POPONA FOR COMFORT AND HEALTH OF CALVES
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionMilk productivity of cows is largely dependent on the efficiency of their own genetic potential. For the successful solution of this question it this essential the creation of proper technological conditions for high live stock process of ontogeny beginning from the neonatal period. One of the significant factors that influence the growth, development and safety of young grows in early of young grows in early postembryonic period are zoo-hygienic conditions of calves. Currently the "cold" method of keeping calves in individual houses is developed and widely used. It promotes the increase in the intensity of growth by 8,1%, prevention of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract improving hygienic conditions and rising of profitability of their growing by 4,2%. It is now that calves kept individual houses in the face of increasing wind and decreasing temperatures as well as high humidity of air environment in winter, feel discomfort, move less, stay lying on the litter in the house. For the purpose of warming the animals in cold frosty days keeping outside in the houses, increasing their viability, growth intensity and the guarantee of prevention gastrointestinal tract and pulmonary system diseases development the staff of the Department of private zoo techniques (animal genetics) and pig-keeping from Kuban State Agrarian University have developed Popona - blanket-clothes for calves, which will allow to redirect received from feed energy to a calf growth. It will happen by reducing energy consumption for heating the body and prevent the development of colds due to the formation and preservation of the heat in the body in the absence of wet wool on with the external precipitation

LANGUAGE CONCEPT AS A MAIN FORM OF EXPRESSION OF ETHNOS
10.00.00 Philological sciences
DescriptionThe problem of research of national language and culture through studying of a lingvoconcept is touched in this article. Considering it, we get not only into an essence and into internal characteristics of the ethnic language environment, but we also receive ideas of character and specific features of ethnic culture in national consciousness, we receive ideas about national mentality and fundamental meanings of cultural and historical life. Lingvoconcepts give a complete picture about the nature of the language environment of the ethnic group, and, consequently, about its cultural and historical being, the mentality and the basic archetypes of consciousness and the forms of socio-cultural life that arose in the process of historical existence. It is well known that originally concept includes important information not only about the structure of language and major language forms, but also about the culture of the people, various aspects of the ethnic life, about variety of social aspects, which include the ways of the public and state organization, religious and spiritual sphere of the ethnic life, economic and political spheres, the basic cultural codes that emerged within a particular civilization. A comparative analysis of conceptual forms in existing national languages is the best way of disentangling the meanings accumulated by the culture from the structure of the language environment; the main characteristics of ethnic being find their expression in them

STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE IDEA OF STATE PATRIOTISM AT MARINE TUTORIAL INSTITUTIONS OF RUSSIA
DescriptionThe development of political, military and economic strength of the Russian Federation is impossible without the development of patriotism in the public areas of educational activities and patriotic work aimed at enhancing patriotic education of youth, including sea cadets’ universities. In this regard, some positive experience of great-power patriotic education of students and midshipmen of the epoch of Peter the Great and the whole period of the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union is of great interest for modern educational theory and practice, education modern fleet of youth in the spirit of selfless love for the Fatherland, its history and traditions. The author of this article starts from considering of patriotism to the state as a high sense of citizens’ love to their country, as well as awareness of their civil, professional and military duty in front of the government and its people. In the article, relying on domestic research and scientific publication we analyze the process of formation of sea education in Russia, as well as the genesis of the idea of patriotism and the state system of public-patriotic education of students of maritime educational institutions. It has been established that the state patriotism and state-patriotic education as a pedagogical problem at all times have presupposed the formation of the students on the basis of the patriotic ideal state-patriotic consciousness, outlook, position, state-patriotic behavior based on high patriotic feelings and beliefs. This area has always occupied a special place in the spiritual life of society, in pedagogical science and practice. The analysis allowed us setting specific stages of the development of the idea of patriotism, state-patriotism education in the maritime training institutions of Russia, as well as showing the real system of educational influence for each stage

THE ECONOMIC SUBSTANTIATION OF THE TIMING OF MECHANIZED OPERATIONS IN CROP PRODUCTION
DescriptionIn assessing the optimal composition of machine and tractor fleet nomenclature and quantitative composition of parks of technical means and some parameters of production technology are used as varying variables, leaving the timing of mechanized field work fixed. At the same time change the duration of mechanized operations in the most intense periods of the field season can significantly affect the amount of the basic means of mechanization as a part of machine and tractor fleet, the value of investments in its formation and operating costs. The article proposes a method of determining the composition of the machine and tractor fleet of agricultural organizations considered the "flexible" duration of the mechanized operations in field and based on the iterative adjustment of the results of the optimization of machine and tractor fleet by the criterion of the minimum difference between savings investment and value of crop losses. The realization of the algorithm described above will allow determining the optimal composition of machine and tractor fleet of agricultural organizations considering the possibility of changing the duration of mechanized operations in field in the most intense periods. At the same time the resulting calculations decision takes into account the compromise between the growth of production losses by increasing the duration of mechanized operations and a reduction in capital costs for the formation of the machine and tractor fleet

