MICROBIAL COMMUNITIES OF KARPOSPHAERA AND PHILLOPLAN OF SOME PLANTS OF GROSSULARIACEAE FAMILY
DescriptionThe article presents the results of the research of microflora composition of the leaf surface, the surface of fruit and flowers of Ribes nigrum, R. niveum, R . rubrum and Grossularia reclinata. The research was carried out in the seasonal dynamics from 2007 to 2014. The authors used the method of print for isolating microorganisms from plants. For convenience of calculations and contamination comparison of different environmental niches of plants the number of selected microorganisms was counted on the surface of 1 cm2. It was found out in the article that microorganisms on the surface of lamina are distributed unequally. The number of microorganisms on the bottom surface of the foliage in all periods turned out to be higher. The greatest number of microorganisms was recorded in autumn and reaches the highest value in October. The number of microorganisms on fruit surface increased with ripening and was the highest in July. The quantity on the flowers varies considerably throughout the flowering and is represented minimally compared to other plants niches. The study revealed species-specificity of microorganisms and the host plants. At the same time, long-term study of the microflora of plants belonging to one family made it possible to reveal species that are typical epiphytes

Under consideration is the international experience of NCFU in developing student mobility via French resource center. Today, in the era of globalization, student academic mobility is the integral part of the process of integrating higher education establishment into common European educational framework. Emphasis is made on the academic environment as an important factor of realizing international student mobility. Tendencies towards open academic environments set up new possibilities for academic exchanges both with foreign and Russian – based academic establishments. Thus, we can talk both about inner and outer student and teacher mobility, which is realized individually as well as on the institutional level. Conclusion is made that academic exchanges can be viewed upon as means of developing and renewing higher school educational programmers in Russia. This can eliminate exclusiveness of Russian educational system; pave the way for obtaining recognition of its educational programs; secure transparency and acknowledgment of competences and qualifications to raise student mobility and competition of Russian educational programs in the world market of educational services. The experience of NCFU in developing international activity discussed in the article illustrates the theoretical base of the research because empiric data well integrates into the framework of academic mobility

The article deals with the historical aspect of the formation of microbial-plant relationships. We study the details of the way the separate form components of the system "Microorganisms-plant" in the course of evolution. The research is based on the historical analysis of the interactions between microorganisms and plants. As a result of interactions a microbial-plant complex is formed. The article describes some types of interactions between microorganisms and plants. In general, various forms of symbiosis are components of a single evolutionary continuum

The article represents the author's view on the issue of formation of innovative environment in the oil and gas industry through clustering. The main task of the author is, on the one hand, clusters’ role justification in optimization of organizational structure of regional fuel and energy complex. On the other hand, it is a justification of the state's functions in ensuring the intensification of innovation. To solve this complex problem the author explores the approaches to the definition of "cluster", adapting existing theories to clustering of the regional to the oil and gas sector. There are the structural-logic "Competitive diamond" Russian oil cluster "and" Competitive diamond "oil cluster Russia." The author 'classification of innovations in the energy sector is developed. The question of revitalization of the state’s efforts to build a favorable innovation environment was considered based on several logical promises. The first, public policy objectives to stimulate investment in innovation are substantiated. Second, we studied directions of transformation of the global energy market and their impact on the economic security of Russia as oil exporters.
