OUTSOURCING AS AN EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY FOR CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL PARTNERS OF THE CORPORATION
DescriptionThe article examines the traditional concept of outsourcing from the perspective of the characteristics of a public Corporation of the knowledge economy and building competitiveness. The author notes essential narrow interpretation of traditional outsourcing and examines a new, broader understanding of how the mobilization of intellectual and human capital, third party outsourcers for the benefit of the Corporation. Formation of the sector of the knowledge economy in Russia actualizes the importance of joint and coordinated problem solving connections intellectual, human and other intangible capital partners, who are provided with a number of activities as part of the mega business process associated with the production of intellectual goods and services. According to the authors, the development of outsourcing leads to a network form of business organization and mega business process is transformed into a network conglomerate, the capital of which is "adapting" to each other with the formation of a harmonious configuration of material and immaterial capital. Such configuration of capital we call capitulorum, as a new instrument for the realization of development strategy

RUSSIA'S BANKING SYSTEM UNDER THE WTO: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS
DescriptionThe author analyzes the current state of the banking system of Russia, highlights the major leaders in the field: Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank and explores their branch network abroad. He concludes that as a result of Russia's accession to the WTO, the influx of foreign capital into the banking sector is activated. Positive expectations for expansion of foreign banking institutions are associated with improving the quality of financial services, the improvement of products and technologies, the inflow of long-term and low-cost resources to enable banks to more actively lend to the economy, increase the availability of bank loans to enterprises and households. However, according to the author, the Russian banking system will need to not only adapt to international standards, but to meet them

VARIATIONS OF CULTURAL CONCEPT OF “LOVE” IN THE MODERN SONG DISCOURSE
10.00.00 Philological sciences
DescriptionThis article is dedicated to solving the problem of language and culture relationship in the modern society. Concept “love” is the main subject of the article; the author shows its examples in popular stage songs. There are five variations of love from the psychological and sociological point of view in the article. The author depicts how they are used in the song discourse. According to the research data the author consider that all variations of love in the lyrical song genre are not equally frequent. So while erotic love is almost everywhere, selfish love isn’t so popular. Moreover, the author concludes the cultural level of the whole nation can be defined with its creative arts. Furthermore, nowadays there is clear decadence of culture in English-speaking countries

19.00.00 Psychological sciences
DescriptionModern psychological science of the individual does not have deep enough meaningful data about the processes associated with the virtualization of being a personality. The need for scientific understanding of the phenomenology of the growing impact of virtualization on the personality of the society, its existence and co-existence, as well as identifying patterns of its focus on the reinforcement of its subjectivity in the virtual co-existence makes the relevance of research. The article presents the results of empirical studies on the relationship of personality characteristics by the nature of its activity in the social network of the Internet. The criteria of activity of the personality, as well as indicators of subjectivity in activity of the personality in the social network are determined. It is established that users with different levels of activity and the level of subjectivity, have different personality characteristics. Manifestations of "the deficit of character" as a prerequisite, depending on the individual social networks, anxiety and passivity, lowering of self-actualization, etc. are formulated and described, as well as "the benefits of character" that determine the activity of the individual network (direction of self-actualization, the search for additional spaces being that person converts in accordance with its internal sense). The results expand existing psychological representations about the quality of activity of the personality in the social network. They contribute to the practice of theoretical constructs of subject-existential approach to the study of personality as being the subject of virtual space and co-existence with the Others

We have presented information about species diversity of the coastal zoobenthos in some of Karasun lakes, Krasnodar. We have shown methodology information and reported the research area. We have made a taxonomic analysis. The biomass and the quantity of the main zoobenthos groups were calculated. Based on the two main fodder objects - Olygochaeta and Chironomidae and the P/B coefficient, there was calculated zoobenthos production of the studied lakes. The potential fish capacity was defined

EFFECTS OF INCREASED WATER TEMPERATURES ON REPRODUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF RAINBOW TROUT FEMALES
DescriptionThe effects of increased water temperatures on the reproductive characteristics of rainbow trout females were studied. It was found, that the increased water temperatures produced negative effects on the gonad maturation and survival of the embryos when acted at the late stages (IV and V) of female gametogenesis, but not at the earlier (III) stage

INFLUENCE OF HEAVY METALS HYDROXIDES ON WATER DISSOCIATION IN BIPOLAR MEMBRANE
DescriptionThe results of study of bipolar membrane – analogue of MB-2, modified with chemically introduced chromium (III), iron (III) and nickel (II) hydroxides by the method of frequency spectrum of electrochemical impedance, by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy in combination with X-ray spectrum analysis are presented. It is shown, that sequential treatment of cation-exchanger, contained in cationexchange membrane, with metal salt solution and alkali solution does not result in formation of complex compounds of these metals with ionic groups of ion exchanger. It was found that in these conditions the presence of heavy metals in the phase of cationexchanger confirmed by X-ray analysis, however, crystals of hydroxides of heavy metals are not detected in the size range of 1000 nm to 20 nm. These heavy metal compounds are thermally unstable and their catalytic activity in the reaction of dissociation of water molecules decreases with increasing temperature during heat treatment. The introduction of low-soluble hydroxides of d-metals (chromium (III), iron (III), nickel(II)) by chemical method can significantly improve the electrochemical characteristics of a bipolar membrane. The most effective catalysts in water dissociation reaction are the hydroxides of chromium (III) and iron (III) and, as a consequence, membranes with these hydroxides have a lower value of overpotential compared with original membrane at the same current density

Description
We studied the resistance of the eight strains of oil-destructive actinomycetes, isolated from the oil-contaminated ecosystems to heavy metal salts when cultivatiwng with different carbon sources. Furthermore we researched feasibility to use those microorganisms for bioremediation of oil- contaminated sites with high level of heavy metals
