GEOMETRIC TURBULENCE IN GENERAL RELATIVITY

DescriptionThe article presents the simulation results of the metric of elementary particles, atoms, stars and galaxies in the general theory of relativity and Yang-Mills theory. We have shown metrics and field equations describing the transition to turbulence. The problems of a unified field theory with the turbulent fluctuations of the metric are considered. A transition from the Einstein equations to the diffusion equation and the Schrödinger equation in quantum mechanics is shown. Ther are examples of metrics in which the field equations are reduced to a single equation, it changes type depending on the equation of state. These examples can be seen as a transition to the geometric turbulence. It is shown that the field equations in general relativity can be reduced to a hyperbolic, elliptic or parabolic type. The equation of parabolic type describing the perturbations of the gravitational field on the scale of stars, galaxies and clusters of galaxies, which is a generalization of the theory of gravitation Newton-Poisson in case of Riemannian geometry, taking into account the curvature of space-time has been derived. It was found that the geometric turbulence leads to an exchange between regions of different scale. Under turbulent exchange material formed of two types of clusters, having positive and negative energy density that corresponds to the classical and quantum particle motion respectively. These results allow us to answer the question about the origin of the quantum theory

GROWING SUMMER POTATO WITH IRRIGATION ON FLOOD LANDS OF SOUTH RUSSIA

DescriptionThe article is devoted to the study of growth peculiarities of summer potato on floodplain lands of Southern Russia. High and stable yields in big farms are possible using substantiated planting time of potato which depends on specific soil – climatic conditions of the area as well as potato cultivation technology elements improvement under irrigation. The latter will provide in turn water and power resources economy. The results of field research to determine planting time allow defining the most favorable conditions for potato cultivation in the given soil-climatic zone. The analysis of data obtained on differential irrigation regimes gives a possibility to determine common regularities of irrigation standards impact on potato growth efficiency. The regime proposed is in conformity with the concept of ecological land reclamation and takes into account a moderate anthropogenic impact on landscape processes under a permissible level of summer potato productivity decrease. Therefore proposed optimal time of summer planting and rational irrigation regime will increase industrial efficiency of potato production and provide environmental safety of irrigation on floodplain lands of South Russia while allowing to economize water and power resources

AGRICULTURAL LAND USE: INTERNAL FACTORS AND RESERVES OF THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY GROWTH
DescriptionDespite the great number of studies on the problems of efficient use of land resources in agriculture, the significance of researches is preserved to justify the most important factors forming the microenvironment of land use and to identify internal reserves of growth of its performance at the regional level. The article describes the internal conditions of agricultural land efficiency, their classification based on the organizational, economic, socio-economic and technical-technological factors. Assessing the impact of the considered conditions on the growth efficiency of land use is made through the use of a group of indicators characterizing the general effect of agricultural system usage, the level of resource production potential of economic entities, the existing system of crop rotation as an integral part of farming activities, an indicator of soil fertility, combining the effect of the main qualitative characteristics of the soil. The article also considers the influence of fertilizers use as one of the elements of the farming system onto a plurality of agrochemical parameters provided by a complex coefficient, resulting in a limit of soil fertility, the presence of which is due to the action of the diminishing returns law. On the basis of the results of regression analysis, the farm reserves of the efficiency growth of land resources’ use are revealed, taking into account different levels of soil fertility for agricultural organizations of the central zone of the Krasnodar region. Established that the implementation of intensive agricultural production systems, certainly taking into consideration the requirements of zonal science-based technologies of field crops cultivation allows to achieve high results of land use and to improve soil characteristics of cultivated land

