Description
The state register of selection achievements admitted to use in manufacture is a long-term collective work of the big number of researchers and the production workers, only partially reflected in the separate printing editions resulted in the list of the literature. For today, there are 170 scion grapes grades in the register, including 76 table, 73 technical and 21 universal directions of use, and also 17 stocks. From number of scion varieties there are 109 domestic and 61 foreign, 35 native and 135 selection grades. The state registry is the basic innovation document of wine-growers used as a manual at creation of ampelocenoseums and manufacture of the most valuable production

In the article color photos of grades of grapes in the North Caucasus are resulted: all of 138 zoned, i.e. recommended grades for cultivation in the south of the Russian Federation. Grades are photographed directly on the bushes in a full maturity of berries that allows user to receive the visual information on features of a complex generative and vegetative sphere of plants and marker signs for definition of their true names or an establishment of synonyms

In article the main problem of management of agro industrial holding is formulated and the basic results of its solution on the basis of application of the modern automated technology of management by knowledge, i.e. systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) are shown. The technology of cognitive functions of SC-analysis, providing both revealing of knowledge from empirical data, and use of this knowledge for decision-making support of management of holding as a whole, on the basis of management of characteristics of the sub-enterprises, is examined in details
