Description
Fruits are an important part of the diet of humans and many animals. In case of an improperly organized process of storing of fruits, the loss of mass and decrease of quality can be substantial. This makes relevant the research, aimed at enhancing existing and developing new technologies of fruits storing. In this article, the results of the investigation of influence of complex treatment of fruits with electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency (EMF ELF) and а biopreparation on the change of microbial contamination of their surface and on the loss of mass in the process of long-term storage are revealed. Apples of the Idared variety and pears of the Conference variety were the objects of research. The change of microbial contamination of the surface of fruits, undergone a few types of pre-treatment (EMP ELF, bio-preparation “Vitaplan”, complex treatment “EMP ELF + the biopreparation” and no special treatment), after storing during 7 months in case of pears and 8 months in case of apples is shown in the article. It was found, that the greatest decrease of content of microorganisms on the fruits’ surface is achieved as a result of the complex treatment, combining the treatment with EMP ELF and an aqueous solution of the “Vitaplan” bio-preparation. One of the most important sectors of economy of any country is the agro-industrial complex thanks to which the food, necessary for society, is made. Effective development of agro-industrial sector considerably determines the level of food security of the state, a condition of all the potential of a national economy, as well as the social, and economic situation in the country in general. Results of the general researches of development of agro-industrial complex of Russia at the present stage are presented in the article. The positive and negative effects which have their influence both on agro-industrial complex in general and on its separate subjects are reflected. It is revealed, that during the agrarian reform the investment process in agrarian and industrial complex has dramatically changed. New channels of attraction of financial resources were created, also ways of use and distribution of resources have changed. The greatest attention is paid to problems of agricultural industry development, which also influence agricultural producers in particular. The prospects of the development of the agro-industrial complex and the methods of achievement of the goals of the government in the "sanctions" period for Russia are presented. Effective work of the agro-industrial sector of the economy of Russia is possible only with active state support on federal and on regional levels

Long-term storage of fruits can be achieved by means of decreasing microbial contamination of their surface as a result of fruits pre-treatment by biopreparations before dispatching for storage. In the current study patterns of influence of fruits pre-treatment with the “Ekstrasol” biopreparation in a number of concentrations of bioagent on the microbial contamination of their surface during storage are revealed. The “Ekstrasol” preparation is a biofungicide, containing the Ch-13 strain of Bacillus subtilis bacteria and their metabolites. As research objects there were chosen apples of a zoned in the Krasnodar region variety called Idared and pears of a zoned in the Krasnodar region variety called Conference, harvested in 2016. The apples and the pears were stored over a period of 6 months in the low temperature conditions. Samples were withdrawn every month over the period of storing. The species composition and quantity of the most prevalent microorganisms, potentially causing the spoilage of apples and pears during storing, were identified. The optimal concentration of the bioagent, which provides the maximal decreasing of microbial contamination of fruits’ (apples and pears) surface, is established – 106 CFU/g, dosage of solution – 1 ml per 100 g of fruit

CHARACTERISTIC OF EXISTING TECHNOLOGIES AND WAYS OF STORING OF TOPINAMBUR TUBERS
Description
The article analyzes the existing technologies and methods of storage of tubers of topinambur. We have analyzed the traditional methods of storage of tubers of topinambur - in containers, boxes or bags in storage or in the ground clamps. Russian and foreign topinambur tubers storage technologies in modified atmosphere, with use of easily removable wax coating, with plant extracts treatment, at different storage temperatures are studied. We have also carried out analysis of scientific and patent sources led to the conclusion that existing technologies and methods of storing topinambur tubers, which do not allow reducing to the maximum extent the weight loss and the inulin hydrolysis during storage. A reasonable conclusion was made about the advisability of further studies in the field of innovative technologies and methods of preparation for storage and storage of topinambur tubers, ensuring minimal weight loss, as well as maximum preservation in their structure of inulin, vitamin C and other biologically active substances during storage

Description
The article presents the results of the research of the influence of preliminary treatment of garden beet roots with electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency on the loss of dry and biologically active substances, such as vitamin C and P-active substances, in the process of long term storage. Garden beet roots of Bordo 237 variety were the objects of research. The objects of research were stored for 7 months at a temperature of 0…+1° С and relative humidity of 90 %. Sampling was carried out every month during the entire storage period. The treatment with electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency was carried out using an experimental setup of our own assembly. As a result of the conducted research it is established, that the treatment of garden beet roots of Bordo 237 variety with electromagnetic fields of extremely low frequency before dispatching into storage allows to decrease the losses of dry substances by 4,1 % by the end of the 7 months storage period, and also to decrease the losses of vitamin C by 14,8 % and P-active substances by 15,1 %. THE INTERNAL PROBLEMS OF FORMATION OF THE INVESTMENT APPEAL OF OIL BRANCH OF RUSSIA

