NOISE-IMMUNITY OF PSEUDO-NOISE SEQUENCE ACQUISITION ALGORITHM FOR MC-CDMA COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
Description
The goal of the study is to research a noise-immunity of pseudo-noise sequence acquisition method for multicarrier communication systems MC-CDMA, using a segment of the pseudo-noise sequence. The goal was achieved by running a simulation developed in MATLAB. By analyzing the results, we can show that the developed mathematical model produces the lower bound for pseudo-noise sequence acquisition probability. The resulting analytical estimations might be used during the design phrase for pseudo-noise sequence acquisition systems for MC-CDMA based military communication networks

Results of internal environment integrated production system research with the point of view of qualitative analysis and risk evaluation were casted in the article. In particular, model and method of calculation of integral index of production vertical line risk and improved data-flow model of effectiveness assessment of IPS with an account of risk constituent on the stage of creation of material flow are described. Reasonability of presentation of prognostic meaning of profit in the type of indistinct triangular number was substantiated.

PARAMETERS OF RESEARCH ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS AS CRITERIA FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

The article reflects the relationship between the parameters of research activities of students and the characteristics of the educational environment in higher education. It is known that the research activity of students is an integral part of the educational process, therefore, the parameters of research activity can and should be indicator variables reflecting certain aspects of the educational environment. According to modern views, all types of research activities of students (educational, research, scientific and practical and research) is the most important mechanism for the development of their research competence. In addition, the parameters of research activities of students - the reflection of the relationship of scientific and educational activities in higher education, and this - one of the most important factors of competitiveness of the educational environment. The authors substantiate that the parameters reflecting the research activity of students characterize, first of all, such aspects of the educational environment as its intensity, social activity, dominance, coherence, mobility, stability, reliability and efficiency. This is due to the fact that the research activity of students is a transdisciplinary process that depends on the same factors as the educational process as a whole and is characterized by the same didactic goals (tasks) as the educational process as a whole. In identifying the relationship between the parameters of research activities of students and the characteristics of the educational environment, the authors also took into account the relevance of such a task as ensuring continuity between levels of continuing education. The theoretical significance of the results of this study is that they can be the basis for further scientific understanding of the problems of the quality of education and the effectiveness of educational environments, the practical significance is that they can be applied in the systems of socio-pedagogical and psycho-pedagogical monitoring and the effectiveness of the educational environment, as well as monitoring the student's personal and professional development). In the article we have reflected a relationship between the parameters of the research activities of scientific and pedagogical collectives and the characteristics of the educational environment in higher education. It is known that the research activities of scientific and pedagogical workers and teams - an integral part functioning of the higher education institution (and improving its efficiency is one of the most important problems). The authors proved that parameters reflecting research activity of scientific and pedagogical higher education of institution employees characterize the aspects of the educational environment as its latitude, intensity, social activity, coherence, mobility, stability, reliability and efficiency. It is caused by the fact that the research activities of scientific and pedagogical workers - a multifaceted social and cultural phenomenon. The idea of the diagnosis of the educational environment of a higher educational institution and its structural units, based on an assessment of scientometric indicators (criteria for research productivity), can be completely suitable for international and Russian requirements: the well-known Shanghai procedure shifts the emphasis on the evaluation of various aspects of the research activities in higher education; serious attention to assessing the research activity focuses and Russian technique diagnostic efficiency of higher education institutions. This is logical and soundly: if the educational environment of a higher educational institution is not a center of science, then it cannot have effectively and competitive graduates, because Research and pedagogical staff - the governing factor in the educational process. Based on previously developed models of research activities in scientific and pedagogical collectives, as well as on generally accepted models of educational environments, the authors have proposed a method for the diagnosis of the educational environment, based on an assessment of scientometric indicators - parameters reflecting the impact of the research activities of scientific and pedagogical workers. Obtained results may be the theoretical basis for further scientific understanding of the problem of increasing the productivity of research activities in higher education, as well as problems - increasing the competitiveness of educational environments. The practical significance of the results of this study - the possibility of their use in the system of socio-pedagogical monitoring - monitoring of productivity the research activities and effectiveness of educational environments. The article presents results of the study to assess the effectiveness of credit funds in interacting agricultural (AES) and processing (PP) agricultural enterprises. The conducted studies are a continuation of the scientific work on the development of mathematical models of interaction of the enterprises of the AES and PP, are shown in the articles [1, 2, 3]. This article presents the authors’ developed set of models of management of credit funds of interacting enterprises of an agroindustrial complex. It includes mathematical models of economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises considering the use of loan funds, as well as the assessment of the maximum amount of interest rate of the loan and the minimum selling prices of units of finished agricultural products; a mathematical model of the economic efficiency of the processing plant taking into account credit obligations of the agricultural enterprise and a model for the calculation of the minimum selling prices of its finished products; a mathematical model of the economic efficiency of the combined entity with all its loans. We have proposed a model to calculate the minimum selling prices of its finished products
