Description
For different industries, there was a need of creation new equipment and mechanisms with enhanced characteristics. Special requirements are imposed to energetic and mass-dimensional indices of systems of electric drives as one of the main components of such devices. Mass-dimensional and energetic indices due to constructional features and the used management system will allow improving the use of special or controlled asynchronous cascade systems of an electric actuator of axial construction. One of the main difficulties is simulation and design of special systems of the electric drive. USING DISCRETE WAVELET TRANSFORM FOR CALCULATION OF TRANSIENT REGIMES OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS
DescriptionThis article presents an algorithm based on the discrete wavelet transform for the analysis of current root mean square (RMS) value and total harmonic distortion (THD) in power systems. Power quality indices play an important role in case of non-stationary distorted waveforms, where neither a frequency-domain-based approach using fast Fourier transform tools nor a timedomain-based approach using real time data give satisfactory results. The algorithm proposed decomposes the current waveforms into uniform frequency bands corresponding to the odd harmonic components of the signal. Efficient dairy cattle breeding are largely dependent from technology content and service animals. Most farms use a tethered way content. With this method of milking, the technology requires the introduction of new techniques to increase productivity on the farm and cost reduction of dairy products. The most rational is improving the design of existing milking machines. Regarded device for automatic removal of hanging part of a milking machine, its structure and working principle. The main unit of the device is a pneumatic motor that operates from the vacuum system of the milking plant. In the housing mounted on the shaft of the pneumatic motor rotor with curved vanes, there are magnetic elements. These elements should have the necessary geometrical and force parameters to ensure the normal operation of the device for automatic removal of hanging part of milking machine. The article describes a laboratory research and an analysis of the magnetic elements. In laboratory studies, we have revealed a dependence of the traction capacity of pneumatic motor from linear and power parameters of the magnetic elements, as well as established necessary geometric parameters and the magnetic field strength of the elements for normal operation

The article is devoted to the development of a compressor type ozonator. It describes the design of a high-productivity compressor ozone generator, which can be used for industrial decontamination of mixed feeds, water, milk, and in the system of presowing treatment of seeds. This construction allows generating ozone with high concentration to 5 g/m3 at high feed air or oxygen from the compressor station (up to 2000 l/min). The article describes the design of the basic elements of tubular ozone generator, examines the factors influencing the productivity of the ozonator. The proposed mathematical model allows calculating the productivity of the ozonator when considering multiple influencing factors. These factors take into account: the parameters of supply voltage, such as the magnitude and frequency of the supply voltage; the configuration and geometrical parameters of electrodes such as, the area of the electrodes, the configuration of the surface of the electrodes and distance between electrodes; parameters dielectric barrier; and the transported gas parameters such as volume, temperature, pressure and composition. Special attention is paid to the design of the electrodes made of woven wire mesh with mesh sizes from 1.5×1.5 to 2.0×2.0 mm. It is noted, that such electrodes allow obtaining the maximum productivity of an ozonator, and they do not lead to overheating of the dielectric barrier, and do not output down the generator. In the same way, the article presents the results of the mathematical modeling of ozone generator productivity while changing various factors
