In the article we present questions of digital process control of heated air for drying seeds; it is shown that the change in the load of the heat source slightly changes the dynamics of the system for stabilizing the temperature of hot air, making it almost invariant with respect to perturbations. It is proved that the use of digital controller with dual differentiation significantly improves the performance of the automatic control system, excluding the increase astatism of the management system

A CENTRIFUGAL DEVICE WITH SUPPLY OF MATERIAL ALONG SHOVELS
DescriptionIntroduction of mineral fertilizers is performed by centrifugal devices. By quantity of disks, centrifugal devices distinguish one disk and two-disk. On the volume of capacities for storage of mineral fertilizers distinguish bunker and body. Bunker contains volume from 0.5 to 1.5m3. Body has capacity more 2m3. Advantages of bunker centrifugal devices are noted. Material from the bunker moves on a centrifugal disk perpendicular to the rotation plane. At the time of material capture by shovels, crushing of particles and their reflection from shovels and the plane of a disk takes place. It leads to increase in unevenness of introduction of mineral fertilizers. At EMTP chair of the Kuban GAU the centrifugal device with supply of material along shovels is developed. The scheme of the centrifugal device is submitted. A device for introduction of mineral fertilizers contains the one-disk centrifugal device, the cone-shaped bunker and the cylindrical batcher. The batcher gate regulates supply of material on a disk. The technique of determination of design and technological data of the developed design is presented. The place of supply of material on a disk is regulated by rotation of the batcher round a vertical axis. The norm of supply of material on a disk changes the batcher gate. Preliminary control of a place of giving is made on model material with coefficient of friction of f 1. Under production conditions, turn of the batcher from initial situation is made depending on coefficient of friction of the f2 fertilizers. At f1 ˃ f2 turn of the batcher against the direction of rotation of a disk, and at f1 ≤ f2 turn of the batcher in the direction of rotation of a disk

We offer our point of view regarding the preparation of bachelors and masters on the direction of "Control of the technical systems". Department of automatic control systems leverages variable disciplines of specialization and optional subjects, forms a curriculum based on the needs of the business environment of the region or commissioned by a separate large enterprise. Students participate in the modules of project activities, form new and effective engineering solutions, to get skills of their practical implementation with regard to effectiveness, relevance and prospects of their further development. The production practice is very important in the preparation of bachelors and masters. To this end, the agreement on cooperation in the field of improvement of quality of preparation of students of SFedU concluded with the company RealLab (www.rlda.ru). It has allowed undergraduates to pass a work practice at the enterprise, custom-making thematic tasks of the enterprise on a contractual basis. Graduates of magistracy successfully find a job at the enterprise, providing thus strengthening of personnel structure. In this study, we propose a technique of teaching of bachelors and masters in "Control of technical systems". The main thesis is to use the technique of through projecting throughout the entire learning process. The trajectory of training is built for the student based on a module of project activity, training and production practices. The student studies the object, develops the control algorithm, programs it, chooses a set of technical means throughout the entire period of training with an exit to the protection of the final qualifying work

CHRONOLOGICAL STUDY OF CONFIGURATION OF A WATER – BOILED PROTEIN SYSTEM WHEN DRYING
DescriptionThe article presents results of research on drying a slurry consisting of distilled water and finely chopped cooked chicken protein of table eggs. The suspension is placed in a Memmert oven, which has temperature of 60 °C. In the process of removing moisture when drying the slurry of water - boiled protein we examined kinetics of its drying and performed chronological photographing of conformation of the system of water - boiled protein. The final weight of the protein remaining after evaporation, was 0.06 g corresponding to 26% by weight of cooked protein source in an amount of 0.23 g. The analysis of the system appearance including the evaporation of the water showed that the protein was originally white, and this color does not undergo any changes until 35 minutes of drying, i.e. when the main base is water. Upon further drying of the suspension, starting with 40 minutes, boiled protein literally "melts" in the surrounding water residues; and as it is disappearing, becoming more and more transparent. Meanwhile, the forms of the protein are becoming round and transforming into the form of liquid crystals. The final phase of the protein is a solid transparent film
