ADAPTATION OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER VIRUS TO CONTINUOUS CELL CULTURES
DescriptionThe article represents the results of African swine fever virus adaptation to continuous cell lines. We determined the conditions required for the adaptation and selected the cell lines most permissible for the virus proliferation

EVALUATION OF HEAVY METALS IN THE AGROTECHNOGENIC ZONE IN STAVROPOL
DescriptionThis article provides an overview of the results obtained on the basis of monitoring heavy metals’ pollution of agrotechnogenic zone in Stavropol. It includes the analysis of more contaminated areas

Description
During cultivation in the glucose-mineral medium, Escherichia coli M-17, O75, № 14 and VL 613 and Salmonella enteritidis excrete amino acids, their composition and dynamics depend on the species and the strain identity. The total concentration of the ami-no acids for probiotic strains was higher than oppor-tunistic. Comparative analysis of the amino acids to their ability to influence the growth of bacteria, sug-gests that amino acids are carry out certain regulatory functions

ANALYSIS, OPTIMIZATION AND CORRECTION OF NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF ROAD-BICYCLISTS
DescriptionThe article analyzes the nutritional status of road-bicyclists and optimization of diets with use of com-puter modeling of quantitative parities of traditional food in view of feeding behavior of athletes. For cor-rection of a daily food allowance of sportsmen, the new drink of functional purpose is created

Description
In the model experiments we studied the effect of combined action of chemical pollutants (PbO 1,000 mg / kg oil 5% by weight of soil) and microwave radiation (SHF radiation) with a capacity of 450 and 800 W (duration 1 minute) on the enzymatic activity, the number of microorganisms and indicators of phytotoxicity of an ordinary black soil. We found that the combined effect is systemic, rather than a simple summation of the effects of individual pollutants, shown no direct proportion between the power of the microwave radiation and its biological effect in the combined pollution

EFFECT OF NON-TRADITIONAL MELIORANTS ON THE MICROBIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF SOIL AND GROWTH OF PLANTS
DescriptionThe effect of the new meliorants on the qualitative and quantitative composition of the microflora of loamy sand soil and the growth of pine seedlings is presented. The activization of microbiological processes and growth of plants on the meliorated plots is revealed

Description
The assessment results of urban environmental conditions on the basis of accumulation of heavy metals in the soil and vegetation are presented. The questions about the ability of different plants to accumulate heavy metals in the lives are discussed as well
-
АPIINDICATION AS A PART OF RADIOECOLOGICAL MONITORING
DescriptionThe opportunity to apply products of beekeeping to the environmental control of territories polluted with radionuclides is examined
-
EFFECT OF SOIL AND ECOLOGICAL CONDITIONS ON THE GROWTH OF SEEDLINGS OF PINUS SYLVESTRIS
DescriptionThe influence of agrochemical and physical properties of a soil on the growth of the seedlings of Pinus sylvestris in the forest nurseries in Chuvash Republic is studied. The correlations of the growth of the seedlings and agrochemical and physical properties of the soil are simulated

Description
The residual amounts of the pesticides in the coastal water of the Azov Sea were studied in spring seasons of 2009-2011. The concentrations of the pollutants were determined and the degree of their danger for hydrobionts was assessed. The concentrations of the pesticides diluted in the water of the Taganrog Bay and the eastern Azov Sea are shown to be lower than the maximum admissible concentrations set for fish-ery reservoirs
