NEW CONCEPT OF FORMATION OF VEHICLES RECYCLING
DescriptionNowadays, in Russia there is a problem of utilization of vehicles. The article has studied the various works proposed in the concept of creating "horizontal" system recycling vehicles. We have offered a different, "vertical" system concept, consisting of three subsystems, which together form a single waste management system

LOW HEAD IRRIGATION PROJECTS OF WATERING VEGETABLE AND FRUIT GROPS
DescriptionIn this article, the analysis of the developed local irrigation system with the simultaneous nutrient application is given. On the basis of the experimental data, the author pointed out that to solve the problem, the process design ensuring sufficient application of nutrients for growing vegetable and fruit crops is required. The fertilizer and water mixing device according to the Patent #2448450 is considered

Description
Our research aims at providing new effective control methods for scientific and technical expertise to organizations and foundations that fund research projects on a competitive basis. These methods should provide analytical decision support for group decision making in a distributed environment. In this work, we consider an integral model for knowledge representation – a socio-semantic knowledge network that combines social links and a semantic description of knowledge into a mathematically formalized graph theoretic structure. In terms of actor-network theory, we consider a multimodal network with actors on one of the levels and artefacts (i.e. contexts that express network links) on the other level. In order to represent knowledge domain based on a graph and hypergraph paradigm and fuzzy sets theory, we provide a sufficiently complete set of elements and relations (either trustworthy or partially trustworthy) both between multitype elements and their heterogeneous groups. The formal representation allows applying the model to solve numerous practical tasks such as expert finding, formation of expert groups, expertise refinement, reduction of subjectivity, analysis of an expertise process, analysis of processes within expert groups. Research methodology: social network analysis (SNA), theory of graphs and hypergraphs, fuzzy calculus and fuzzy logic

Description
The idea of systemic generalization of mathematics was substantiated by the author and the first step on its realization was done: variant of systemic information theory was proposed. There was done an attempt to do the second step in the same way: one of the possible approaches to the systemic generalization of mathematic understanding of set on the conceptual level, namely the approach, based on systemic information theory. It is supposed that this approach can become the basic one for systemic generalization of set theory and creation of mathematic theory of systems.

NONSTATIONARY CATALYTIC SYSTEMS FOR THE PROCESSES OF BIOGAS PRODUCTION
DescriptionThe new circuit-design solutions of catalytic systems for the processes of producing biogas from organic waste are proposed. They are based on the analysis of existent tech. solutions. The interaction features of the flow of reactants to the catalytic filler in the proposed catalytic systems allow us to intensify the process of reaction, as well as to optimize the design features of catalytic systems based on the technological process

NONPARAMETRIC ADAPTIVE DUAL CIRCUIT CONTROL OF DYNAMIC PROCESSES UNDER PARTIAL UNCERTAINTY
DescriptionThe article considers the tasks of nonparametric dual control of dynamic objects with discrete-continuous nature of the process is considered. In this case, the only value of memory depth of dynamic processes is known, but the parametric structure of the model is partially unknown. The nonparametric algorithms of adaptive dual control for external control loop were offered. The proposed loop of control is designed for systems, which include in technological scheme internal control loop, specifically a standard controller. In solving this problem, the methods of nonparametric identification theory, control theory, the theory of adaptive systems, mathematical statistics and statistical modeling are used. The theoretical information of the non-parametric algorithms of dual adaptive control under conditions of incomplete information of the process is produced. The essential difference between the dual control algorithms from the standard is that the nonparametric control unit performs two functions: research and control of the process of active accumulation of information. The computational experiments show that the introduction of the proposed scheme significantly improves the quality of control, and the existing control system in operating controls are maintained

NECESSARY CONDITIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CONTROL LIGHTING SYSTEM
DescriptionAutomated lighting control system designed for use in public buildings; they perform actions typical for this kind of products. Accurate maintenance of artificial light in the room at the set level. This is achieved by having a lighting control system with a photocell inside the room and controlling the lighting system illumination. Even only one this function allows you to save energy due to the cutoff of the so-called "excess light". Calculating natural light in the room. Despite having the vast majority of premises with natural lighting in the daytime, the power of the lighting system is calculated excluding. If you maintain illumination created jointly by a lighting system and natural light, at a predetermined level, it is possible to further reduce the power of the lighting system at each moment of time. At certain times of the year and hours of the day, perhaps it is enough to use just natural light. This function can be carried out by the same solar cell as in the previous case, provided that it tracks the full (natural + artificial) illumination. In this case, the energy savings can be at 20 - 40% level
