Description
In the article we have studied the technology of obtaining a biomass of oil oxidizing microorganisms in a nutrient medium containing vegetable oil as the sole source of carbon and energy. In vitro and in soil experiment we have confirmed the effectiveness of the resulting biomass at work on bioremediation of oil contaminated sites. It is shown that the use of vegetable oil during culturing allows obtaining the same amount of biomass and carbohydrate raw materials, but the efficiency of its use is 20% higher, in average

DESTRUCTION OF HYDROCARBONS WITH VARIOUS MORPHOTYPES OF OIL OXIDIZING ACTINOBACTERIA
DescriptionIn this article we have carried out a comparative study of hydro-carbon-oxidizing activity of S-and R-morphological types of oil oxidizing Actinobacteria from the collection of Kuban State University. Signifi-cant differences observed in parameters of growth between S- and R-forms of oil oxidizing Actinobacte-ria. In S-forms it is higher than the maximum specific growth rate, which is typical for a wide range of hy-drocarbon degradation and a high degree of degrada-tion of pollutants. In experiments with the use of oil as a substrate and heavy oil S-forms, Actinobacteria quickly adapted to the environmental conditions

HORSERADISH PEROXIDASE IMMOBILIZATION IN CALCIUM ALGINATE HYDROGEL AND MICROPARTICLES
DescriptionIn the article two differently obtained preparations of immobilized horseradish peroxidase are compared with free enzyme and with each other by their stability. It is shown that both preparations of immobilized peroxidase possess increased stability during storage and heating. It is established that activity of hydrogel obtained increases after heating

DISPERSITY OF WASTES AND THEIR PROPERTIES
DescriptionDispersity of wastes of all productions including domestic, agricultural, industrial and violations of the natural systems which are heterogeneous and dispersed formations comprising two or more phases with the developed surface is discussed. Disperse systems of wastes are classified into true solutions, systems of finely dispersed of colloids, coarsely dispersed (mainly mineral wastes) and highly dispersed (organic waste)
