The article analyzes the existing classification of leveling devices and their design features. We have found that currently the form of the seed layer is achieved with harrowing cultivation in 2 ... 3 tracks , leveling and packing rollers in 3 ... 4 passes units on the field, which leads to an increased cost of fuel, living labor, as well as compaction of arable and subsoil layers of the soil. We have also proved a constructively scheme of a com-bined device capable to form the seedbed in accordance with agronomic requirements in a single pass
