INCREASING OF THE DEGREE OF BEE COLONIES DEVELOPMENT BY THE APPLICATION OF ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIES
DescriptionThe equation describing the whole combination of actions with bees in hives during spring development is obtained. The formula for coefficient of degree of bee colony development during exact period is obtained. SOLAR PHOTO-ELECTRIC STATIONS: PROSPECTS, FEATURES OF WORK AND CALCULATION OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY
DescriptionIn the article, the general concepts and the maintenance of total, technical and economic resource of solar power are revealed. The advantages of solar power in comparison with other kinds of energy are resulted. We have shown, that currently the method of direct photoelectric transformation is one of priority directions of reception of solar electric power in the world. It is because it provides the maximal ecological cleanliness of transformation, an opportunity of reception of energy practically in any area, significant service life and small expenses for service. The structure and features of work of solar photo-electric installations were listed as well. The schemes of using photo cells and their voltage and amperes characteristics, lacks of solar photo-electric stations are resulted, basic of which are: high cost of photo-electric converters and presence of accumulators, and we have also offered recommendations on their effective use. The basic analytical expressions for definition of economic efficiency of solar photo-electric stations are resulted. The purpose of research – the development of models and methods of multiparametrical diagnostic the research activities of scientific and pedagogical collectives of educational institutions. The problematics of research is improving the quality and productivity (the efficiency) of research activities in educational institutions. The problem of research is the question of how to objectively and comprehensively (in a complex) diagnose the research activities of scientific and pedagogical collectives? The urgency of solving specified problem is caused by the need to ensuring a close relationship between research, methodological and educational activities in educational institutions. We have also to consider the increasing role of clusters in the Russian economy, cooperation and integration levels (steps) a system of continuous education, etc. The authors identified the parameters reflecting significance of research activities of the scientific and the pedagogical collectives for the scientific and educational community (social megaenvironmental). The calculation of pumping equipment and piping network parameters is presented. The method of cutting impeller pump diameter for optimal performance of pump unit with piping system on efficiency value is shown. The case of operating the distribution network and pumping station with three pump units D1250-25 is considered. Procedure of construction of loss-of-head curves in pipes, determination of the actual operating parameters of a single pump unit, selection of pump impeller diameter for essentials is indicated. Four points for graphing such curves are presented. According to the first point the whole network is divided into sections with suction, pressure main pipelines and pipelines with changing water flow compared with the previous ones. The second point involves definition of the electrical resistivity of each site. The resistance of network analyzer is determined in the third point, the loss-of -head of the whole network is determined in the fourth point. The article presents the scheme of pumping station with three pump units connected in parallel and a distribution network (Figure1), loss-of-head curves in pipes regardless the number of working pumps (Figure 2), the order of constructing three loss-of-head curves with operating one, two and three pumps with normal and cut pump impeller diameter (Figure 3 ), the order of determination of the actual parameters of pump work characteristics according to combined characteristics of normal and cut pump impeller diameter ( Figure 4) In conclusion, it is stated that the question of proper definition of actual parameters of pumps and the support of these parameters in optimal mode remains open due to the lack of proper methods of constructing loss-of-head curves pipeline. Every similar calculation is preliminary and should be carried out in field conditions

In the article, we have given the recommendations for using of the theory developed by us for the synthesis of technical systems (TS) of the process of choice knowledge from the area of knowledge. The developed methodology for the research of the real system (RS) and the synthesis of TS can be used in the development of the scientific direction - the artificial intelligence (AI). Also, for the solution of problems where you want to automate the process of choosing the desired knowledge of specific area of knowledge. The developed theory for obtaining a binary tree of nodes of the system of questions and answers will help synthesize any TS where there is a choice of knowledge of a given area of knowledge. This theory will be developed further with the self-development of TS as part of the AI system