FIXING THE ONTOLOGICAL HIERARCHY IN ANCIENT GREEK EPIC
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the analysis of representations of hierarchical structure of the universe in ancient Greek mythic-epic tradition. In the research there was shown that the myth reflects the main program of interpretation of main principles of the universe by a man in its structure; the Chaos in itself possesses the generative power and forms an order from itself but the hierarchy appears together with the formation of the order-outer space. The first deities – Gaea and born from her Uranus, mountains, Pontus, - possess the great power and in the first place, the power of generation. From works of Gomer and Gesiodus we ascertained that the history of gods was connected with the fight of children with the father-sovereign. One generation of gods became that support on which the other stands. The third generation of gods is sovereigns in greater extent than another one. The generation of Titans is implacable but lives according to unlimited forces of nature. Titans are unbridled. Gods-Olympians, on contrary, have the relation to conscious restriction. Gods of the third generation possess passions: love, hate. However, Olympians as well as humans must submit to transcendental law of the universe. Gods of the third generation join to the rationale. The order of the universe submitted to the law – Destiny is disseminated in human community. Power as an accidental of initial hierarchy gives itself in hands of that who can submit its will to absolute power of Destiny. The legitimacy of power is determined by initial hierarchy of the universe

MANAGEMENT OF CHOCOLATE MASS STRUCTURE CREATION
DescriptionIn the article the processes of chocolate masses, which are determined by the kinetics of the interaction of the dispersed phase through the layer of the dispersion medium, i.e., determined by surface phenomena at the interface, were examined. The results of the study of surface-active properties of sunflower activated phospholipids and dietary supplements "Vitol", which were performed on the model of structured systems. A theoretical and experimental study of the development of practical recommendations for the use of surface-active substances in the production of chocolate masses is given. The ability of dietary supplements "Vitol" and PAF to control the properties of structured disperse systems, which include chocolate mass, was found out. It is shown that the input of sunflower activated phospholipid and dietary supplements "Vitol" to chocolate masses in certain quantities leads to a significant change in the nature of the deformation behavior of chocolate masses. The behavior of thin layers of cocoa butter, PAF and BAA "Vitol" on various liquid surfaces was introduced. The study was carried out by monolayers. The obtained results showed that increasing the pH of the substrate a surface pressure increases, and the film stretches and tends to spread. It has been shown that the injection of surfactant to cocoa butter film facilitates the spreading of water on cocoa butter. It is found that PAF and especially BAA "Vitol" pose the greatest surface pressure, and the most stable and dense layers comparing to other surfactants. Study of the properties of thin layers of cocoa butter and BAA "Vitol" liquid surfaces showed that dietary supplements "Vitol" significantly increases the ability to spread cocoa butter films on the surface of the water

TOPONYMICS OF THE KUBAN REGION IN HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR
DescriptionQuestions, which are considered in the article, have been connected with the role of the Great Patriotic War in the geo- graphical, administrative and territorial name changes in the Kuban region. It is pointed out that the place names are valuable research material for the most complete study of the problem of historical and cultural heritage of the Great Patriotic War. It is noted that after the Great Patriotic War the situation, where many of the new names of geographical and administrative-territorial objects went counter to the traditional main function of the place name - address and its purpose-to help orientation in space, continued. It is shown that politically sensitive "military" place names, being an important element of the Soviet propaganda and agitation, were necessary for the ideological support of the authorities, but at the same time, allows you to save memory of the Great Victory. "Military" toponymy, which has prevailed since the end of the Great Patriotic War , carried out a living link with the past present and future. New post-war name of streets, squares, parks, alleys of cities and villages of Kuban dedicated to heroes and events of the Great Patriotic War, helped to preserve a sense of patriotism and belonging to the victory over fascism. The conclusion is that the central government continued to use after the Great Patriotic War the place names as one of the new genres of advocacy and created a new concept of "military" place name, one of the essential component of which is a moral burden that was to have political overtones
