SYSTEMIC COGNITIVE ANALYSIS (SCA) AND THE EIDOS SYSTEM IN THE LIGHT OF PLATON'S DOCTRINE
DescriptionIn article the parallel between the doctrine of Ancient Greek philosopher Platon about Eidoses and the sys-temic cognitive analysis (SCA) with its toolkit: Eidos system is drawn. It is shown that the SCA supposes substantial interpretation in the light of Platon's doc-trine about Eidoses. Eidos system realizes mathemat-ical model of the SCA, carries out operations of res-toration of Eidoses on the basis of their concrete rea-lizations in the form of objects, allows to estimate what realization of Eidoses the given concrete objects are, and also provides research of systems of Eidoses similar with each other (their clusters) and systems of the most various Eidoses clusters among themselves, i.e. constructs.

In the article the problem of discrepancy of spontaneously developing structure of expenses for production of agrarian and industrial complex to its rational form defining high economic-economic results of activity of the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex, first of all high volumes of production and received profit is formulated. Its stage-by-stage decision is offered, including: updating of mathematical model of the Sk-analysis, providing the problem decision; cognitive domain structurization, classification of created private models and subtasks solved with their help, subject domain formalisation; revealing of dependences between structure of expenses and production volumes in agrarian and industrial complex by synthesis and verification of semantic information model of a subject domain (SIM) and its researches on convergence and stability from volume of investigated sample; research of the automated technology and system of techniques of forecasting of volumes of manufacture of various kinds of production on the set structure of expenses and decision-making support at a rational choice of structure of the expenses defining set target economic-economic indicators of activity of the enterprises and agrarian and industrial complex as a whole; research of a subject domain by research of its semantic information model; research and application of a technique of an estimation of efficiency of offered models and technologies; recommendations about introduction and application of the developed models and technologies in agrarian and industrial complex of Krasnodar region

THE DECISION OF THE GENERALIZED PROBLEM OF APPOINTMENTS IN SYSTEMIC-COGNITIVE ANALYSIS
DescriptionIn the article the problem about appointments (backpacks) in various and more general statements is shortly examined: 1) the size of cargoes and volumes of backpacks; 2) the various utility of cargoes depending only from cargoes, but identical to all backpacks, and various expenses for their placing, and also restrictions on the resources, connected with backpacks, spent for cargoes at their placing; 3) various utility of each cargo for different backpacks, various expenses for placing of cargoes and various resources of owners of backpacks. The technology and an application technique of systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - the "Eidoses" system for the solution of generalization of non-meeting in the literature before problem of the appointments, providing automatic forecasting of degree of utility of cargoes for different backpacks on the basis of signs of cargoes by the decision of a problem of recognition with application of the model based on base of precedents

In the article the possibility of restoration of values of one-dimensional and two-dimensional functions both between values of argument (interpolation), and behind their limits (extrapolation) on the basis of use of the aprioristic information on interrelation between signs of argument and values of function in reference points with use of systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - "Eidos" system is discussed. Numerical examples and visualisation of results are resulted
