DescriptionThe article introduces a study on the creation of a simulated physical and mathematical model of the working process of a strip thrower, throwing soil in a directed flow. The problem solved with the help of this work is aimed at optimizing the cutting and ejection process in a given direction of the soil with minimal energy consumption with a maximum emission range. The article describes a methodology for calculating the milling thrower, which is oriented to the formation of the required amount of soil to create a mineralized strip at the edge of a forest bottom fire. Improving and realizing the full reproduction of physical and mathematical models using process simulations, you can save resources on the development of forestry aggregates. The study presents a productive method of processing soil with milling cutters, which helps to reduce energy consumption due to the formation of oriented mineralized flows of soil. For a physical and mathematical description of the process, a simulation program has been compiled that allows you to test the specific task of minimizing energy consumption at a maximum distance of soil discharge with a constant flow density to the rotational speed of the milling throwers

INCREASE IN EFFICIENCY OF A FOREST CAR BY MEANS OF A RECUPERATIVE HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR
DescriptionIn the article we consider severe conditions of operation of forest cars caused by the difficult land relief and service dirt roads which are badly equipped, as a rule, abounding with roughnesses, obstacles in the form of large superficial roots, stones and boulders, frequent turning movements, steep ascents and descents, considerable cross biases, hollows and boggy sites which lead to increase in consumption of fuel by 1,5-2,0 times and to cutting-down of their life cycle. Ways of increase in their efficiency by equipment by the recuperative mechanisms providing reuse in working process unproductively disseminated to the environment energy, and also promoting increase in reliability and simplification of a design of such cars are analyzed. On the basis of the analysis of the results received when studying a condition of a question, the authors have offered a design of a forest car with a recuperative hydraulic actuator in which gears of recovery are the arrow, a handle and the basic and rotary device of the hydraulic manipulator, reversible hydraulic motors of wheels and a suspender of the forest car. The scheme is submitted and work of a recuperative hydraulic actuator is described. The technique of an assessment of efficiency of the offered design of the forest car with system of recovery of energy is given. The cyclogram of working process of the forest car with the offered hydraulic actuator is constructed

This article discusses the results of theoretical researches of development of the regimes of a veneering of wood based materials with valuable wood veneer. In the conditions of a growing demand for the furniture veneered with a natural wood veneer there is a problem with using thin wood veneer and development regimes of a veneering. In work are listed the main factors which exert impact on glue seepage during veneering. Two factors are considered: thickness of a wood veneer and amount of the applied glue as the main and defining seepage of glue and durability of the received glue connection. By results of researches conclusions are given: thickness of the applied wood veneer closely connected with the veneering regime, changing parameters of which it is possible to reduce wood veneer thickness without deterioration of a surface to the minimum values depending on breed of wood; the offered formula for definition of a consumption of glue at a veneering allows to define theoretically conditions of receiving strong pasting and excluding seepage of glue

Protective forest plantations, shelter belts and plantings along the highways of Central - Black Earth region and southern Russia are badly damaged, and in some areas destroyed. Therefore, they can not perform their functions and require major reconstruction or restoration. The most resistant and applicable trees and shrubs to create protective forest plantings are: maple, ash, elm species and three-thorned acacia, honey-locust, white and yellow acacia, and other legumes breeds with high drought tolerance, disease resistance, technogenic pollution and pest damage. For the creation and restoration of protective forest plantations we require seeds of these species containing pericarp. In Voronezh State Forestry Academy we have carried out a scientific research for creation of a machine for extracting seeds from the legumes. Analysis of the results of scientific research of prototyping machines showed that they were made without considered technological and mechanical properties of the legumes theoretical researches workflow machines for extracting seeds from the legumes and scientific basis of design parameters and operating modes. In this article we have a presentation of the experimental sample of the machine for extracting seeds from the legumes and theoretical investigation of the workflow in the batch hopper. According to the results of the study, we have obtained a mathematical expression, which allows you to define the parameters and modes of operation of a brush-grater device

OPTIMIZATION OF ACTIVITIES FOR CONTROLLING ADMINISTRATIVE AND ECONOMIC LIFE OF ARMY UNITS
DescriptionIn the article we consider main objectives of system approach, as a research method of difficult objects, administrative activity supervision and analyses, components of which are processes of check and comparison of the actual results to the set parameters. The theory of decision-making focused on development and search of optimum results on various problems with a significant amount of communications and dependences, restrictions and versions of decisions has been developed. Optimization of economic activity supervision in a military unit and, in particular, competence of officials is considered. The use of assessment results of the subordinated divisions (services) administrative activity on the basis of experts' opinion at adoption of administrative decisions. Introduction of mathematical methods in the monitoring procedure of administrative activity is analyzed. Ways to improve the organization of administrative activity supervision by means of expert assessment method on the basis of introduction of the settlement network Expert program are offered. This software product provides fast data input and an efficiency assessment of administrative activity in a division (service) of a military unit. To judge the quantitative characteristics of administrative activity and evident representation of a change tendency of the observed values on the monitor screen of the automated workplace of the official, the information in the form of a tabular and graphic representation (charts) is displayed

PROPERTIES OF FOREST SEED SAMARA, WITHOUT PTERYGOID APPENDAGES, LEGUMES AND WITHOUT PERICARP
DescriptionProperties of forest seeds are the basic and initial data for substantiate technology and technical means constructions, to separate the seeds from the samaras and extraction them from the legumes, and also to substantiate constructive, technological parameters and operating modes of seed-cleaning machines. So far, there are not enough full information about the technological and mechanical properties of forest seeds, this makes it difficult substantiation and developing new technologies and technical means, in particular, to separate the seeds from samaras hardwoods and extracting legumes from the leguminous trees. The article presents the results of studies of technological and mechanical properties of forest seeds with samara and without pterygoid appendages: Norway maple, ash and elm ordinary, as well as legumes: honey locust, white acacia, acacia yellow and pure seed. Were studied: weight of 1000 seeds, volume weight, mass and volume coefficients, angle of repose, the coefficient of static friction and the coefficient of dynamic friction of the various working surfaces, holding strength samaras to forest seeds and strength of legumes pods.
