Description
In this article application of a new method of an artificial intellect is examined: systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - "Eidos" system are used for an estimation of level of nonspecific resistance of an organism of patient on the basis of the preoperative information about it received by a method of cardio respiratory synchronism (CRS) and forecasting of duration of the postoperative rehabilitation period on this basis. In the 1st part of the given article it is considered: entering in a problem, the generalized structure of "Eidos" system, cognitive structurization of a data domain, data domain formalization, preparation of training sample, semantic information model synthesis, a raise of performance and verification (reliability estimation) of the given model

PROGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE OF LYMPHOCYTIC INFILTRATION IN VULVAR CANCER PATIENTS
DescriptionA retrospective immunohistochemical study of lymphocyte and macrophage infiltration in tumor tissue of 84 vulvar cancer patients with a long (over 2 years) and short (less than 2 years) remission was performed to determine a possible role of immunologic microenvironment of tumors in maintaining remission. Vulvar cancer patients with a short remission period were aged 46-85 years, mean age 67 years. 15.8% of them had stage I of the disease, 21% - stage II, 47.4% - stage III and 15.8% - stage IV. The average duration of remission in this group was 11 months. Patients with a long remission period were aged 27-71 years, mean age 48 years. 38.5% of them had stage I of the disease, 53.8% - stage II and 7.7% - stage III. The average duration of remission in this group was 8 years. Histological study showed squamous cell carcinoma in all patients. Stroma and parenchyma of tumor tissues demonstrated lymphocyte and macrophage infiltration of various degrees with the predominance of T-lymphocytes. CD8+ cells prevailed in tumor tissue of patients with a long remission period (over 2 years), while a higher level of CD4+ Т-lymphocytic infiltration was associated with a short remission (less than 2 years) and a poor prognosis. These differences allow prediction of the vulvar cancer course and its early or late recurrence

PSEUDOEXFOLIATION SYNDROME AS A RISK FACTOR FOR CENTRAL RETINAL VEIN OCCLUSION
DescriptionThe retrospective study of patients with retinal vein occlusion and frequency of pseudoexfoliation syndrome is made in this study. Retinal vein occlusion is the second most common type of retinal vascular disorder, after diabetic retinal disease, and may develop with a consequent reduction in visual acuity. Pseudoexfoliation syndrome is an age-related disease characterized by the production and accumulation of a fibrillar extracellular material in several ocular tissues We have analyzed data of 73 patients with retinal vein occlusion. It was detected that risk of central vein occlusion is higher in patients with pseudoexfoliation syndrome (23,3% of patients were diagnosed as having pseudoexfoliation syndrome). In the branch retinal vein occlusion group only 9,3% of patients had pseudoexfoliation syndrome. In control group only 8,6% of patients had this syndrome. Control group was made of 80 patients similar in age without any retinal and cardiovascular abnormalities, patients with episodes of ocular hypertension, glaucoma, and those who had undergone cataract surgery were excluded from the study. Pseudoexfoliation syndrome may be considered as an independent risk factor for development of central retinal vein occlusion

Description
We have studied the electrical activity of the brain of 345 patients with cerebrovascular disease, of whom 139 patients with ischemic stroke (IS) in the carotid, 206 patients with chronic cerebral ischemia (CCI) dyscirculatory encephalopathy stage 1 (DE-1) -91 patients, with 2 DE stage (DE-2) -115 patients. All the observations were divided into two categories, generally includes four main groups of observations, and control. Criteria of the division of main category were the observations of the region of residence and nationality. In the analysis of the EEG of patients with ischemic stroke, the dominant slow-wave activity was recorded in all cases. In patients with HIM, the changes in the bioelectric activity of severe degree were diffuse

X-RAY ULTRASOUND COMPARISON AND DYNAMIC SONOGRAPHIC CONTROL OF PNEUMONIA IN CHILDREN
DescriptionComparative analysis of the informativity of ultrasonic and radiographic examination of the lungs at the initial diagnosis of inflammatory infiltrate and at case followup of its involution during treatment was performed in 154 children with pneumonia. Higher informativity of ultrasound compared with radiography was determined. All children underwent ultrasound monitoring of pneumonia since admission to the full restoration of normal ultrasound image. Assessment criteria of pneumonia involution were the size and echostructure of an airless zone. Stationary ultrasound was performed at least 3 times. Outpatient ultrasound was repeated at least 2 times within 1 month, in some cases children were observed up to 3 months with monthly dualfold study

Description
The article analyzes the effectiveness of plasmapheresis and xenon therapy in 40 patients with gynecological cancer who underwent surgery in the amount of extended panhysterectomy about cervical cancer, who developed signs of post-castration syndrome in the immediate postoperative period. The content of gonadotropic pituitary hormones was determined in the blood of patients with cervical cancer and healthy women - follicule-stimulating, luteinizing hormones, prolactin; steroid hormones: estradiol, testosterone, cortisol; thyroid hormones. It is found that xenon therapy has a more pronounced antistress, hormone-modulating, sedative and antidepressant effect and is more preferable to treat post-castration syndrome. Performing of plasmapheresis in this aspect is most justified in patients with concomitant metabolic syndrome