CHICK PEAS INFLUENCE ON POULTRY’S NUTRITIONAL ELEMENTS DIGESTIBILITY

DescriptionThis article presents the results of the chickpea effect in feeding young and adult laying hens of "Hajseks brown" cross on their productivity and nutrient digestibility of feed. Studies have been conducted on the JSC "Agro-firm Vostok" in Nikolayevsky district of the Volgograd region. Complete or partial replacement of sunflower oil cake by chickpeas as part of feed for the experimental pullet hens improves nutrient digestibility coefficients compared with the control pullet group. The balance of nitrogen was positive in all groups, the use of nitrogen taken from guinea pullets was higher than in the control group at 0, 27-0,74%. Use of chickpea in the composition of feed for laying hens increases the digestibility coefficients of nutrients: dry matter - to 1,17-3,25%, organic matter - to 1,62-3,37% crude protein - to 0,45-1, 77%, crude fiber - to 0,72-1,05%; crude fat - to 0,35-1,55%, compared with chickens, hens in the control group. The use of nitrogen from the digested was1,37-2,13% higher in the experimental groups compared to analogs of the control group. The use of calcium and phosphorus for the formation of eggs was also higher in the experimental groups

Based on the analysis of the phase composition, the average grain size measured by high resolution electron microscopy and multifractal parameterization structure shows the relationship of coating properties with their structural-phase state. The regularities of the evolution of the structural parameters and multifractal characteristics of the surface layers of materials with shape memory can predict the properties of the composition of the "steel-coating". On the basis of experimental studies, it has been shown that mechanical activation of powders of materials with shape memory effect based on TiNiTa makes it possible to create an effective technology training sprayed material which will generate nano-structured surface layers by high-speed flame spraying. The influence of the mechanical activation of TiNiTa powder on the quality of surface layers formed by high-speed flame spraying was investigated, and a significant improvement in the structure of the surface layer was found, with reduced porosity, high adhesion, and, consequently, increased functionality and mechanical properties. The evolution of the structure at all stages of surface modification based on the fractal approach multifractal parameterization method, which is based on qualitative analysis and instrumental methods in addition to classic microstructure parameters like grain size and specific area related to the physical and mechanical properties, is quantitative information. It was established experimentally that after high-speed flame spraying, the performance characteristics of mechanically activated shape memory TiNiTa powder improved: cyclic durability under high-cycle fatigue increased by about 35.6%, and the wear resistance increased by 3.6 times

VIBRATION TECHNOLOGY WITH A LARGE AMPLITUDE OF PARTICLE MOTION OF FEED COMPONENTS
DescriptionThe article has revealed the contradiction between the way of technological impact and the means of implementation of technological transport in existing processes of feed preparation. There has been shown the possibility of eliminating this contradiction by menus of completely new technological equipment on the basis of relative screw drums and the opportunity to improve their productivity. There are no exciters in the offered design of vibrating machines. There is no need for them because the move mend of mass loading particles is provided by the original constructions of relative screw drums committing a rotary motion around its own axis. For implementing of feed preparation process the geometry of the relative screw drum and its dynamism must be individual: the shape, spatial orientation, the impact of forces providing feed components particles simultaneously with rotational-translational and vibrational motion. In the result, the continuously running through the inner cavity of the relative screw drum particles of feed components perform rotational-translational movements with super imposed vibrations inside this drum, due to this process the particles of feed components are mixed intensively

PROXEMAS’ VERBALIZATION IN FICTIONAL PROSE OF K.D. VOROBYOV

DescriptionThe article is concerned with proxemic communication connected with changing the relative positioning of communicants when interacting, in fictional prose of K.D. Vorobyov. This essential part of interaction is implied with the individual author’s approach to verbal representation of corresponding features and lexis’s choice preferences, its quantitative and qualitative characteristics in the writer’s fictional prose. By analogy with the term paracinema, the term paraproxema is also used for defining these kinds of language phenomena. Paraproxemas were analyzed with reference to semantic, stylistic and morphological aspects. There are two thematic groups of terms with the reference to retract and extend of the relative positioning of communicants being defined in the article. The distribution is based on semantics of verbs and function words. Changing the relative positioning of communicants changes the social zone and reports different information as exemplified with three stories of K.D. Vorobyov. The mutual influence of paracinemas and paraproxemas creates the integrated image of communicants, which gestures, facial expressions, and movements not only accompany but also complete speech

