THE SOIL-CULTIVATING UNIVERSAL UNIT APU-1
05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
Description
Ensuring the food security of the country in the conditions of growing consumption of crop products and excluding dependence on foreign producers poses a serious question for science to increase the volume of production while maintaining soil fertility. One of the important tasks in solving this problem is to create a moisture-saving and moisture-accumulating soil layers. This article focuses on the cultivation of winter wheat. In addition to providing moisture in the cultivated layer, crop losses are observed as a result of the defeat of plants by Fusarium. Also, to ensure the co-storage of the fruit layer, it is necessary to reduce the use of chemical means of protection, less intensive impact on the treated surface by the running systems of power facilities and working bodies of machines, but with compliance with the primary requirements for the treated surface. To complete the tasks, we have developed a universal plow with a turning beam. Chisel working bodies are installed on the front of the beam. The formation turnover is performed by the disk working bodies installed further. The main element is a skating rink. The article presents the scheme of sets of plow on different types of work, as a universal combined machine and to perform individual types of work

EXPERT METHOD OF FACTOR ANALYSIS OF OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF COMBINE HARVESTERS
05.20.00 Processes and machines of agroengineering systems
Description
The article reveals the main empirical factors that increase the efficiency of technological systems of grain harvesting. The work shows interrelation and subordination of empirical factors in the practice of operational reliability of grain harvesters, which underlies scientific research. We have defined the basic (key empirical factors) that allowed to develop a conceptual model (paradigm) research. The article reveals a technique, establishing the rules of application of the method of expert assessments to identify organizational and technical factors that have the most significant impact on improving the reliability of grain harvesters

DEVICE FOR PRE-SAMPLE PROCESSING OF SOIL
05.20.00 Processes and machines of agroengineering systems
Description
The considerable share in prime cost of products of agricultural production is made, now, by power expenses. It promotes that the considerable attention is given power - both resource-saving to the equipment and technologies. Thus, the modern science is faced by a global task – creation of cars and tools of new generation, high-economic, highly productive, less power-intensive and metal-consuming. One of the most power-intensive processes of production of agricultural production is processing of the soil. In this article on the basis of numerous researches use of rotary motion of the soil-cultivating working body allowing to improve a design of tillage machines, to reduce metal consumption, power consumption, to increase quality of work is offered. In this article, we offer the device for preseeding processing of the soil on a frame of which the working bodies in the form of flat disks with sharpening working in the horizontal plane, but with the accounting of an angle of deepening of working body are in chessboard order established. Rotary motion which promotes fuller cutting of rhizomes of weed plants and to improvement of quality of preseeding processing of the soil is forcibly transferred to working bodies. Justification of the offered device, constructive and technological schemes of the tool, conclusions and offers are given in the article

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES AND MEANS OF CULTIVATION
05.20.00 Processes and machines of agroengineering systems
Description
Due to the disconnectedness of production processes, prevention of soil degradation and plant diseases, as well as the difficult establishment of functional dependencies between the parameters of the working bodies and the physicomechanical properties of the soil, the richness of foreign technology, there is the problem of creating innovative structural and technological solutions for basic soil tillage including for the purpose of import substitution. To solve it, KubGAU has developed: “Multifunctional plow” (patent of the Russian Federation No. 2618342); “Plow with rotary bar” (utility model RF patent No. 184196); “Multifunctional plow with a rotary bruce” (positive decision on the patent application of the Russian Federation). Formal models, schemes and descriptions are given

IMITATION MODELING WHEN ANALYSING THE EFFICIENCY OF AGGREGATES FOR TILLAGE
Description
The choice of the most optimal composition of aggregates for tillage for work in a certain economy is very difficult from many determined and casual factors. In connection with what, it is suggested to conduct researches with the use of quantificational and quantifier algebra logic. Also we need minimum influences on ecology, being characterized as a predicate of "minimum of expenses on indemnification of erosive losses of soil". For the agricultural technique of Russia, countries of the CIS and distant foreignness with the well-known norms of making (by the productivity) and expense of fuel imitation modeling is applied, on the method of Monte Carlo (Monte - Carlo Simulation), allowing to build a mathematical model for prognostication of necessary amount of aggregates at different normative agroterms with corresponding damages

Description
The main indicators of efficiency of a cultivation machine are the following: productiveness and fuel consumption, which depend on complexity of work, operating depth and structure of the machine (type of the tractor and plough). The optimal structure of cultivation aggregate for the needs of each exact farm is complicated to do due to different determined and stochastic factors. In this case, Monte Carlo imitation modeling is proposed to use. As a result of models’ analysis, it is defined that all aggregates could be divided onto 4 groups of efficiency. Curves demonstrating dependence of fuel costs, compensation of losses caused by breakdown of agricultural terms and soil compaction caused by quantity of aggregates are built. After integration of the whole amount of aggregates into a common traditional technology of cultivation and after selection of its characteristics (quantity of aggregates, general fuel costs and losses costs, including fuel costs) it was proposed to split it onto 3 category modes: hard (according to technological mode – 2 or 5 shifts), normal (4-10 shifts), mild (6-15 shifts). The obtained models can be successfully applied in software of on-board computers in tractors and PCs of the engineers as well. Dynamical models for other technological processes in plant breeding could be obtained in the same way. All developed models allow us to make one more step towards precision farming and reduce costs for manufacture of end products

THE RELIABILITY OF TECHNICAL SYSTEMS AND ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMICAL LOSSES IN AGRICULTURE
Description
The reliability of work of the technical systems significantly influences the technological losses of manufacture process. During the counting the availability ratio of the technical system it is recommended to take into the consideration implicit as well as evident breakdowns of all separate components of the whole object. There is a formula for counting technological losses depending on the availability ratio of technical object. Similar formulas for counting losses proceeding of atmosphere and water resources pollution, pollution of soils with hard matters are obtained. Introduced identities bring together reliability of the technical systems and separate components of ecological losses
