WHY ENGINE AND TECHNOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION SLOWS DOWN
DescriptionThe tasks set in "The strategy of engine and technological modernization of agriculture until 2020" provide growth of labor productivity by 3–4 times. In our article, we have attempted to concretize in a zone sectional view the direction action for successful engine and technological modernization for the purpose of implementation of such strategically important point. Radical modernization of system of vehicles for complex mechanization of field husbandry based on the domestic equipment in relation to natural and technological conditions of the Krasnodar region is offered. Realization of system of transport is supposed with use of the equipment of the fourth generation, but in 2020 the equipment of the fifth generation and innovative processing methods for production of grain crops has to be realized. It is noted that the solution of such task without the state participation is impossible. The fundamental principles of improvement of system of vehicles for field husbandry and engine technologies are offered. The main of them is a new system of mobile power, new highly productive motorless grain - beetroot-, forage harvesters, new multipurpose units with the offered devices for combination of the technological operations changing labor-intensive technologies radically. We offer replacement of heavy tractors, self-propelled combines; cutting-down of the nomenclature of the equipment at the expense of multipurpose units, main application of fertilizers along with processing of the soil, drop of sealing of the soil and its dispersion. The offered technical re-equipment of branch will provide precision performance of operations, increase in labor productivity and economy of resources

IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF FINE SOIL TREATMENT OF HORIZONTAL DISK WORKING ORGANS
DescriptionThe creation of machines and tools of new generation, which represent high-efficiency, highperformance and take less energy and metal is a global challenge for the modern science. In this article, based on numerous studies, it is proposed to use the effect of oscillatory motion in the working body of tillage, improving the design of tillage machines that aims to reduce metal consumption, energy intensity and improve quality of work. A new tillage working body, running in a horizontal plane and having special tabs (blades) allowing it to make a reciprocating rotational motion has been presented. The application of this working body provides agronomic, environmental, energetic and economic efficiency by trimming the layer of the soil and root system of weeds, crumbling soil layer during its interaction with the working surfaces of the blades. Due to the reciprocating rotational motion, the cleaning of the working body is observed. The constructive and technological scheme of the working body and the scheme of forces acting on the proposed working body at the moment of penetration and the rotation of the working body at a certain angle are offered. The conditions for the reciprocating rotational motion of the working body are obtained as well as differential equations allowing considering the process of movement of the working body. The article also reveals expressions for the elementary forces acting on the surface of the blade from the moving layer of soil

OPTIMAL PARAMETERS OF TECHNOLOGICAL LINE FOR LOADING TOBACCO LEAVES INTO CONTAINERS
DescriptionThe article presents the research results on parameters optimization of technological line for loading tobacco leaves into containers. The aim of the research was decreasing labor expenses on preparing tobacco for artificial curing. This was achieved by line modernization utilized for loading tobacco leaves into containers. We have also developed working parts of technological line for automatic loading of tobacco leaves into containers. Researches on weight studying of tobacco leaves of 3 sorts zoned in the Krasnodar region have been carried out. Dispersion analysis has not revealed weight differences between sorts, therefore, further researches can be carried for one sort. Optimization of working part for loading tobacco leaves into containers was carried by analysis of regression equation obtained by bifactorial experiment. Irregularity of leaf position was taken as optimization criterion. It has been discovered that optimal regimes: transporter belt speed v=2,8m/s, number of transporter’s double movements n=19 min-1 can be used for uniform container loading by leaves. Researches on studying line capacity on leaves position irregularity revealed that maximal uniformity obtained when line capacity is 260 kg/h

THE RATIONALE FOR THE USE OF COMBINED UNITS IN THE CULTIVATION OF WINTER WHEAT
06.01.01 General agriculture, crop production (agricultural sciences)
DescriptionIssues related to the use of combined aggregates in soil preparation are relevant and of scientific and practical interest. The relevance is increased when it comes to the cultivation of the main crop – winter wheat. In this regard, the presented results on the efficiency of using combined aggregates in preparing soil for winter crops are important primarily from a practical point of view. Experimental studies were conducted in the conditions of long-term stationary experience in the Federal state budgetary institution «Agrarian Science Center «Donskoy», Zernograd, Rostov region. The article considers the efficiency of using the combined unit APK-4, developed in "SKNIIMESH" now Federal state research institution of the «Agrarian Science Center «Donskoy» in the cultivation of winter wheat. The structural and technological scheme of a combined unit, the technological process of which consists of several technological operations performed at the same time, is justified. Disk working bodies crush plant residues and destroy weeds. This creates a network of cracks in the underlying soil horizons. Next, there are flat-cutting working bodies that loosen the soil to a set depth. The root system of weeds is pruned, the remaining loosened soil layer is loosened to the required depth, the formation of a smooth bottom of the "furrow", and the separation of erosive soil particles to the bottom of the furrow. Next, the roller starts working – a lump-crushing sealer, which provides crushing of soil lumps on the surface and sub-compaction of the treated layer. The last in the technological chain is a mulching roller, which provides the formation of a compacted seedbed for seeds with simultaneous mulching of the compacted soil layer. The use of the combined unit in the technology of winter wheat cultivation allowed to reduce the number of technological operations by 1,5-2,5 times, increase the productivity of winter wheat by 11-13% and the cost of production by 10,4-18,3 %

TO THE QUESTION OF HARROWING AND SIMULTANEOUS FEEDING
DescriptionThe technology of cultivation of most crops provides pre - and post-emergence weeding of crops, and their feeding with the availability of soil nutrients. According to the used underlying technology, these operations are performed separately. The harrowing of crops after germination is necessary for weed control, the destruction of the soil crust for access of air to the root system and partial thinning of dense crops. Further destruction of weeds on crops are herbicides, high-quality entry which provide sprays. The latter can provide small and ultra-low volume spraying in high performance and environmental requirements. However, separate execution of technological operations for fertilizing and harrowing reduces the quality of work, increases the cost of production. The proposed combination of technological operations on a harrowing of crops different crops simultaneously with feeding plants solid mineral fertilizers. The combination of technological operations for one pass of machine-tractor unit in the field provides a reduction of the fleet, its capital intensity, the energy, cash costs, and hence competitiveness of products. The studies proposed new technical support processes, technological scheme of the multifunctional unit to combine the operations of feeding and harrowing of crops
