EXITATION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION, NUCLEAR REACTION AND PARTICLES DECAY BY THE ACCELERATION
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe article discusses the excitation of electromagnetic radiation, nuclear reactions and decays of particles by the acceleration of charges, atomic nuclei and the macroscopic volumes of matter. The motion of charged particles in a magnetic trap used for plasma confinement was computed. We propose a model of the electromagnetic radiation of a charge moving in a non-inertial reference frame in general relativity. We have also constructed a theory of perturbation with using a wave equation with small parameters, taking into account a characteristic radius of the trajectory of the electrons as they move in a magnetic field. It was found that in the first approximation, the radiation back-reaction force depends on the acceleration of the charge. For the simulating of processes in hadrons and nuclei we used Yang-Mills theory and the metric, describes the acceleration and rotating reference frame in general relativity. We consider the scalar glueball model for an arbitrary dependence of acceleration and angular velocity of the system on time. The numerical model of wave propagation in non-inertial reference frame for the geometry of system of one, two or three spatial dimensions was tested. In the numerical experiments shown that the acceleration of the system leads to instability, leading to an unlimited increase in the amplitude of waves, which is interpreted as a decay of system. It was found that there are critical values of acceleration above which the instability develops

DescriptionIn practical use of methods of applied statistics we do not apply separate methods for describing data, estimation, testing hypotheses, but we must use deployed whole procedures - the so-called "statistical technology". The concept of "statistical technology" is similar to the concept of "technological process" in the theory and practice of organization of production. It is quite natural that some statistical technology can better meet the needs of the researcher (user, statistics) than others, some - are modern, and others - outdated, some properties are studied, and the others - no. It is important to stress that a qualified and efficient use of statistical methods - this is not one single statistical hypothesis testing and estimation of characteristics or parameters of a given distribution from fixed family. This kind of operations - only the individual building blocks that make up the statistical technology. The procedure of the statistical data analysis - is an information process, in other words, one or other information technology. Statistical information is subject to a variety of operations (series, parallel, or more complex schemes). In this article we discuss statistical technologies and the problem of "docking" algorithms. We introduce the concept of "high statistical technologies" and then we prove the necessity of their development and application. As the examples we have given the researches of Institute of high statistical technologies and econometrics of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. We have also considered a number of education problems in domain of high statistical technologies

DescriptionThe problem of establishing of the factorization of irreducible polynomials with integer coefficients on prime modules p has been long of interest to mathematicians. The quadratic and cubic reciprocity laws solve this problem for quadratic polynomials and binomials of the form x3-a . More general reciprocity laws solve the formulated problem for some classes of polynomials, for example, with Abelian Galois group, but for polynomials with non-Abelian Galois group, the problem is far from its complete solution. Our study shows how using the results of Voronov G.F., Hasse H. and Stickelberger L., one can find conditions that must satisfy prime number p. Gauss received a similar result for binomial x3-2. Specific examples are given, for instance, for the polynomial x3-x - I, also conditions arc formulated for which a quadratic field is immersed in non-Abelian Galois extension of degree 6. Also, conditions are given under which a Diophantine equation: а12a22-4a22-4a13a3- 27a32+18a1a2a3=D has a solution for integer values of D

01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe article concentrates on the matters of current interest in the sphere of product flows. The object of research is the relocation of product flows from the supply sphere, represented by supply and sales organizations or other commercial-intermediary agencies, to the sphere of business enterprise. The ultimate goal of the production and economic system modeling is the preparation for managerial decision-making. The choice of the model depends on the purposes of the modeling, management functions, automation manufacturing step, applied mathematical tools technique. The article considers the main characteristics of the flow, which while retaining their individuality at the same time depend on each other and function logically in the economic space. The advantages and disadvantages of the material inventory and flows management in micrologistic intraproductive systems are being analyzed. External and internal environment, taken as a basis for the real logistical process modeling, determine the type of the principal stock regulation system and the type of the corresponding mathematical model. Methods and models of the stock theory, the primary objective of which is to determine the most important incoming product flow parameters of the system, are still in demand and their primary goal is to adapt the manufacturing company to the consumers’ needs

DescriptionIn this article we consider a mathematical model of effect of non-compliance with the prevention of HIV/AIDS among a heterogeneous population based on known model by Kimbir et al (2006). The effectiveness of a condom use and implications of non-compliance with a population of preventive measures (condoms) are the aim of this research work. In this work, with definite coefficients, nonlinear model is used, which consists of system of six differential equations for different population groups (six groups of the population) to obtain the model equations. Compared with the existing model by Kimbir, the proposed model to a large extent, takes into account the birth rate of the studied population. Numerical simulation of the model equations shows that reducing the rate of transmission of HIV/AIDS can be effectively achieved within a certain time, and only where relatively high condom efficacy and high compliance by susceptible and infected are observed. From the obtained results, we can see that the control of HIV/AIDS in the heterosexual population depends on the net compliance and effectiveness of the recommended prevention (condom use). As a recommendation, the model focuses on intensive training and ongoing campaigns to raise the awareness of the population by governmental and non-governmental agencies on the effective use of the condom

DescriptionFollowing the absence of a definite treatment for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or the acquired immune deficiency syndromes (AIDS) since their appearance, many scientific studies with the help of mathematical models have been formulated to the extent possible to prevent and eradicate the disease. In this article we have formulated a mathematical model that explores the dynamics of the impact of the use of condom and therapeutic treatment simultaneously, as a means (tools) against the spread of HIV/AIDS in the heterosexual population. The proposed model uses a nonlinear differential equation system consisting of seven (7) differential equations in seven (7) groups of the population. The model takes into account natural birth rate of the studied population, and the proportion of infected males, which simultaneously uses condom and antiretroviral therapy. The model explores the behavioral change of proportion of infected individuals in the population following the application of control measures (condom use and antiretroviral therapy). It is proved that the effectiveness of preventive measures greatly depends on a number of parameters described. In addition, the results of numerical experiments showed that in the absence of both preventive measures, the entire population is contaminated with the infection. The interaction of the model parameters show that the population with high levels of condom use in the presence of significant adherence to antiretroviral therapy as prophylaxis significantly reduces the level of HIV/AIDS. Thus, prevention of infection is significantly improved with the increasing number of the infected population using condoms and antiretroviral therapy simultaneously

ON SOME APPROACHES TO ECONOMICMATHEMATICAL MODELING OF SMALL BUSINESS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionSmall business is an important part of modern Russian economy. We give a wide panorama developed by us of possible approaches to the construction of economic-mathematical models that may be useful to describe the dynamics of small businesses, as well as management. As for the description of certain problems of small business can use a variety of types of economic-mathematical and econometric models, we found it useful to consider a fairly wide range of such models, which resulted in quite a short description of the specific models. In this description of the models brought to such a level that an experienced professional in the field of economic-mathematical modeling could, if necessary, to develop their own specific model to the stage of design formulas and numerical results. Particular attention is paid to the use of statistical methods of non-numeric data, the most pressing at the moment. Are considered the problems of economic-mathematical modeling in solving problems of small business marketing. We have accumulated some experience in application of the methodology of economic-mathematical modeling in solving practical problems in small business marketing, in particular in the field of consumer goods and industrial purposes, educational services, as well as in the analysis and modeling of inflation, taxation and others. In marketing models of decision making theory we apply rankings and ratings. Is considered the problem of comparing averages. We present some models of the life cycle of small businesses - flow model projects, model of capture niches, and model of niche selection. We discuss the development of research on economic-mathematical modeling of small businesses
