Description
The article is dedicated to the features of the correlations between the indicators of shoot and root growth ability of grape cuttings varieties of Moldova and Vostorg of different lengths, under the influence of the processing them with Norwegian growth regulator - Radix plus. We have found that in the control variants on both varieties there are fairly close correlation connections between the number of shoots, their length and the degree of blooming buds. However, in the advanced options the character of the relationship between these parameters depends on the varietal characteristics manifested in the potential root activity cuttings. For Moldova cuttings which are characterized by high root activity, the use of Radix plus led to some strengthening of the correlations, and for Vostorg (with the weak activity of rooting of cuttings) - to decreasing of the correlations. This fact may indicate that the negative effects of growth regulators on the activity of endogenous hormones in the cuttings of Vostorg varieties, which explains the decrease of rooting of longer cuttings. Processing the cuttings of Moldova with Radix plus led to increasing in the frequency and extension of the correlations between shoot and root growth ability of cuttings. For Vostorg, on the contrary, the use of Radix plus led to the weakening of these connections. The reason for this phenomenon, as is the case with figures of shoot growth ability may be a change in the activity of the endogenous phytohormone influenced by exogenous auxin. Character of correlations identified between indicators of root growth ability of cuttings shows that rooting depends primarily on the hormonal activity of cuttings, number of roots - on cuttings plastic substances, and the yield of cuttings with 3 roots and more - on both of these points

The article presents the results of the studies of the processing effect of the growth regulator called Stimolante 66f (Stimolant) on cuttings of Moldova grape variety as well as on the regenerative properties, yield and quality of seedlings. We have tested three concentrations of the preparation - 0.001; 0.01 and 0.1% as compared with heteroauxin treatment (standard), and no treatment (control). The experiments have been conducted in the laboratory and in the field. In the lab experiment cuttings were rooted in the vessels with water, and in the field they were planted in open ground. Processing cuttings with heteroauxin led to a delay in blooming of the buds of 0.4 days, and with Stimolante - to acceleration of the process to 0.3-0.8 days. Processing cuttings with heteroauxin and with Stimolante at 0.01 and 0.1% had an inhibitory effect on the growth of shoots, which survived until the end of the experience. Using Stimolante at 0.01 and 0.1% resulted in a stimulation of rooting cuttings and increased the output by 3 or more roots. Heteroauxin stimulated rooting only in the initial period. More roots formed on cuttings processed by heteroauxin and Stimolante at the minimum concentration of the drug, i.e. 0.001%. In the open ground, the best results for the yield and the quality of the seedlings were obtained with concentration of 0.1% of Stimolante. Heteroauxin showed worse results than Stimolante in optimum concentrations like in the rooting of cuttings on the water as in the open ground

Description
The article reviews the results of the study of the influence of lignohumates of the grade "A" («LG- АМ», «LG-А super BIO», «LG-А super L») on the grape vines treatment of the Saperavi variety on the quality must and wine in the Anapо- Taman zone of the Krasnodar region. The technology of the cultivation of grapes on the experimental plot corresponded to the adopted in the JSC "Victory" of Temryuk District, and was accepted for keeping of fruit-bearing plantations area of non-covered viticulture. Agrobiological works were carried out at the optimum time and were of high quality type. Vines of the third year of life, embodied by the scheme in 3,0 x 1,5 m. The forming was a one-sided Guyot with a height of 60 cm in trunk. There was formed the same load by shoots and clusters on the shoots. The treatment of leaf surface bushes with the solutions of lignohumates were conducted twice: 1st - before flowering and 2 nd at the beginning of the formation of berries (20 days after the first one). The spraying was carried out in the early morning hours. The accounting for the grape harvest and sampling to determine the quality of must and wine (10 kg each variant) was conducted in September 20, 2012. Technological and physical-chemical analyzes were carried out in the shop micro winemaking and accredited testing laboratory of grape processing of the SSI NCZSRIHV of RAAS. NEWEST PINK BERRY AROMATIC VINE GRAPE VARIETY – RADOST LEONIDOV

Description
New wine grape flavored pink berry grape variety named “Radost Leonidov” breed at Athens Institute of Viticulture by P.Zamanidi, L.Troshin and P.Radchevskii in 2009 by crossing the new Moskhoragos Greek muscat variety with old European variety Traminer pink. According to morphological and biological characteristics, it can be assigned to Western European eco-geographical group of varieties. Strong growth of shoots (2,1-3,0 m). The extent of maturation of vines is very high (over the entire length, except for the top). Duration of production period from bud burst to harvest - 146-155 days. Productivity is high: 20-25 t / ha. The average weight of clusters is 260. Characterized by high winter hardiness, drought resistance and increased resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with the varieties of Vitis vinifera. Flower is hermaphrodite, fully developed stamens and gynoecium. Bunch is small, conical, sometimes winged, average density. Berry is small, spherical, pinkish in color, with a thick waxy coating. Peel of medium thickness, dense and durable. Pulp and juice with a strong varietal flavor, similar to the aroma of Traminer pink. Sugar content is very high: more than 24%. Cluster of the variety of Radost Leonidov at overripening is drying and stored on the bushes for a long time. The variety is intended for the production of dry white wines of excellent class, as well as highquality sparkling wines, dessert and sweet wines; suitable for the production of high-quality aromatic juices

EFTIHIYA – THE NEWEST WINE AROMATIC VARIETY WITH PINK COLORED BERRY

Description
The newest wine grape variety Eftihiya with aromatic pink colored skin (in Greek the name means “happi-ness”) was breed with hybridization at the Athens In-stitute of Viticulture by P. Zamanidi, L. Troshin and P. Radchevskiy in 2005 by crossing the Greek varieties and Malaguzya with Eurasian Traminer pink. Dura-tion of production period from bud burst to harvest 146-155 days. Yields are very high: 25-30 t / ha. Modal mass of clusters is 250 g. Bunch is conical, me-dium density. Berry is medium, short elliptical, pink colored, with a thick wax coating. Pulp and juice with the expressed varietal flavor, similar to the aroma of Traminer pink. Sugar content of more than 24%. Vari-ety is designed for production for the dry white wines of excellent class and high-quality sparkling, dessert and sweet wines; suitable for the production of high quality aromatic juices

There were presented the results of the researches on study of regeneration properties of grape grafts of the Saperavi variety prepared from bushes which were treated with solutions of the “Vympel” preparation and mineral fertilizers of new generation – Nutrivant Plus and Kelik potassium silicon for vegetation period three times.
