METHODS OF CHOOSING DIAGNOSED VEHICLE PARAMETERS IN AGRICULTURE
DescriptionThe article presents an analysis of the existing approach to automobiles technical maintenance in agriculture. We have pointed out that in modern conditions it is impossible to forecast the automobiles maintenance operation frequency and as a result its improvement as well. It is obvious that one cannot achieve the considerable increase of maintenance operation efficiency by separate means and there exist the necessity to treat it as a system and use the up-to-date methods to investigate and improve complicated systems. We have made a conclusion that the increase of maintenance operation efficiency is not possible without some rational strategy of maintenance operation and repair. We have shown that the program of maintenance operation and repair being an integral part of automobiles technical maintenance has considerable effect on maintenance and repair quality. As a result, there is some necessity of the developed system of parameters diagnosing and control in technical maintenance and repair. We have shown that to get sufficient diagnose information one needs selection of the controlled parameters which give maximum information about the object technical status taking into account possible characteristics of its operational faults. We have discovered that in order to solve the task it is necessary to have the object’s information pattern, calculation of possible characteristics of the controlled object being in good or bad order due to some parts fault, evaluation of information brought by every parameter and determining parameters to be diagnosed. We have proposed to evaluate the parameters’ information value with the help of information entropy as uncertainty measure that is one of the main concepts of the information theory. TECHNIQUE OF CHOOSING COMPETITIVE STABLE BEHAVIOUR STRATEGY FOR AN ECONOMIC ENTITIES
DescriptionThe article gives the analysis of the questions that provide economic entities stable functioning in extreme competitive interactions. The task of choosing competitive stable behaviour strategy of the economic entity on the basis of efficient use of a resource is defined in maximine terms. To solve the problem it is suggested to use the means of a multistage nonzero attrition game and a negative-sum “gain”. The ways to overcome major difficulties of a numerical solution of the formulated extreme problem in connection with its dimension and the kind of an optimizable function that might be discontinuous, nondifferentiable and multiextremal are found out. Due to its discrete behaviour a criterial function is given in terms of Taylor approximation. Derivatives in the direction are calculated to find the pair of mixed strategies that is the solution of the considered game. On the basis of the suggested optimal solving algorithm by means of successive approximation maximine value of the efficiency criterion of the economic entity functioning and optimal distributions of the strategies application probabilities that provide its stable (balanced) “survival” are evaluated. The application of competitive stable behaviour strategies based on maximum efficient use of resources allows economic entities to remain viable and provides balanced competitive environment in regional sectors of economy

THE METHODS AND THE RESULTS OF THE TESTING OF AN ASYNCHRONOUS GENERATOR WITH SIX PHASE ZONES
DescriptionThe article contain the peculiarities of testing asynchronous generator with sixzone winding on the basis of the asynchronous motor series 4A100S4 and analysis of obtained characteristics. Circuit parameters of the stator winding can significantly affect the characteristics of the asynchronous generator. Asynchronous generator was tested with a stator winding connected star, autotransformer and sectional winding. Use chastising windings opens the possibility of applying various circuits of capacitors and the load to asynchronous generators, which in turn affect the efficiency and stabilizing properties of the electric machine. Asynchronous generators to test with sectional winding by confirmation of theoretical calculations for determine the most optimal scheme under connect capacitors and load, testing the stator winding. The volume of testing for asynchronous generators standard is not defined, so we proposed testing method, taking into account the design features of the stator winding. Asynchronous generators were tested with the help of special equipment with the use of analyzer of energy power quality. Article contains characteristics of idling, short circuit and others, considered the heat mode. On the basis of the results we have determined the parameters of the circuit, the efficiency and power factor of induction generator

Hereby are represented: method and results of experimental research for substantiation of rational operating mode for honey centrifuge electric drive. Empiric model of influence of honey temperature (from 20 to 30 оС) and honey humidity (from 17 to 21%) on initial rotating speed of centrifuge was worked out. Rational operating mode of honey centrifuge electric drive consists of 3 stages of honey output. Rotating speed of drum with allowance to the honey temperature and humidity for each stage was substantiated. There is an example of model using. METHODOLOGY OF ACOUSTIC SAFETY MEASURING IN OPERATORS’ BOOTHS OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINES
DescriptionIn this article, we have examined the methodology of acoustic measuring with the purpose to create safety conditions for the activity of agricultural machines operators, in foremost harvesters and tractors. We should underline that such studies are based on the state standards that are aimed at improving the level of comfort of the activity of the operators of tractors and harvesters and maintaining their working capacities. Therefore, there is a need for a thorough analysis of the current regulatory legislation (standards that are applied) in combination with analysis of mathematical support of measuring devices (sound level meter). Besides, there is a need for creating strict sequence of actions of the sound level meter operator (algorithm) in combination with the method of conveying information that is adapted to the experiment. At the enterprises, organizations and establishments control of the noise level at working places is checked no less than once a year. THE METHOD OF ENGINEERING CALCULATION OF DRIVE DEVICES FOR FORAGES PREPARATION
DescriptionThe article presents results of the study of devices for preparation of feed based on the relative helical drums. In addition, we have created a method of calculation of the drive, including motor power. We have given a calculation sheet for relative helical drums of types of 5.1 and 3.1, as well as typical schemes of devices for preparation of feed (feed-making machines) composed of hollow equilateral triangular of hollow tetrahedrons pyramids and hollow octahedra. The created method of calculation of the drive was tested in the calculation of power consumption of feed-making machines based on spiral reels of 5.1 type mounted using hollow tetrahedrons and spiral reels of 3.1 type, assembled from hollow octahedra. It is shown that in the calculation of the actuator, we should not only take into account the mass loading of feed components, the relative weight of the screw drum assembled with wheels, for a symmetrical load location, but also a lot of download components of feeds, arranged in a spiral relative the drum asymmetrically to the axis of rotation. Thus, summing up the power of the electric motor, required for relative rotation of the screw drum symmetrically loaded and also under asymmetric load we define the motor power for the device for preparation of feed, or feed-making machine
