PROGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE OF LYMPHOCYTIC INFILTRATION IN VULVAR CANCER PATIENTS
DescriptionA retrospective immunohistochemical study of lymphocyte and macrophage infiltration in tumor tissue of 84 vulvar cancer patients with a long (over 2 years) and short (less than 2 years) remission was performed to determine a possible role of immunologic microenvironment of tumors in maintaining remission. Vulvar cancer patients with a short remission period were aged 46-85 years, mean age 67 years. 15.8% of them had stage I of the disease, 21% - stage II, 47.4% - stage III and 15.8% - stage IV. The average duration of remission in this group was 11 months. Patients with a long remission period were aged 27-71 years, mean age 48 years. 38.5% of them had stage I of the disease, 53.8% - stage II and 7.7% - stage III. The average duration of remission in this group was 8 years. Histological study showed squamous cell carcinoma in all patients. Stroma and parenchyma of tumor tissues demonstrated lymphocyte and macrophage infiltration of various degrees with the predominance of T-lymphocytes. CD8+ cells prevailed in tumor tissue of patients with a long remission period (over 2 years), while a higher level of CD4+ Т-lymphocytic infiltration was associated with a short remission (less than 2 years) and a poor prognosis. These differences allow prediction of the vulvar cancer course and its early or late recurrence

MATHEMATICAL MODELING IN TECHNOLOGY AND QUALITY EVALUATION OF FOOD PRODUCTS
DescriptionThe analysis of scientific research in the field of food technologies has shown that mathematical modeling is applied in the following directions: adjustment of the modes of technological processes, development of compounding and quality evaluation of ready-made products, and also prediction of shelf life of new products during launching. Models of variance and regression analysis with application of methods of mathematical planning of experiment are most relevant in describing the processes of food production. The article contains the results of our own research about creating composition of fish preserves made of combined minced of fishes, bad-ripening and ripening in salting. The mathematical models of the dependence of organoleptic, structural-mechanical characteristics and characteristics of ripening of preserves on technological factors are presented. The dimensionless generalized index of quality was modeled and the composition of minced was optimized on the basis of its dynamics. It was established, that preserves which contain 42% herring Atlantic and 4,8% salt, have the best organoleptic, structural-mechanical and ripening characteristics. The regression model was developed, which determines the shelf life of wide range of fish preserves, depending on factors affecting it: storage temperature, acidity of the fill, proteolytic activity of the enzyme system of muscle tissue and also the speed of fish ripening, caused by addition of various functional and technological additives. Testing of the model shown, that calculated data of the shelf life of fish preserves correlate with the data obtained experimentally

LEGISLATIVE DEFINITIONS IN LAW DISCOURSE-TEXT UNIVERSE
10.00.00 Philological sciences
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the analysis of law definitions and its influence on law discourse-text universe. Linguistics can interfere into jurisprudence by introduction of mini-dictionary into the text of the law. Law is a mixture of legal norms and regulations plus philological pearl – thesaurus. It is not only reasonable but necessary to adopt definition to the body of law, because the meaning of the term can vary depending on goals and aims of the law. The legislation of the Krasnodar territory is analyzed in the article in the philological aspect. The choice of examined laws is proved not only because of the agrarian component of the region but also because of the presence of powerful base of tourist-recreational services. In the article there is regional evidential material. The exact actual laws are depicted, philological assessment of their language and legislative importance is given, it is mentioned that conceptual instrument is present in main normative acts. The problem of methodological basis is actualized. In the research the contrastive analysis of similar laws of the Krasnodar territory, Great Britain and southern states of the USA in discourse-text universe is conducted. The conclusions can determine the processes of language interference in today’s changeable picture of the world