IMPORTANCE AND METHODOLOGIES OF EVALUATION OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT IN COUNTRIES
DescriptionHuman Resource development is an important asset permitting corporations and governments to survive in this unstable economic world. Skillful and well educated worker will always permit getting competitive edge. In this article after defining Human Resource development (HRD) and explaining the difference between it and Human development (HD), I will explain the problem of evaluation of HRD with concrete formula and case study showing how the return on investment can be measured. The methodological background with different approaches of more than 10 eminent writers on the question of training evaluation and the common points of them will be presented in a special table with references. Also in the article I ‘am going to give my concretes processes with typical strategy to follow in terms of HRD in government levels, more specifically in developing countries like Mali where Human capital development is a crucial question. Many corporate or state managers fail with their HRD strategy because of lack of knowledge or management tools which can help them do it. So I think this article will help them more and also will draw governments’ attention on the importance of investing in HRD and knowing good evaluation methods. BULGARIANS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE KUBAN COSSACKS IN THE LATE OF XVIII - THE EARLY OF XX CENTURIES
DescriptionThe study of the Russian-Slavic cultural, political and economic links is quite actual nowadays. At the turn of 18 – 20 centuries Russia was the only independent Slavic state that was a reason of special attention of foreign countries. The most intensive contacts in Slavic world can be found on a regional level. Both pre-revolutional and modern scientists actively explore such aspects as resettlement of Bulgarians to the Kuban, places of their compact location, main activities and further destiny of its members. There is a detailed specification of colonization of Bulagarian landowners from 18 until the beginning of 20 century in the article, based on the archive documents. Also described moments of first appearing of Bulgarians on the Russian territory and particularly in the Kuban. The article is focused on the main stages of economic familiarization and adaptation of settlers to the natural and social features of new locations. The conditions and forms of vital activities in labor, lifestyle, sociopolitical and cultural life that are typical for their social relations are marked in the article. There is also noted that main occupation of Bulgarian settlers was horticulture, where they achieved greatest successes thanks to mastery of artificial irrigation using a special mechanism for that (a big wheel with attached vessels); Hothouse economy, that allowed them to produce thermophilic crops; organization of teams, that assumed collective labor, labor relations and mutual support. BIOCHEMISTRY OF SOME PERSPECTIVE TABLE GRAPES

DescriptionThe article contains results of the study of biochemistry of some perspective table grape varieties: Aniuta, Vodograi, Nizina and Jubilee Novocherkasska, yield in 2013 from the Central zone of Krasnodar region. At the time of redy yield the combination of sweetness and acidity of fruits were favorable. The ratio of fructose to glucose was 1.69; 1.36; 2.00; 1.13, respectively, in grapes Aniuta, Vodograi, Nisina, Jubilee Novocherkasska. According to the percentage of fructose in fruit juice varieties Aniuta, Vodograi and Jubilee Novocherkasska close to each other (50.93; 56.14; 51.23%). According to the percentage of glucose similar varieties Aniuta and Nizina (33 - 34.27%), Vodograi and Jubilee Novocherkasska (41.16 - 45.22%). Sort Jubilee Novocherkasska, had content in berries close fructose and glucose. Most of fructose (66.02%) in berries variety Nizina. In berries studied cultivars organic acid content was: wine 3128 - 3861, malic 982 - 3753, citric 109 - 317, amber 3 - 115 mg / dm3. The highest concentrations of potassium and sodium cations are presented in berries varieties Aniuta: potassium - 1219 sodium - 35.13 mg / dm3 and cations magnesium and calcium in berries Jubilee Novocherkasska 46.75 and 73.64 mg / dm3. The lowest concentration of potassium and sodium cations observed in grape Vodograi, magnesium - from grape Aniuta, calcium - at grape Nizina. We studied grape bunches are large, not dense, beautiful, berries are large, harmonious taste. Tasting score fresh grapes varieties Aniuta, Vodograi, Nizina, Jubilee Novocherkasska 7.6; 7.4; 7.8; 7.8 points respectively
