ENRICHMENT OF BREAD WITH BIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES OF PROPHYLACTIC PURPOSE
DescriptionThere were shown the possibilities of the use of pectin extract from fruits of fodder water-melons as a bioactive addition for enriching of flour and bread production of the functional purpose. There were determined the qualitative characteristics of pectin extract: the total content of pectin 1,2%, complex-forming ability Рв2+292,7 mg / g confirming its technological importance as a radioprotector and detoxicant in the production of functional products. There was stated the positive influence of the pectin extract on physical properties of dough and quality of bread. The use of pectin extract as an enriching addition will allow extending the line of bakery products of the prophylactic purpose, because it is connected with the necessity of the correction of different type of deficit of micronutrients in the organism of a modern man. The consumption of such bread will allow satisfying the day's norm of consumption in macro- and micro nutrients and will assist to extract the ions of heavy and radioactive metals from an organism

DescriptionEnergy complex of the country is a collection of electrical installations high and low voltage, producing, transforming, transporting, distributing and consuming electricity. A huge web of networks and more than 700 generating plants with a total capacity of about 230 GW [1]. Almost 90% of this potential is formed in a unified technical complex of the Unified energy system (UES) [2]. Now there is a deterioration of the performance of the sector. In comparison with 90-mi years of XX century, more than 1.5 times increased power losses in the power grids. Significantly increased the proportion of obsolete electrical and auxiliary equipment, and the load on the network every day only increase. All speaks of the necessity of both local and global modernization of the electric power complex of the country and the creation of a new concept of consumption management and energy distribution in the network. The transportation process plays an important role in the delivery of agricultural products to the consumer. On how well the fruits are preserved, their grade will depend, and, consequently, the price of them. It is known, that the annual damage from losses of agricultural products in the agro-industrial complex amounts to 8 billion rubles, according to various estimates. A large number of different factors affect the safety of fruits during transportation: temperature, humidity, smoothness of the vehicle, type of container, etc. The more factors will have a negative impact on fruit and vegetable products, the more losses will ultimately be. The appearance of dents and abrasions on the fruits gives rise to the formation of foci of rot, leading to damage to the transported products, and, as a consequence, reducing the grade. In order to reduce the losses of fruit and vegetable products in the process of transportation, the USSR and the Russian Federation have been and are working on the creation of containers and ways of transporting pomegranates. All of them, according to the authors, are able to reduce the dynamic loads that arise during the transportation process and have a negative impact on the transported products. However, due to various circumstances in commercial gardening all these developments have not been extended

The lack of industry tools to consolidate the functionality involved in the full cycle of project implementation in the sphere is an important omission, adversely affecting the speed and quality of implementation of tasks. DATA INTEGRITY IN THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM BASED ON LINEAR SYSTEMS HASHES
DescriptionTo protect your data (data integrity) in the automated systems, we provide a solution of the problem, which is to reduce redundancy control of information (hash codes, electronic signatures). We impose restrictions on the maximum number of violations of the integrity of the records in the data block. It is known, that with an increase in data protection the amount of control information (coefficient of redundancy) also increases. We introduce the concept of linear systems of hash codes (LSHC). On the basis of the mathematical apparatus of the theory of systems of vectors we have developed an algorithm for constructing LSHC, which allows (for a given level of data protection, i.e. integrity) to reduce the redundancy of the control information. Rules (principles) of building LSHC comply with the rules of construction in coding theory (Hamming codes). The article provides an algorithm for data integrity in LSHC. The use of algorithms ensures the necessary level of data protection and the requirements specification of customers
