you to smooth out uneven thermal load on refrigeration, reduce the cooling capacity of the installed equipment and technical equipment. The night season experiences minimum heat leakage and power consumption of frozen ice water (coolant or refrigerant) but the refrigeration capacity is used during the daytime at peak heat load of cold consumption at peak electricity consumption. The major cost of electricity to generate refrigeration to compensate for heat loss coincides with the period of high electricity tariffs as shown from the analysis of cold consumption. EXPERIENCE OF SCREW ROTORS DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT
DescriptionThe article offers a method of details finishing and cleanup processing based on the details and working environment granules mass hashing in combination with the target transporting movement from loading to unloading. Such combination is provided by means of technological process in which the movements are carried out at the expense of the working body executed in the form of a complex screw rotor with the multidirectional screw surfaces formed by flat elements. Four screw rotors designs and methods of their assembly as well as the recommendation on the use of screw rotors are shown: "The movement of the processed details and particles of a working environment is the most complex and infinitely various among the I class screw rotors and the most elementary and uniform among the IV class screw rotors". The practice and experimental control of the details finishing technological process introduction efficiency in screw rotors have shown that for the considered case productivity of, for example, agnail removal increases tens of times. It is reached not only at the expense of the possibility of continuous processing provision in screw rotors, but also due to significant increase in amplitudes of low-frequency fluctuations which are reported to loading masses by the screw rotors machines located at different angles to each other and to screw rotor rotation axis

ORGANIZATION OF A CONCEPT DICTIONARY FOR IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM OF DATA WITH LIMITED DISTRIBUTION
DescriptionThe article deals with the problem of efficiency increase of the control of the information with limited distribution, which circulates in general purpose information networks, by means of working out an automated identification system of data with limited distribution. The purpose of working out the system is timely identification and prevention of leakage of information with limited distribution. There is a technique to construct a dictionary as a phase of working out an automated identification system of data with limited distribution suggested. It describes: 1) an order of association of the word forms having one semantic value in concepts which are designated by simple numbers; 2) the order of association of concepts in the data designated by natural numbers, thus the data identifier is a product of concept identifiers; 3) an order of representation of word forms their graphic bases; 4) designation of intraphrase connectors in concepts presented by word-combinations; 5) an order of representation of word forms in the form of abstract type of data - prefix tree; 6) an order of association of concepts of the formalizable document in the general prefix tree of graphic bases of word forms; 7) an order of identification of graphic bases in the tree. It defines: 1) restrictions on the size of the dictionary at the use of 64-digit processors, in a case if the operational system does not support arithmetics of repeated accuracy; 2) a maximum quantity of concepts of an analyzed fragment of the text; 3) the maximum value of the identifier of concepts and a maximum quantity of concepts of the dictionary. ORGANIZATION OF TESTING IN THE AUTOMATED MONITORING SYSTEM CALLED «CONTROL»
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the use of complex computer programs called "Automated verification and final practice on determination of level of professional readiness of police officers to perform their tasks" - ASC "CONTROL" developed with the Delphe programming language. It describes the basic techniques of the automated testing with the use of the complex algorithms training testing database to use, as well as methods of reporting for testing. We describe how to work with the software modules of "Control" and "Analysis". The first is designed to create and edit a test database and processing of results of testing of the subjects. It is only used by the originator of the test and inspection and is not available for testing. The second module is available to everyone because it provides testing. It is implemented as a separate computer and local network. The number of test, at the same time is virtually unlimited. We clearly articulate the features of the use of the software complex, algorithms of creation of new test tasks, describe the setting options of the test database in detail, technology editing sections of the test, definition of assessment criteria, and describe the technologies of testing subjects. The Complex of computer programs of ASC "CONTROL" has passed the technical testing and successfully used in educational process of chair of computer technologies and systems of Kuban state agrarian University and the determination of the level of knowledge of cadets and police officers in Krasnodar University of MIA of Russia. In this regard, this work will be useful to drafters of test databases in this software environment