In the conditions of significant dependence of national economy on an oil complex, the last is influenced by a number of social and economic problems which solution would lead not only to growth of investment appeal and profit, but also to decrease in prime cost, improvement of quality of oil products. It will allow to make optimization of prices of oil and its products, and to reach significant competitive positions in the market of oil products. The priority directions are increase in oil processing capacities, depth of production, stability of a source of raw materials. However, the steps, which are carried out both by the enterprises, and the state towards their realization, are insignificant, despite essential dependence of the last on an oil segment. In the article, the internal factors interfering formation of investment appeal of oil sector are considered. The problem of inefficiency of distribution of the capital and tax incentivization is lifted, and measures for stabilization of investment potential are given

RUSSIAN SPHERE OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT: MODERN INVESTMENT REALITIES
Description
In the article we consider modern investment realities of the Russian scientific sphere of researches and developments. The introduction in business knowledge-intensive productions, by means of attraction of investment resources, characterizes position of the states within world community. Cumulative investment in fundamental and applied science in the Russian Federation in comparison with other regions of the world is estimated. Growth of global investment in research and development was promoted by geopolitical tendencies, climatic changes, and also the ecological crisis connected with an anthropogenous factor. The numerical characteristic of professional staff of the Russian sphere of research and development is given. The amount and dynamics of financing of the Russian science by budget funds of the Russian Federation is analyzed. The investment activity of the Russian business in the sphere of financing of scientific projects is estimated. The analysis of the most perspective spheres of scientific research for venture investment is provided. In the article slow rates of development of the Russian science are revealed, it is because of public financing is concentrated generally on the strategic directions of research and development for ensuring national security. At the same time private business is skeptical about financing of research and development due to the lack of obviously profitable result. In the conclusion the main obstacles in the way of development of the sphere of research and development in Russia are called, and also the ways of possible solution of mentioned problems are given

ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF ACTIVITY OF MANAGING SUBJECT OF VINE INDUSTRY

For the analysis of the effectiveness and the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity of organizations we apply a system of indexes, characterizing the level of the use of production resources: labor, floorspace, average annual cost of the combined assets, average annual cost of circulating assets, including supplies, average annual cost of own capital, production expenses, including financial expenses. As a quantitative result of activity of managing subject we use volume cost indexes, characterizing an effect: gross products are in current prices; profit yield from sales; gross revenue; income from sales; income to taxation; net income [1, 2, 3]. The high-quality indexes of efficiency of the use of production resources: gross products in current prices on an average annual worker; profit yield from sales on an average annual worker; gross. The analogical set of indexes of efficiency is applied, determining correlation of different types of effect and other resources. That determine an index, characterizing correlation of gross products in current prices and floorspace (in agricultural organizations we use 1 ga of lands, in point-of-sale – 1 m2 of point-ofsale area, in industry – 1 m2 of floorspace of factory, factory, workshop); correlation of profit yield from sales and floorspace; correlation of different. Then we determine indexes, characterizing correlation of different types of effect and average annual cost of the combined assets, correlation of different types of effect and average annual cost of circulating assets, production supplies, property asset, production expenses, and financial expenses. In obedience to methodical positions of analysis of indexes, characterizing the results of activity of managing subjects, we probe the dynamics of indexes for the last 3 – 5 years with the purpose of exposure of it. Important in research of indexes and efficiency of entrepreneurial activity is the use of factor analysis, allowing defining a quantitative measure influence of factors on the change of analyzable index, to ground backlogs of increase of efficiency. Most acceptable in the analysis of influence of factors there is a reception of chain substitution on the dynamics of indexes of efficiency of the use of production resources

A selection of food additives for the enrichment of waffle products was made. Food additive "Powder from tubers of Jerusalem artichoke" is distinguished by a high content of inulin - 46.21%. Low-fat sunflower lecithin contains a significant amount of phospholipids (98.29%). The influence of the joint application of food additives "Powder from the tubers of Jerusalem artichoke" and nonfat sunflower lecithin on the technological properties of the wafer test was studied. It is established that the introduction of the food additive "Powder from the tubers of Jerusalem artichoke" together with defatted sunflower lecithin, instead of the traditional soybean, allows to reduce the viscosity of the wafer test. When introduced into wafer dough, the dosage of defatted sunflower lecithin can be reduced, compared to soybean, from 0.4 to 0.2% by weight of flour

The article analyzes the ways of ensuring a stable quality of vegetable raw materials in the process of storage and use of biopreparations patented in Russia and abroad. The search was conducted in the period from 1995 to 2015 on the databases of the patent agencies of the Russian Federation, the United States, Japan and the European Patent Organization. We have systematized the patented methods, the implementation of which can increase the shelf life of vegetable raw materials. The study led to the conclusion of the usefulness of developing innovative ways of ensuring a stable quality of vegetable raw materials in the process of storage using biopreparations
