The construction of vector models of the theoretical (quantitative) risks having cost has been shown. Mod-el of parallel projects, vulnerable with the local risk, with construction of the generalized risk of this conglomerate of projects is shown. Description
The urgent problem of prognosis of crediting risks of physical persons are considered and ways of set task decision are offered in the article. The possible variants of formalization of subject field are considered and there was formed the training fetch on the base of which the synthesis of scoring model by the method of systemic-cognitive analysis is conducted. The possible variants of optimization of its quality: increase of prognosis authenticity and decrease of different types of errors are considered in the article as well.

Description
Results of researches on quantitative evaluation of agro-industrial integrated production systems (IPS) risks with the regard of influence of external and internal media are described in this article. Particularly, quantitative method of calculation of integrated risk indexes of unfavorable influence of external medium on integrated production systems; model of determination of IPS effectiveness on the base of worked out models of calculation of integrated risk indexes and an equipment of slipshod great numbers theory; improved model of IPS effectiveness evaluation with the regard of risk component part on the stage of material flow creation have been described.
